Zeus came into our lives 4 years ago, and let me tell you it has been an incredible 4 years. He has a younger, very playful and energetic, 2 year old dachshund brother named Milo who loves playing with Zeus. He also has an amazing 2 year old human brother who absolutely adores Zeus. You can find the 3 of them always cuddling. Quirk is he thinks he’s a lap dog and will sit all 80 lbs on your lap. Recently, he injured his ankle, and after weeks in a splint, we learned he needs a partial tarsal arthrodesis surgery to fuse his joint through VCA animal hospital. Without this surgery, his leg won’t heal, and he’ll eventually lose all ability to use it. The funds raised here will go directly toward Zeus’s surgery, recovery process- bandage changes, follow up appointments, & anything else needed. Zeus is a very happy and active boy. Ever since a puppy, he loves tug of war, roughhousing and playing chase (he does not fetch lol.) Whenever there is snow on the ground he gets the zoomies. He loves his dad, but mom is of course his favorite human. He adores his Auntie Alexis, human brother Jayden and 4 legged Milo. He is the loviest bug. When mom was pregnant his head was always on her tummy. Unfortunately with all of Zeus’s pet care we have reached the end of our budget. Vet visits, splint changes, medications, overnight stays etc. This has been a very sudden major expense and we have used all of our emergency fund before even being able to get Zeus surgery.

Urgent Surgery Needed for Tank’s Cancerous Tumors

Meet Tank — a gentle, loving Pitbull whose family says he has been their real-life teddy bear through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Tank was adopted from a local animal shelter after this family experienced devastating loss. Their 12-year-old autistic son had recently lost his beloved therapy dog to incurable cancer, and the heartbreak was overwhelming. Hoping to help heal their son’s broken heart, they visited a shelter and met Tank. It was love at first sight. From the moment Tank came home, he became so much more than a pet. He became a source of comfort, emotional support, stability, and unconditional love for the entire family. His sweet, gentle personality helped this family through grief and difficult times, and his bond with their son is truly irreplaceable. Now, Tank needs them — and us. A few weeks ago, his family discovered a concerning lump on his body and rushed him to the veterinarian. Tank was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor (MCT), a painful and potentially dangerous form of skin cancer common in Pitbulls. Veterinarians also found another suspicious mass on his chest that may be another mast cell tumor. The good news is that Tank’s veterinarian is optimistic. If the tumors are removed quickly, Tank is expected to have a very good recovery and prognosis. But time is critical. Tank urgently needs surgery to remove the tumors before the cancer can progress further. The estimated cost of surgery and treatment is $2,171.96. Thankfully, Paws 4 A Cure has already provided a generous $400 grant, but Tank’s family still desperately needs help raising the remaining funds needed to move forward with surgery. His family is doing everything they can, but the cost of urgent cancer treatment is simply more than they can manage alone. Tank has spent years comforting this family through heartbreak and loss. He has never let them down, and now they refuse to let him down in return. Please consider donating to help Tank receive the life-saving surgery he urgently needs. My friend gave me this dog. The moment he came out lives changed drastically for good! He is very patient, obediently and loving. We live in a apartment complex in which he has the outside and onsite to play. My dog got hit by a pick up truck, both of his hips are broken and back leg as well. He needs a FHO surgery which cost 3,000 dls. I am not in the condition of paying for that amount. I took him to several shelters and all they want me to do I surrender him but I can’t do that to him. He is obedient Loving Playful Active Not aggressive Overall he is the type of dog who will be with you no matter what or situation! He understand when there’s not enough and when there is I just loss my job and the surgery he needs costs 3000 and I have gone to different shelters and rescuers but it seems no one can help me. Both of his hips are broken and back leg! He can’t walk right now and it’s in a lot of pain and I don’t know what to do.

Loka

Loka is a 3 year old French Bulldog in Anderson, CA, who needs $1,800 for Emergency C-section for Unplanned Pregnancy.

A homeless couple was standing under an awning trying to stay out of the rain, and Loka was with them. She was soaked, shivering, and clearly not being cared for in a stable or safe environment. They told me they couldn’t keep her or provide for her anymore. I couldn’t walk away from her. I brought her home that day, and I’ve been caring for her ever since. She means EVERYTHING to me. Loka is now facing a medical situation that requires urgent attention. She is pregnant, and based on her size, breed mix, and the way her pregnancy is progressing, my veterinarian has warned that she may not be able to deliver safely on her own. There is a strong possibility she will need a C‑section to prevent complications that could put both her and the puppies at risk. Loka has the sweetest, most gentle personality. She’s playful and goofy when she feels safe, she’s incredibly intuitive. she seems to sense when I’m stressed or overwhelmed and will come lay her head on my lap as if she’s reminding me that we’re in this together. She follows me from room to room, and greets me every morning with her tail wagging like she's genuinely happy to just be next to me. I am a single college student trying to support myself. I lost my mom over a year ago, and since then I haven’t had any family or financial support. It’s really just Loka and me. I’m doing my best to manage school, rent, and basic living expenses.

