Jinkx is a 3-year-old dog who was the runt of her litter. I got her in a parking lot in Bellflower, California, and she has been with me ever since. She currently lives with me and her younger sister, Dela, who she is very bonded to. Jinkx has a very gentle and affectionate temperament—she’s extremely sweet-natured and does well in a home environment. She’s actually always been in good health. I haven’t experienced typical bulldog issues with her, except when she was a baby she was accident prone, like eating things that would send her to the vet. But lately (just noticed today) her eye doesn’t look good at all. She’s still in good spirits and it doesn’t appear to be bothering her but I worry it will if it gets worse. I added a pic in photos. She’s absolutely the sweetest… she is weary of new people AT FIRST and will bark but she’s far more bark than bite. And she will quickly just love on you. I have no family. My parents died and with that, all extended family fell off and I became estranged with my sister. An ugly custody battle forced me to sell my home and with that I was forced to close my business so I’m unemployed right now.

I adopted this sweet girl from a Hawaii Humane Society in 2021, and we have been inseparable ever since. Moana and I live together in a sun-filled cottage where she enjoys her daily sunbaths. She is my "bestist little ride-along baby bear" and spreads joy wherever she goes with her pure Aloha spirit. Being with her is like being with a celebrity; everyone always wants a photo with her. Moana urgently needs dental surgery to relieve pain and prevent further complications. Before the surgery can safely take place, she requires a comprehensive blood panel ($500) to ensure she can undergo anesthesia. The estimated cost for the procedure at Chewy Vet Care (The Triangle) ranges between $600 and $1,200, depending on the number of extractions required. The veterinarian has advised that this is urgent and cannot wait. in pain weighs heavily on my heart. She gives me unconditional love and sunshine every day, and I am doing everything I can to give her the life she deserves. This past year has been financially difficult since relocating to Austin, TX, for school. As a full-time student living on grants and loans, I currently do not have the funds to cover this surgery. Because the shelter did not have her prior medical records, I was unprepared for the extent of the dental care she would need. We have been promised a $350 voucher from AAP a local charitable organization and just need to raise the remaining balance to ensure Moana can be comfortable and pain-free again.

We got Thor as a baby. We have another Irish Wolfhound that is getting pretty old we wanted to get our 3 boys another Irish Wolfhound. My 5 year-old loves him so much he sleeps & plays with him all the time and will not leave his side. He rode 4 hours one way in the car just for his first consult so he could be with him for his appointment. Thor just wants to run & play so bad but he gets sore When he was a puppy he jumped out of the truck & messed up his right leg. He had to have a surgery done right away for his growth plate so he could continue growing & now we are hopeful for one last surgery to get his leg straightened out to live his life to his fullest. He is a gentle giant. Loves all of the attention he can get and lets kids crawl all over him. We live in a tiny town and all of our neighbors just dote on him. He perks right up as soon as anyone walks in the door and wants any and all attention. His best friends are our other wolfhound and our 3 boys. This was a very unexpected major expense for our family. With 3 young boys on a fixed income makes it really hard to afford a second surgery but our boys love him so much anything helps at this point and we would love to get him back to happy and healthy.

I’m Shawn, and my partner Tyler and I are proud dog dads to our sweet Jack Russell/Terrier mix - Smoochie. Some dogs come into your life by chance. Smoochie came into Tyler's life because of a promise. He was left to Tyler by his mentor, Violet, when she sadly passed in October 2015 after a battle with arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease — a gift that Tyler and I cherish every single day. Back in January our world was turned upside down when Smoochie was diagnosed with colon cancer. We began treatment with the incredible team at Newtown Veterinary Specialists in Newtown, CT. This team is led by the fearless Dr. Christine Merrick who gaveour precious pup a fighting chance. Thanks to the efforts of her and her team, Smoochie has started his chemotherapy journey with such bravery. Smoochie is special to us because he is the most affectionate, cuddly pup with eyes that instantly melt your heart and he loves to shower the people he loves with kisses (hence the name). I, sadly, am between jobs at the moment and the financial commitment of funding this treatment has fallen squarely on Tyler's shoulders at the moment. We are struggling to make ends meet and the cost of the treatment has grown beyond our means to keep up with.

I got Wendy when she was a puppy, I was 15 at the time, and she has been by my side ever since. She grew up with me through my teens and into adulthood and has been my constant companion. We’ve been to many places together, met so many people, and she has helped me through life’s ups and downs. Wendy is a deeply loved family member. Wendy is currently being treated at Gulf gate animal hospital with Dr. Cole. The vet believes Wendy is in excellent shape for an 11-year-old German Shepherd and could still have many good years ahead. Wendy's mother lived to nearly 15, and Wendy remains very athletic, but painful dental problems are making it difficult for her to eat and even pick up her toys. Wendy has a goofy, loving personality and a big heart. She is incredibly loyal and a constant joy to be around. She is very well trained and loves going places with me. Wendy enjoys evening walks, meeting people, swimming, watching birds by the lake, and feeling the sand and smelling the salty air at the beach. Wendy loves to run and play and she can do tricks too! She's such a good girl! Veterinary care has become very expensive, and this unexpected situation has created a financial hardship for me. I recently lost another beloved dog after months of costly medical care. Any help means the world and will go directly toward Wendy’s treatment.

