We have had nala since 8 weeks old. She grew up with all 4 kids and continues to grow with grandchildren. Nala is very happy girl loves to love. Torn ligament and arthritis Nala still has years left, she is my best friend well behaved and loves her life. Having surgery for torn ligament will heall her from pain and enjoy the years. Nala has torn ligament although she stays happy i know she's in pain. We are unable to do walks to loose weight. Not having surgery will cause more arthritis which cuts her quality of life.

Thank you so much for clicking to read our story! Arwen is 11 years old. I got her when she was just a wee thing, about 2 weeks old. I took her to a local foster place and got her seen by a vet and set up to tube feed her as she wasn't taking a bottle readily and had been without her mum for at least a whole day. I found her at the base of a tree, covered in ants. Arwen had a tooth pulled about 1 month ago. The clinic i had to take her to had been having issues with keeping a decent vet which I didnt know until I got there. They sedated her and pulled it. The vet told me the rest of her teeth were perfect. A few days after that extraction she started screaming in pain and running away to hide. The Dr yesterday said she actually has 8 bad teeth. I know she's not special to you but to me shes my baby. I saved her and she saved me. She wouldn't have survived if I hadn't found her. Arwen hasn't been herself at all. She's hissing at us and hiding. Arwen usually LOVES to sit on my shoulders as I move around the house during the day. She's a tiny little thing. Ive already been denied for care credit and scratch pay. I myself am disabled, I have limited mobility and have to rely on what little I can do to barely make ends meet. After paying for her to see the vet to pull the one tooth, $380, it wiped me out for the rest of the month. I had to get help with food and heat.

Blue came from a rescue where she was born out of a litter of 13 puppies!! When we went to visit her for the first time, she was a little fluff ball, and we fell in love right there. Blue loves to fetch the ball and she loves to run around the fenced property, but she always stays close to us because she loves us too! One of the sweetest pups we have ever known and we’re lucky to know her! We rushed her to the emergency room at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital Olympia WA. where they admitted her for 48-hour care to keep her alive. It has been confirmed that Blue has Addison’s Disease and experienced an Addison’s Crisis. Blue will need medications for the rest of her life. Our last pup had a neurological disorder, became aggressive, and despite medications could not be cured. We felt guilty, a little scared, and heart broken. I was following this story on social media about this local rescue who found a pregnant female dog. Blue was one of the puppies who needed a home. Blue cured us from our heartache and is a part of our family. We can't imagine life without her. Due to our low-income status and a recipient of social security disability we will be unable to afford the bill we have accrued at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. We are concerned about the cost of ongoing medications for Blue.

Meet Muriel, a sweet 15-year-old miniature poodle who was rescued from euthanasia at another shelter. At her age, she should have been spending her days comfortable and loved—not fighting for her life. Muriel arrived at CAMO Rescue with a large, ulcerated mammary mass that had become necrotic and was producing a thick, dark green-brown discharge. She needed extensive surgery to remove the affected mammary tissue, along with a spay. But that wasn't all. Poor Muriel also needed a dental with multiple extractions to address the painful condition of her mouth. Despite everything her tiny body has endured, Muriel is now getting the chance she almost didn't have. CAMO has taken on the enormous cost of giving this senior girl the medical care she desperately needs. Tomahawk Survived the Desert. Now He Needs Our Help

Tomahawk has already come a long way since the day he was found in the desert. He and his three siblings were rescued after being dumped and were in heartbreaking condition. They were emaciated and dehydrated, covered in ticks and fleas, and suffering from multiple types of intestinal parasites. They needed immediate care just to begin getting healthy again. Thankfully, things are very different for Tomahawk and his siblings today. With the care and support of Holiday House Rescue, they are now thriving. They have started their vaccines and are scheduled to undergo their neuter surgeries as they continue moving forward. But Tomahawk needs a little extra help right now. He has started limping, and we need to get him to the veterinarian for an X-ray to determine what is causing the limp and what further care he may need. Until we know more, we don’t know what treatment will be necessary, but getting him examined is the first step. Your donation will be used to help cover Tomahawk’s veterinary bills, including his upcoming examination and X-ray and any additional care he may need. Tomahawk has already fought hard to get from a dehydrated, parasite-covered puppy found in the desert to a thriving young dog with a safe place to call home. When an urgent call came in from VEG Emergency Hospital in Pembroke Pines, Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation knew they couldn’t turn away. This tiny puppy had been found alone on the street and was in desperate need of help. At such a young age, she should have been safe, comfortable, and cared for — instead, she was suffering from a severe case of demodex mange. Demodex mange can cause intense itching, irritation, hair loss, and painful skin. For this little girl, the condition has left her extremely uncomfortable and in need of veterinary treatment, medications, and plenty of supportive care as her skin begins to heal. Thankfully, she is now safe with Saving Sage, but her recovery is only beginning. She needs continued medical attention to manage her mange, keep her comfortable, and monitor her progress as she works toward becoming the happy, healthy puppy she was always meant to be. Nearly two years ago, Tilda was rescued by Alyarz Pet Club after being abandoned in Karantina. Before being dumped, she appeared to have spent years suffering from neglect. Her teeth were badly decayed, her body showed the toll of everything she had endured, and veterinary exams brought even more devastating news: Tilda had an aggressive form of cancer. Her tumors were removed, but because of the risk of the cancer returning, Tilda has needed careful monitoring and full checkups every six months. When she was first rescued, there were fears she might have only six months left. But Tilda had other plans. Nearly two years later, she is still here—enjoying life, loving the people around her, and showing an incredible amount of trust despite everything humans have put her through. Unfortunately, during her most recent checkup, Tilda’s veterinary team discovered a new growth on her nipple. It is growing quickly, and her veterinarian does not want to wait to remove it. With Tilda’s history of aggressive cancer, getting her into surgery as soon as possible is especially important. Her rescue needs to raise $900 for the urgent surgery. Tilda survived years of neglect. She survived being abandoned. She survived cancer once already. Please help give her the chance to fight once more.

Help Captain Marvel (Marvel) get Cleft palate repair and scoping of her nose — WI

This is Marvel she was a rescue cat that had been very sick in her early days. And with the hole in her cleft palate that all makes sense. We have had her about 4 years and she is a very sweet and social cat. She is always tapping people on the shoulder for a head scratch or pet. She can’t purr or meow because of this hole in the roof of her mouth. Initially we were in and out of the vet maybe 3-4 times a year getting antibiotics and she would play some, but now the antibiotics don’t work and every morning I have clean and wipe her nose so she can’t purr breath. When she eats or drinks things get into her nasal passage and it causes chronic infections with boogers, inability to breath and oozing eyes due to pressure in her sinuses. She needs to have the cleft palate surgery for the hole in the roof of her mouth and they want to scope her while under so they can clean out the nares well and make sure their is no abscess or foreign body stuck in there. We have seen a surgeon who can perform the procedure at Blue Pearl Vetrinary hospital In Port Washington WI. Marvel is the sweetest cat and when she was well when the antibiotics would work, she would play and follow us around but now she is constantly miserable, full of boogers and doesn’t want to play. She looks like we feel when we have a head cold, like the pressure in her head is so much that her eyes water too. This is hard for us to watch everyday and this no way for a cat to live, especially such a sweet and loving one. We know pets are a financial commitment and we love our pets, but between all the vet bills and increasing costs of everything today with our three kids we just can’t spend $6000 on Marvel, we just don’t have it. I have to choose feeding my kids and housing them over this huge surgery. I have been trying to save a little money here and there but it would years before I could save this much to help her.
