Tater

Tater is a 4 month old Chihuahua in Eatonville, WA, who needs $8,000 for Abdominal Surgery to Remove Foreign Body.

Tater, his mom and his littermates were dropped off at my house at just 1 week old by their derelict owner in a filthy carrier, with fleas and eye infections. We got them all healthy and rehomed his siblings and mom to great homes. We had not intended on keeping one, but God had other plans and Tater became a beloved member of the family. This morning Tater was vomiting and not his usual happy go lucky self. I am at the emergency vet with him now, awaiting results from a second set of xrays as it appears he has an obstruction in his stomach. The estimate keeps on climbing and Tater could use prayers and dollars to help him through this. Taters best friend Bodie (2yo Rotty), and his "Great Aunt" Lila (14yo LabX) are worried and waiting at home for him. Any help to get him well and back to them would be greatly appreciated. If Tater needs surgical intervention, we will not be able to provide it without your donation due to the high cost estimated, vs what I have already paid today for the initial vet emergency services.

I first met my peaches through a friend, who was unable to provide care for peaches and her mom both. The second I saw her i knew she was going to be my best friend 🧡. I recently took peaches to Noah's Ark companion animal hospital in Franklin, North Carolina because I discovered a mass on her belly. The veterinarians at this animal hospital were so kind and very straightforward with pricing and treatment options for my best friend. They explained she would need bloodwork first then surgery to remove the mass and have her spayed. The cost would be around $1,500 Peaches has the best personality! She is so goofy and she loves to roll in the grass, its her favorite thing to do. She also loves me and she has been my protector and my best friend for 7 years and I can't imagine life without her by my side. I am currently working full-time and have been trying to save enough money for her surgery but with bills and gas and car payments, its really been difficult to save very much at all, which is why I am here today asking for help to get my best friend the surgery she needs.

Bear Taylor

One clear and beautiful day in October 2017, as I was walking my dog Merlin, I saw a large dog who was hungry and lost. It took a little work and some coaxing, but I was able to bring him home with me. I soon found out that he is a fence jumper. I was quite sad to discover him missing the next day. How happy I was when he returned. My sister and I posted ads but never found his previous owner. Bear has been coughing for 10 weeks. He has been on three antibiotics and one anti-inflammatory. His veterinarian, Dr. Hall at East Hill Animal Hospital, did a CT scan of Bear’s lungs. He has now also developed very congested sinuses. Dr. Hall has referred Bear to specialist Dr. McGraw at Auburn Gulf Shores Animal Hospital for a lung lavage (brochoalveolar wash) and a CT of Bear’s sinuses. Bear loves his brother Merlin and he loves the cold.. Bear and Merlin are not really brothers and are not even the same size, but we call them the twins. Oh my goodness Bear would so much love to live in a snowy area. He really loved the snowstorm that we had here last year. That is probably the only time that he has seen snow. He had the best time!! I rely to some extent on family for any special needs that arise. Over the last ten weeks, since Bear has come down with a chronic cough, we have incurred and paid over $3600 in veterinary fees. My goal is to say “Yes’ to the diagnostic tests and treatment that Bear needs. Much goodwill and many thanks.

Koda

When my husband and I first moved to Alabama we wanted our first dog together. We met someone who had just had a litter of puppies and Koda was the runt of the litter. We instantly fell in love with him and he quickly fit into our lives. Koda has always been timid of the outside but is very rambunctious inside! We took Koda to Vetco in Decatur for an ear infection. He began to throw up 5 days later and has not been able to eat/drink or hold anything down. Went back to Vetco who believed he might have pancreatitis. Gave us meds to stop vomiting, he started to drink water and hold it down but no food. He hasnt eaten in 4 days. HSVE is now treating him for pancreatitis as an outpatient. Koda is extremely special because out of the 3 dogs we have (Moose and Kevin) Koda loves to sing and he starts what I like to call "the orchestra" so when he howls, Moose and Kevin want to howl too even though they don't normally. Koda is very playful and loves to play fetch. Koda is also dramatic just like most Huskys are and he is so so smart! Every vet visit has added up very quickly. We have already paid $2200 for the vet visits and it might not stop there. But we need help. Life has hit us hard financially, I lost my car, our AC is broken. All our money is going to our boy Koda. Help would be a huge relief!

