I adopted Hoblit from a shelter so that he would not be put to sleep. He has a dislocated knee cap and they werent willing to help fix it. They called upon fosters but noone stepped forward. My heart sank as he smiled though in pain and still licked my hand and cradled his face in my hands. His surgery is very expensive so I am seeking as much help as possible. I have a trusted surgeon at vetria wellness center for 30 years now who can fix hoblits leg. He will have a 8 month recovery time but he will be able to run and play again once the heal time is over. Hoblit gets along with children, cats dogs, has no aggression, loves to play, speaks to me when i come through the door from work and is what I call the perfect pet. I wish i could take him for walks but my vet has asked me to keep him still and for now he is being carried down the stairs to go to the bathroom so he does not tear tendons further and then kept still all day. I solely pay my bills, my husband is disabled with autism, I have a teenage child with no support and I work three jobs to make ends meet. My heart breaks every day to keep him on medications and see him not be able to run and play or fetch his toys that he loves.

Zena was given to me by my neighbor who was moving and not allowed to take her due to her breed. They asked me if I was willing to take her. Me and her had made a bond after coming home from work and seeing her tied up outside. I would feed her my leftovers and give her vibes sometimes from our dinner. Saying hey to her was an everyday must when she moved in next door. Zena has been diagnosed with cancer and needs chemo treatment to help expand her life. She is being seen at the galleria animal clinic in hoover, al. At the moment for gelp She is very loving and sweet. She was raised to be a family pet and she has done that and more. She is also caring. Whenever one of us are sick she is right there by our side standing. Whether it's on the toilet (haha) or in the bed sick she is there. I would like to return the favor as she has done for us for so many years. I am a single mother of 5 that works part time due to making things work on schedule for my children since COVID and also transferred them to a better school so I have to give transportation to two teenagers for sports driving 30 minutes to and from.

He was a gift from a really good friend of mine The mother wouldn't care for them So I bottle fed them both puppy formula since they were a couple weeks old I was given knuckles and his brother mister I love them both their my children My dog was sick throwing up wouldnt eat for 5 days I thought he was bitten by a snake or spider he showed all symptoms of parvo. I took him to a vet and had himchecked out and the parvo test came back negative Now the veterinarian says he need to have a couple test that I can't afford to pay that are life threatening abdominal Radiographs and a AIS Radiology contrast done or he wil die Knuckles is very people loving He loves other animals Loves Going on walks and truck rides with dad Him and his brother have a special unique personality and there best buddies They have the best bond ever they are my babies I would be devastated if anything ever happened to them Please it would be a blessing if someone can help me save knuckles I have never been on here asking for help before please it's very important he is my baby I have all the documents from the veterinarian that shows this is required test and the next step is G I surgery

I adopted my sweet Peachy girl in 2016 as a 7 month old pup. Now, almost 10 years later she is my entire world. She has been in great shape for her age. Playing, going on walks, being the happiest girl. She is loved by so many and lights up the world of those that know her. Her family is desperate to keep her around for as long as possible while maintaining a good quality of life. Last night, Peaches was taken into the emergency vet after showing signs of a distended abdomen and lethargy. While there, x-rays and ultrasounds concluded a large mass on her liver, and tons of fluid in her chest and abdominal cavity. She was transported and admitted to Thrive hospital in Hoffman Estates for further testing. Peaches is the center of the universe to those that cherish her. Ridiculously sweet, loving everyone she meets and getting attention. She is a playful girl and we have so much fun together. We go on long walks, she loves to snuggle and be the little spoon, she’s obsessed with warm weather and sun bathing. She is my very best friend. With being admitted to the hospital, she will be getting a CT scan for more information on the tumor on her liver. If it is a singular mass, surgery is an option. Cost estimates are ranging between $15-$18k if surgery is doable. If not, oncology will be the next step.

