Yuki

Yuki is a 7 month old American Longhair in Broad Brook, CT, who needs $1,000 for Metronidazole and Mirataz Transdermal.

Broad Brook, CT

I got Yuki by coincidence my next door neighbor had kittens and I was taking out the trash when she was outside and I got to meet him! After talking with my loved ones we decided to adopt him the next day, it was so amazing and truly heartwarming to meet him at only 7 weeks old. Back then he was so tiny and I could tell the world was his too explore. He got his shots and was neutered at six months Yuki has always has GI issues since we got him. Occasionally getting diarrhea to which I spoke to veterinarians and it always went away on its own. But for the past two weeks suddenly he would only eat half of his food and by 01/06/2026. He stopped eating all together we went to the Lebanon Veterinary Hospital in CT. he still wasn’t eating so he stayed over night into the 9th. Yuki has a favorite beanie baby I found that looks just like him same white paws and all! He is very attached to Baby our black cat. Compared to Baby he is very cuddly and likes to be held, along side being crazy for treats and pate which is why we noticed immediately something was wrong. As of right now I work part time at a grocery store and has just gotten a per diem job to try and make ends meet. His treatment bill was over $1200, I had to ask my family for help in paying it and Beacuse of that I have no money and am using my SNAP for food, any funds help

Moku

Moku is a 6 year old Chihuahua in Bishopville, SC, who needs $1,000 for Pyometra Surgery.

Bishopville, SC

She came into our lives as we found her, as a new pup, a guy whom looked to be homelss had sold her to me, I gave him $100 dollars for her, she was a gift for our Grandaughter. Got her in Hawaii. We have Moku left from her -. she's been our child since 2019. The closest animal I have ever been to. I cannot imagine losing her. Pyometra is deadly. She needs to be in surgery 27 Oct. I just noticed a couple days ago that Moku was breathing heavy. I then noticed last night that she was bleeding, It was a light pink. She is listless and depressed. Very low energy. We took her to vet this afternoon at the Bishopville Animal Clinic. It cost $40 for office visit, $75 for the X-ray, and $30 for the Baytril medicine to get her ready for surgery. She was diagnosed with pyometra. I have a back injury and just over a year ago july 2024 I received a second surgery. She sleeps with me and always lays against my injury, against my spine. She was always very playful with her kitty she was raised with, Tommy a tabby cat whom came from hawaii too. She used to fetch and loved to have a toy, even a sock would do that you could pull on. She was always such a wonderful puppy. I am on SSI and can barely afford the bills I have, and to feed our pets. Everything is such a struggle, I wish I could save her. The vet said she will die if she doesn't get the surgery. She is to be operated on the 27th of Oct.

Walter

Walter is a 5 year old Boston Terrier in Lansing, MI, who needs $2,000 for Consultation MRI & Possible Emergency Surgery.

Lansing, MI

We drove to Indiana and he picked us. Walter has been in our life for 5 yrs. We also have a Doberman and a Pitbull and he has them wrapped around his paw. We named him LittleDude but he never responded well to that name. 1 day we were outside and I had called my husband by his full name and LittleDude stopped digging a hole. Blew it off he started to dig again. So I said Walter stop and he did Walter has been a very very active dog chasing his ball and gets it no matter what it takes, One day I noticed he started to drag his back feet so I took him into his vet and they did x-rays and he has a disc that is pinching off his spinal cord. The vet said he could of been born with it or he could have injured his back so he has been referred to BluePeral VeterinaryPartners- Farminton Mi. Walter is 1 of a kind, I am a caregiver for a AFC home for intellectual disability, and he used to go to work with me daily till he got hurt and now is in a crate. He brings so much happiness and joy to the residents at my job and so much laughter. They miss him. He has brought so much happiness in my family's life. He always makes sure we are safe and if we are sad he kisses our tears away We are on a fixed budget now that my husband is disabled and money is tight. Walter is a huge part of so many peoples lives and we would be so grateful for any help. He has no other medical issues he is healthy. He is so energetic that it breaks my heart to see him struggle

Molli has been with us since her birth. Her mom blessed us with a litter of 9 pups. We kept two Molli and her brother Waddles. They are indoor dogs. Molli is deaf so Waddles has always been her protector. They have a yard but really love their walks They are 11 years old. Both are raised to be family dogs. They are like my children. People say in their next life they want to be Cynthias dog About a year ago I took them both for a checkup. Molli had a lump on her Belly. I was informed that Molly had to have surgery. I took advantage of Care Credit and of course did what needed to be done. She had surgery and was back to her usual self. About 6 months ago a growth stared showing again on her Belly. I took her to her Vet. CANCER!! Have been told that with surgery would be possible She has such a loving personality when I come home, she tries to give me a gift and picks up whatever she can find toy paper etc. I call her my truffle pig she always looking for scraps and although she does not get table food I cook for them whenever I can financially do so. Indiana

Indiana is a 6 year old English Setter in Seaside, CA, who needs $2,000 for Foreign Body Removal and Pneumonia Treatment.

Seaside, CA

Indiana, Bimbi, Guster came into my life 5.5 years go via friend who had an accidental litter. Indiana was named after my favorite movie character, Indiana Jones. About a year after Indiana arrived home we started noticing some weird ticks which developed into gran mal seizures. After a long journey we were given the diagnosis of drug resistant idiopathic epilepsy - its been a long journey! Indiana ingested a rope toy, we are not really sure how as we don't have them in the house. From there we rushed him to BluePearl in Del Rey Oaks. After some diagnostics it was determined he needed emergency surgery to remove the foreign body while in surgery they discovered a perforation which meant cutting part of his intestine out. 2 days later Indy developed pneumonia had to be treated aggress Indiana is the sweetest dog you will ever meet! He is quiet, supportive, and comforting. He helped my through my cancer treatment, and I help him through his epilepsy. He loves others dogs, loves to play with ball, and he especially likes to go to grandma's house where she always has frozen watermelon popsicles ready to be given to her favorite fur grandchild. Indiana is a corner stone of our fam. After learning about his epilepsy we developed a delicate financial balance, got insurance and felt that anything else that could go wrong would be covered. Our insurance denied our claim for both the surgery and pneumonia, leaving us with $25k of debt.
