Roxy

Roxy is a 5 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Fairfax , VA, who needs $250 for Bloodwork, Stool Sample, and Antibiotics.

Fairfax, VA

Roxy is rescue pup from an organization in Virginia where I live. I adopted her at 2 years old when I divorced and moved into my own apartment. It was a huge adjustment for me. She helped me every step of the way. She is gentle to our two rescue cats. I have always had spaniel but decided to look at a rescue when adopting. She is the sweetest, most cuddly, affectionate, vocal dog I've ever had!! Roxy has been sick for a month now. She has diarrhea and vomiting. I've consulted with a virtual vet. Followed their instructions. Rice and boiled chicken. Added probiotics. She starts to get better and then her stomach gets bad again. I need to take her to physically visit a vet. I have a chronic illness resulting in me being on disability. i feel she needs tests done that will be expensive. She is the most cuddly, sweetest dog I have ever known! I had spaniels before and I absolutely loved them. But Roxy is so different from their breed. She's very vocal. She's very well behaved (except around other dogs), but she's been such a joy to me! We have two cats and they're always headbutting her and it's just the sweetest thing to see. I hope one day to have a small backyard for her!! As I mentioned before, I have a chronic illness and neurological disease. I receive disability, and my funds are very limited. I know Roxy is going to need test done because of how long she has been sick. She has gotten better but then she doesn't stay well long enough.

King Davis

King Davis is a 5 year old American Bulldog in Fife, WA, who needs $8,000 for Ruptured Bladder Surgery.

Fife, WA

King is more than my dog — he is family. From the moment I flew across state lines to bring him home to Washington, our bond was sealed. That trip wasn’t just about bringing a dog home; it was about choosing each other. King has been my constant, my comfort, and my joy. The thought of losing him is something I simply cannot bare. Today, that same strong and loving soul is fighting through unimaginable pain. King has suffered a ruptured bladder, a life-threatening emergency that requires immediate surgical intervention. Seeing him struggle, unable to understand why his body is failing him, has been devastating. King is currently under care at Puget Sound Veterinary Specialty & Emergency in Gig Harbor, WA. I’ve watched King grow, protect, and love with a gentleness that still amazes me. One of the proudest moments of my life was witnessing him become a father, welcoming a beautiful litter of seven puppies into the world. Watching him interact with them — calm, attentive, instinctive — filled my heart in a way words can barely capture. See pictures of 2 of his pups attached- cuties!! The cost is $8,000, a financial burden I cannot shoulder alone. I am reaching out with humility and hope, asking for support to help give King the chance to heal, return home, and continue the life filled with love. Any support means more than I can express.

Cash

Cash is a 6 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Memphis, TN, who needs $1,000 for Emergency Care.

Memphis, TN

My dog originally belonged to my father, and after he passed away, she became part of my care and family. Since 2021, she has been living with me and my mother in a calm, loving home. She is the only pet in the household, so she receives a lot of attention and affection and is very spoiled in the best way. She has a fun, loving personality and brings a lot of joy into our home. My dog has a current medical condition of pancreatitis and is receiving care for it. She has been serviced and treated at Banfield Pet Hospital, where her condition has been evaluated and managed by veterinary professionals. We closely monitor her health, follow all recommended dietary guidelines, and ensure she receives any prescribed treatment or follow-up care as directed by her veterinary team Cash is special because of her loving, playful personality and the strong bond she shares with our family. She is affectionate, well-behaved, and friendly with family and friends, always gentle and comfortable around others. As the only pet in the household, she is very connected to us and thrives on attention. She also holds deep emotional meaning for me, as she carries my dad’s spirit. I am currently unemployed and facing financial hardship while my dog Cash is being treated for pancreatitis. Cash is more than a pet—she was my father’s dog before he passed and is my emotional support during this difficult time. Financial assistance would help ensure us. If you can, please donate to help cover Cash's lifesaving care and if you can’t, sharing truly helps more than you know. 🩵