"Baby came into my life as a puppy. She’s the granddaughter of my beloved older dog who passed away. Since she was just eight weeks old, we’ve been inseparable. She now lives with her siblings, Annabelle and Stella, and they all bring so much love and joy to our home About a week ago, Baby was found severely injured. She sustained three fractures in her skull and three fractures in her pelvis. She urgently needs surgery to remove her eye and ear. Without these procedures, she could develop a life-threatening infection. We’re asking for $5,000 to cover her immediate surgeries so she can survive and heal Baby is a joyful companion who greets everyone with hugs and kisses. Ace is my emotional support dog. He has been with me for the last 10+ years. He is the best sweetest dog around. He’s truly an amazing emotional support friend for everyone that’s ever known him! He’s so good with kids and just the best sweetest dog you’ll ever meet! Ace was recently diagnosed with cancer, mast cell tumor. We are lucky to have caught it somewhat early on. He needs surgical removal of the tumor and will have a long road of recovery. Ace may be an old man but he still has so much life, love, and energy left in him! If he can get the necessary surgery and support he can make it through and continue loving and being loved on by his family and kids Ace is just a big cuddle bug! He loves to cuddle and show love and care. He will be there for you if you’re sad or having a hard time. Ace loves his kids (family), the ones that grew up with him (me)& the ones he helped welcome to the world (my kids). Ace cuddles the kids to sleep, helps keep them safe& watch over them. Ace will play with the kids and let them dress him up lol With other life & family issues going on and also multiple unexpected deaths of family we don’t have an emergency fund set aside. Hudson came into my life as more than just a pet, he’s been a steady, loving presence in our home. He’s a gentle, sweet, and headstrong Goldendoodle who loves being with his people, especially my son and me. We also have a younger dog, Remi, and Hudson has always been patient and nurturing with him, forming a special bond as his older companion. Hudson recently had emergency surgery to remove a life-threatening intestinal blockage. He was improving at first but has since regressed and now needs IV medications and close monitoring. If he doesn’t improve, he may need transfer to Michigan State University for advanced, life-saving care. Hudson has the most loving, soulful nature, paired with a headstrong personality that makes him uniquely himself. He makes deep eye contact and seeks connection in a way that feels deeply personal. He is especially bonded to me, always wanting to be near me as my shadow, and has been a constant source of comfort and companionship. His gentle, nurturing nature extends to our younger dog as well. Hudson has already undergone emergency surgery, but we are not out of the woods. He may need transfer to Michigan State University and possibly another surgery. He’s only 5, and I’m not ready to lose him. I’m asking for help to continue fighting for his life.

Luna

Luna is a 2 year old German Shepherd Dog in Fremont, CA, who needs $5,000 for Front Leg Amputation.

We rescued Luna on June 7th, 2024 at 8 weeks old. She was born with a half-leg and makes up for that with her personality! She has been such a wonderful dog to have and gets along great with our other dog and family. She loves her stuffed animal, Ham-Ham, and loves to run around and play. We brought Luna in to the emergency vet on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 after we noticed intense bleeding and what looked like bone at the tip of her stump. The vet confirmed it was bone and has set us up to need an amputation of the remainder of her leg. The emergency vet has stressed the importance of getting the amputation done this coming week with the risk of bone to systemic infection. Luna is very sweet with our family but a bit anxious around other dogs and new people. She has been brought up with lots of love and lots of treats! She loves to play with her older sister and loves attention. We were quoted by our vet a bill of $3793.15 to $4195.08. I am an unemployed, pre-nursing student who was just diagnosed with a seizure disorder. My mother cannot provide a substantial enough contribution for us to cover the bills.

Uzi was originally gifted to my brother by my mom and he was our family pet for 2 years. My family came down on hard times and my mom was debating giving Uzi up because my brother stopped taking care of him and it was hard for her/us to financially support him. This was also the time that I was going to college so I made the decision to take him with me. He has lived with me for 3 years now! Uzi has been through a lot in the past year. He had a bad UTI, then we found a mass that required surgery, and now he is diagnosed with Addison's disease. I left him with my family while I was out of town and he went into Addison's crisis. The vet said he was in critical condition and I was lucky to bring him when I did. Now, Uzi will need daily/monthly medication to avoid going into crisis again. Uzi is hilarious and has the best comedic timing in any dog I've ever met. It feels like he truly hears and understands everything going on around him but always plays dumb to get what he wants. He is super sweet and cuddly but also protective of his family. He might be stand off-ish to strangers but once you give him some treats and pets he will follow you around like a shadow! I love him dearly! I have struggled to care for Uzi for some time now. I am in school and work part-time but hope to be more financially stable in just a few months. I budget EVERYTHING but do not make enough to handle these surprise costs and my family is also struggling and cannot supplement
