Earl

Earl is a 3 year old American Shorthair in blue springs , MO, who needs $1,110 for Urinary Blockage.

blue springs, MO

I first got Earl my freshman year of college. Like a lot of people, we don't make the smartest decisions our first year alone and away from home. But Earl was my best decision; I got him from a humane society that told me his previous owners said he was too anxious and not a great fit for them. Earl was completely misunderstood! he travels with me to school all over the Midwest! Earl got a really bad blockage in his bladder and I was not able to get to it as fast as I could. I left for a few days to help my girlfriend move into her new apartment and came back to lots of blood and Earl lying on the floor looking exhausted. I took him to a hospital, and they told me it would be almost 4k to treat him. Then I took him to the Pet Resource Center in KC, and they took Earl in. Earl is my best friend. He's a very clingly cat that loves to be around me in everything I do. He's come out to multiple of my baseball games and watched me to play. He comes outside with me and watches me fix my truck, and even test drives it for me after! He loves company too and encourges people to go pick up his string to play with. And every night without a doubt will lay on TOP of someone. Earl is my ESA animal; he helps me with my stress and depression when I'm at college. He's helped me through so many times and now its my time to help him. The problem is I spend all my money on paying for school and sheltering him. Any money sent isn't for me its for HIM!

Chloe

Chloe is a 14 year old Mix-Breed in Edison, NJ, who needs $1,000 for X-ray and Treatment.

Edison, NJ

Chloe came into my life 13 years ago after a friend found her tied to a fence. The vet said she was about a year old, and she’s been with me ever since — now 14. I named her after Chloe from 24 because I was constantly saying “dammit” like Jack Bauer — never in a mean way — and eventually it just made perfect sense to call her Chloe. Chloe has been struggling with a persistent cough and isn’t herself. She improved after antibiotics and antacids, but wildfire smoke in NJ set her back. She still needs further care and possible chest X-rays. She was seen by Dr. Furst at Boulevard Veterinary Clinic in Kenilworth. Her visit was nearly $700, and he wanted another round of antibiotics plus cough meds, but I couldn’t afford both. Chloe is so much more than a dog to us—she is family. She means the world to me and my son. Everyone who meets her falls in love with her. She is the biggest people-lover with the sweetest personality. I always joke that if someone broke into our house, Chloe wouldn’t protect us she'd probably just lick them to death. 😂 She brings so much happiness to everyone. I am a dog walker trying to get back on track with life, but I’ve hit a difficult financial rough patch. I know Chloe is 14, but she deserves to feel healthy and energetic again so she can continue her adventures and enjoy the moments she loves most.

Brutally Attacked, Now Fighting to Heal: Help Conejito Recover

Fort Collins,, CO • Amici Cannis

At some point before he was rescued, this gentle dog was brutally attacked by other dogs, leaving him with severe bite wounds across his neck, ear, and the back of his head. No one knows how long he suffered before help arrived, but by the time Amici Cannis found him, his injuries were extensive and incredibly painful. The veterinary team immediately began treating his wounds with an emergency cleaning to remove damaged tissue and reduce the risk of infection. Unfortunately, because the injuries are so deep and located around his face and head, one treatment simply isn't enough. Conejito now requires repeated wound cleanings every two to three days to give his body the best chance to heal. These procedures are essential, but they are also extremely painful. Because of the sensitive location of his injuries, Conejito must be sedated for each treatment so the veterinary team can thoroughly clean the wounds without causing him unnecessary fear or suffering. Sedation allows his doctors to carefully remove unhealthy tissue, monitor for infection, and help healthy tissue grow so his wounds can finally begin to close. Without continued treatment, Conejito faces a much greater risk of serious infection, delayed healing, and prolonged pain. Amici Cannis refused to let this sweet dog suffer alone. They stepped in when he needed them most, giving him safety, medical care, and the chance to recover. Now they need your help to continue providing the lifesaving treatment Conejito depends on. Your donation will help cover the cost of his repeated sedated wound cleanings, ongoing veterinary care, medications, and everything he needs on his road to recovery. Every gift, no matter the size, helps ease Conejito's pain and brings him one step closer to healing. Please donate today and help give Conejito the second chance he so desperately deserves.

Mando

Mando is a 7 year old Rottweiler in Bluff City, TN, who needs $600 for Exam, X-rays, & Treatment.

Bluff City, TN

Mando was rescued from a very abusive situation. He didn't trust anything or anyone, understandably, when my son brought him to me. He was very guarded & it took some time but once he knew he was safe & could be content, his personality shined bright. Despite what he went through he is so sweet & loving. He is so spoiled now & he knows he's mommas boy. Mando is in an emergency situation. He just lays curled up & cries in pain and threw up bile today. His blood work shows anemia &Hes doesn't want to hardly get up because he's weak. Ferguson's Animal hospital said he needs x-rays ASAP to see if he has a blockage, and also determine the next steps in getting him better. They want to see him when they open today, & I have no way to pay for the xrays Mando is very special to me. He isn't just a dog. He is my child, my best friend. He has been right by my side through some very hard times. I finally left a very abusive marriage, leaving everything behind starting over. We are all each other have. My heart breaks when I look in his eyes because when he needs me the most I'm not financially able to be there for him and help him get better. I recently applied for disability and I am waiting on the decision. I left an abusive marriage leaving everything behind & starting over. I'm trying to get back up on my feet but it's been so hard. Please help by sharing this everywhere u can

Photo of Sasha

Sasha

Sasha is a 8 year old Mix-Breed in Kissimmee, FL, who needs $1,500 for Abdominocentesis for Abdominal Fluid.

Kissimmee, FL

Sasha is our 8-year-old tuxedo cat and the heart of our family. We rescued her as a kitten after her mother gave birth outside a grocery store. She was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and her treatment costs are high. After losing my job, I can't afford her care alone. Any support will help give our beloved Sasha the chance to recover and stay with our family. Sasha was born with a heart murmur. A week ago, we noticed her stomach had become swollen and rushed her to the veterinarian. She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and needs to see a veterinary cardiologist as soon as possible. Her treatment is estimated to cost $1,000–$2,000. We're asking for help to give our beloved family member the lifesaving care she urgently needs. Sasha is more than our pet—she's family. She waits by the dinner table to be part of our conversations, sleeps beside my daughter every night, gives high-fives for treats, loves being hand-fed, and enjoys stretching out in the sunshine. One of our favorite things is watching her sit and "dance" with us whenever music plays. She fills our home with love, laughter, and joy every single day. I recently lost my job, and Sasha's diagnosis came unexpectedly. Her treatment costs $1,000–$2,000, which I cannot afford alone. Sasha is our only pet and part of our family. Your support will help give her the lifesaving care she needs and keep our family together.