I got Mahko when from his mom. She was my first dog, she passed last june. He was 1 of 10 puppies. We currently live in a bus converted into a house. He is such a good dog and I feel he is my best friend. In late January his nose started to run. I brought him in for an assessment and we were sent to a vet in Winnipeg Manitoba for a nasal scope biopsy dental X-rays and bacteria culture. All the tests came back negative for the symptoms didn't improve. He is now showing signs of nasal fungal infection, and I've been told he needs a CT scan and I can't afford it. Mahko has a best friend named Elvis he's my other dog. He's a Bichon and about a tenth of the size of Marco and they get along fine. He's a caring and loving friend. A gentle giant I'm currently on disability due to failed back surgery with permanent nerve damage and I can't work. I've tapped out all my resources doing the first initial treatments in order to determine what's wrong with him. I still haven't got a proper answer/ diagnosis

Louie is our 8-year-old French Bulldog and beloved family member living with my wife, 3-year-old son, and me in Ashburn, VA. We named him Louie because he’s “the king” — he’s always had a regal personality and presence. He’s affectionate, gentle, deeply bonded with our son, and has been by our side through every major chapter of our lives. Louie, our 8-year-old French Bulldog, was diagnosed with a heart-base tumor causing recurrent cardiac tamponade (fluid compressing his heart) and fluid around his lungs. He underwent emergency pericardial window surgery and now requires radiation and oncology treatment. Care has been provided through RVRC, CVCA Cardiology, and The Oncology Service in Leesburg, VA. Louie has always had a calm, loving, and regal personality that made him feel larger than life despite his small size. He’s affectionate, deeply bonded with our 3-year-old son, and proudly protects our home from squirrels, birds, etc.. Louie loves naps and cuddling so much that we call him our “pup-tato” — our little couch potato. He’s been a constant source of comfort, joy, and companionship Louie’s emergency care, heart surgery, imaging, and oncology evaluations have created overwhelming medical expenses despite pet insurance and financing efforts. Helping Louie recover and stay comfortable would mean everything to our family

Gamora's been with us three years now I got her from one of my friends. She needed more attention and a lot of love and major weight put on. We had her spayed shortly after we got her she was a year and a half old and weighed a whole whopping 94 pounds She had to have her stomach untwisted from bloat and had a bleeder they couldn't find it first. Lost Staples was re stapled before she came home. Few days before her 14th day with Staples she ended up losing a few took her in and wasn't healed so they created new margins and sutured. 10 days later for sutures still not healing so Bradley Animal Hospital Made bigger margins and sutured again Gamora's a part of the family now the grandbabies love her I love her to death She's my bed buddy my velcro all day long and buttons can't be without her the Boston Terrier I'm on a limited income disability and with the price of gas and everything else thank God I could get her taken care of but could really use some help paying off the bill

I adopted Loki 6 years ago, when he was 1 year old, after he had been passed around by 3 other families. He's my best friend and we do everything together. We live together in a one-room cabin and go on 1-2 hour walks every day after I finish work, usually walking 3-6 miles. A few weeks ago, he started collapsing during our walks and at home. He stopped having bowel movements and began vomiting, rapidly declining over a short period. He receives routine care at Gualala Vet Clinic and I took him to the Vet Emergency Group in Larkspur. He had blood work, an x-ray which showed he may have an obstruction which requires surgery. I could not afford additional treatment. He is such a special creature; he loves all people and animals, and enjoys our long daily romps, our playtime at home, and snuggles in the morning and evening. Last Fall, my sister almost passed away and I took leave to try to take care of her. Lost a month of pay and have not recovered. I work full time but am low-income. For the past 6 years, I have been able to pay 100% of his care costs, but I am currently unable and desperate.

My dog Jada came into my life through a website called Craigslist.I lost a 4 month old puppy from Parvo and my three children and I were very upset!I was looking around on Craigslist and I found someone giving away a puppy!I found her and it was true love ever since!She is my baby!I would do anything for her like she is one of my children!Pets are family! My dog Jada has a huge ear hematoma right now and it's been getting worst!It swells up so bad that it starts leaking out the bottom on her ear and it ends up dripping in her ear canal!I plan on bringing her tomorrow to Friends Family Veterinarn Hospital in Grand Rapids,MI My dog loves children!She follows them around like they are her babies!She has never had puppies of her own!She's been spayed at the age of 2 years old!She has separation anxiety when I am not around.She is the most gentle dog towards anyone she has ever met!She will lick away your tears when you are upset!She will make you laugh over a lot of things!She is my best friend. I don't have the money to bring her in.i don't make a whole lot or money unfortunately.I really need my best friend back to being healthy because life without her won't be the same.