Tonka

I purchased Tonka as an 8 week old puppy from a friends sister who is a breeder. I dreamt about his name before I even got him so to me that was an indication this was meant. For the last 9 months he has been such a joy and full of personality. He’s great with my granddaughters and loves everyone in the family. He gets lots of cuddle time and full run of his huge backyard. Tonka was recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 9 months old. We recent met with a surgeon at Red Bank Animal Hospital in Mt. Laurel NJ. He will need a Femoral Head Ostectomy, to correct his left hip. This will allow him to be pain free and improve his mobility. Tonka is currently having issues walking, running and just doing normal things that a puppy his age should be able to do. Tonka loves everyone. From my granddaughters down to my 82 year old mom who is his favorite. He gets super excited when he sees her and the number gets to wiggle crazy fast. He loves cuddling on the couch, pup cups from Starbucks, looking out the window and sunning hisself in the backyard. He can be very vocal when he is trying to get your attention or his point across. My emergency fund was depleted saving him from parvo the first week I got him and I have recovered. This diagnosis is unexpected and I am doing everything in my power to raise the funds.

Kato

Kato is a 5 year old Yorkshire Terrier in Joliet , IL, who needs $8,000 for Stent Placed in His Neck.

When Kato was a couple of years old, he started making honking sounds and I took him to the Veterinarian (Chicago Humane Society) where they told me he had a collapsed trachea. They gave him medication but over the last few years it has gotten worse. Kato needs to have a stent placed in his throat to cure this. 6000-8000 covers the hospitalization and the surgery. Kato has a collapsed trachea, and it has progressed. I called Chicago Humane Society and they told me that the surgery for collapsed trachea will be about 6000-8000 dollars. I also had x-rays done at veterinarian in Ohio. I can tell Kato is becoming uncomfortable and it flairs up at night. The Veterinarian told me not to let him overexert himself and to continue medications. I ended up going to the hospital 2 years ago and the doctors would not let me go home alone because I had lost so much weight and I was falling. I had my son bring me Kato, my dog, to be home with me. Kato encouraged me to get up and walk and take him to the bathroom. If not for Kato, I do not think I would have tried to get up. Kato is the reason my strength has returned and I can walk. I am on a fixed income, which is disability, I cannot afford to get Kato this operation. Kato is my baby, and he is worth every penny. I am afraid Kato will not make it if I do not come up with the money for the surgery. Kato deserves a life where he can breathe normally

Hunter Knobawls isn’t just a pet—he’s part of our family and our emotional support through an incredibly difficult time. We took him in when he had nowhere else to go, and he’s given us so much love and comfort in return. Now he needs urgent medical care, and I’m asking for help because I don’t have the means to cover it alone. I’m doing everything I can—I just need support to save him. Hunter Knobawls is currently fighting for his life, and it’s the most terrifying thing I’ve ever faced. This all happened so fast, and now he needs critical care that I cannot provide on my own. He is being treated at Route 66 Urgent Veterinary Care Clinic. I love him deeply and am doing everything I can—I just need help to save him. Hunter Knobawls is incredibly special—he’s gentle, intuitive, and deeply connected to our family. He stays close, offers comfort without needing to be asked, and has a calm, loving presence. My 5-year-old is especially bonded to him and would be absolutely devastated if we lost him. I am facing extreme financial hardship after leaving a domestic violence situation. I lost my home, car, and even custody of my child. I’m rebuilding from nothing. Hunter is my emotional support, and saving him would mean everything to me.

My husband went to the humane society and was looking for me another small dog because we lost my other little guy to diabetes. So, my husband saw Arlo and he said his little sad puppy eyes is what drew him to Arlo. My Lil guy has me wrapped around his paw. He is so happy, loving and playful. March 7, 2026 we were taking Arlo and his big brother Zues to the park that afternoon and Arlo decided he wanted to jump out the window. I had a hold of his leash and the back tire of our truck caught his right leg and I just knew it was crushed. I took him to the vet the next morning and they told me that it was a clean break and would probably need a pin to hold the 2 bones together. Arlo is very loving and is always by my side from the time I get home from work, he sleeps with me every night, he is one of my kids. When I sit down he will get in my lap and gives me hugs, he hugs me like a human would. If he could go to work with me he would that's how much he loves his mommy. He loves to play with our grandchildren and loves to go for rides. I'm the only one working at the moment because my husband's meniscus rupture and fractured his knee, he has been off of work for 3 months. The vet called their partner that does the type of surgery he needs and it will cost $3,000.00 to place the pin in his leg.