My former fiancé adopted Heinz to be protector to me. Within a year of Heinz joining the family my fiancé suddenly passed away. Heinz is what got me thru the tragic loss. If it wasn't for him, I don't know what I would have done. Since then, he has been a loving, devoted, protector to myself and my whole family. He is my beagle's best friend, and he would be lost without him. Heinz became very ill. We took him to blue Pearl Animal Hospital where he tested positive for lymes and anaplasma and a possible auto immune we are hoping is caused from this. He stayed for 2 days and was able to come home. He was improving every day. On the way to his follow-up appt, he slipped and tore his ACL. He now needs to have surgery to ensure he heals properly. Heinz is not just a dog or pet. He is our family member and best friend. He is truly loved by everyone. He has gotten me through the worst times of my life. Knowing that no matter what, he is always here and happy for no other reason but to be by our side and to be our protector. Heinz is very friendly, but he also makes sure that nobody will harm us. We love him with all of our hearts. My husband and I both work FT. After vet bills, hospital stay, medications, our bills are $7,500. This does not include upcoming $1,600 for testing's and another potential $8,500 for surgery. I am willing to do anything to have my best friend healthy and pain free.

#Blue is my 18 month old doggy. He's a sweet boy who loves walks, swimming and even kayaking. He is our trail leader when we go on adventures. He's a huge part of our family. We live in a trailer park with a big back yard that he enjoys running around it. Everybody who meats Blue falls in love. He will coming running up to any and all friends wagging his tail and his whole boy. He's my baby March 2nd blue was diagnosed with Lyme disease and stage 4 kidney failure. He's been on antibiotics a special dog food and IV fluids. March 14th he has been diagnosed with stage 3 kidney failure. Still not in the clear but not as bad as stage 4. He is fighting and I'm fighting for him. Times are rough and income is being stretched thin right now. He needs a refill on meds every 2 weeks and IV bags March 2nd blue was diagnosed with Lyme disease and kidney failure. Since then he has been fighting every day and is currently being treated with medication IV fluids here at home to keep him stable. Some days are harder than others. Right now blue is struggling with nauseous dehydration and not wanting to drink on his own. I'm a strict income of SSDI for I have my own health issues I am fighting with. We live in a upgraded fancy trailer park or rent to own where we pay $1,600 every month. My old man works an hour and a half away from our home. My whole entire check goes for rent.

Lucy was a fun loving farm pup just outside Edmonton, that we instantly knew we wanted to take care of. We moved to Edmonton for work and wanted a friend for our dog Copper. Lucy was the best friend and most loving puppy but, Copper was out of her playful age so, Jordan and I were lucky enough to become her play mates. She is high energy, happy, food positive and makes friends with all animals. Our Dog Lucy has Squamous Cell Carcinoma, this was recently discovered after a trip to our local vet for bad breath, then a consultation to a dental vet regarding CUPS, then another consultation, sedated biopsy of lesions before we found out about the SCC diagnosis. This has already put a strain on us but, it is on top of 11 year old dog also being diagnosed with cancer 4 weeks prior. As a Golden Doodle / Portuguese Water Dog (we still don't know) Lucy, loves to play, run, grab sticks, swimming is at the top of her list, meet and play with other dogs, get cuddles (she swats at your hand for more pets), share the odd crust from pizza and always be your shadow if you are home. Both our dogs being diagnosed with cancer in the span of 6 weeks has put a financial strain on us. The costs of consultations, surgeries to remove tumors (Copper's paw), now the CT Scan and Surgery to remove the cancer from Lucy's mouth is a strain.

Daisy is family, like a child to me. Born 5/2/20, rescued at 7 weeks from a puppy mill, she's the smartest dog I've known-potty trained in 1 week, "talks," and knows her colors. She loves everyone, especially kids, and loves to help. She even saved my grandson's life at the dog park. She's one of a kind. Daisy ate raisin bread and developed kidney toxicity. After 3 days in Blue Pearl Pet Hospital ER ($5,700), her creatinine levels doubled despite seeming better at home. She was eating, drinking, and acting normal, but rechecks showed her condition worsening significantly. We are devastated and urgently trying to save her. The new estimate is upwards of $10K. I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help saving my dog, Daisy. She loves everyone she meets. She loves to help and to "work." She has the best personality & will just look at you with the most precious eyes. She loves everyone & is the best support you can ask for. She loves her stuffies like they are her children. Daisy needs an additional 4 days of fluids to try to get the toxins out. The deposit alone is $5,000 minimum. I have already taken out loans and opened credit cards trying to cover her care. It would mean the absolute world to me & my family to help her get better
