Recently, Cash developed a severe ear infection that led to an aural hematoma, a painful blood-filled swelling of the ear. He has already been seen by a veterinarian and is currently being treated with prescription Cash is being treated for a severe ear infection and aural hematoma (ear blood blister). He was prescribed Tresaderm ear drops and Clavacillin antibiotics. The hematoma ruptured and drained but has continued to show swelling, requiring ongoing veterinary care and monitoring. Cash is receiving treatment through Open Door Veterinary Care in Asheville, North Carolina. Cash is a sweet, affectionate cat who loves spending time with his family. He enjoys cuddling, following us around the house, and relaxing near his favorite people. Cash has a gentle personality and brings comfort, companionship, and joy to our home every day. Floyd is my 12 year old American Shorthair, and I have had him since he was a kitten. He grew up with his brother Phoenix, and they have been inseparable ever since. Known as Skirt, Skirty, Big Boy, and Jeffrey during his zoomies, Floyd is a beloved member of our family and brings us joy every day. If anyone knows me, they know my love for my cats and this is shattering our household. Floyd was recently diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and has rapidly declined since Thursday. He’s being treated at Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital. We have already spent about $2,000 on his care, but as a one income household we are struggling to keep up with costs.Without treatment, Floyd will not survive. Floyd is one of the smartest and sweetest cats. Even at the vet, the nurses always say hes such a good and handsome boy. He responds to commands and loves playing With his laser or zooming around the house. Him and his brother have a special bond so this has been hard on all of us. Hello everyone! So I found shadow one day while on my way to work. I heard some little foot steps behind me and heard a tiny whimper only to look down and see these adorable little eyes looking back at me. I helped look for his owner for hours but discovered he had been abandoned. I couldn’t just leave him alone and decided to foster him until I can find Shadow a loving and permanent home. Unfortunately after having shadow for a few days now I was able to get him to a vet because I began to notice he wasn’t behaving like his usual playful puppy self. Usually full of energy and smile that can light up a room he’s now just laying around and won’t eat and drink. We discovered at the vet Shadow has Parvo. Without the necessary treatment he won’t survive. Please help🥲 Shadow after being abandoned by his previous owners now has numerous dog toys that he loves. He has plenty of snacks and is surrounded by love. He adores resting on his new doggy bed. He brings joy to anyone he comes across. He’s the cutest little puppy you’ll ever see! Right now I honestly had no intention of fostering a pup and definitely wasn’t financially prepared for the news that his parvo treatment would cost as much as it is. I want to see Shadow live a long and good life. He deserves the opportunity to bring joy to people around.

We came about Azaria from our oldest dogs owner. She was the sister to the second litter. We’ve had her now for total of eight weeks. She is four months old. She’s very spunky and we love her so much. She’s part of our family. we also have her sister. Our sweet Azaria was stung by a yellow jacket last Thursday. It sent her into anaphylactic shock which Banfield hospital overlooked. We rushed her CVETS Saturday because she wasn’t eating or getting any better with the medications they sent home. It’s now an emergency situation where she has to be hospitalized to get a feeding tube IV treatments to make it. Are sweet Azaria has her sister and brother here. What’s her sister is miserable because she can’t play with her. I miss her waking me up in the morning with her licks. She’s loved both of my grandkids. This is something that’s from on us unexpectedly. In the last three days, we’ve exhausted all of our funds that we had saved, which was $1500. It would mean the world to us to have our baby back. She’s a big part of our family and my grandkids life.

Five-year-old Petey should be enjoying life, but instead, he has been living with chronic pain from untreated infection. When Petey arrived at the hospital, his face was so swollen that he had stopped eating. Both of his ears are severely infected, and doctors believe the inflammation is causing nerve damage. They are also concerned about the possibility of a deeper infection or abscess. Imagine living with a constant, throbbing earache for days, months, or even years. Every movement hurts. Every sound hurts. Even eating becomes impossible due to pain. Despite everything he has endured, Petey remains incredibly sweet and trusting. Our hope is that aggressive treatment will reduce the swelling and inflammation, but Petey's ears have suffered years of damage. Depending on how he responds, he may eventually require TECA (Total Ear Canal Ablation) surgery - an extensive procedure costing thousands of dollars, which may be the only way to finally give Petey relief from a lifetime of pain. Petey didn't deserve to suffer this long. Thank you for helping us give this sweet boy the comfort, treatment, and future he deserves.

Siege Is Fighting to Stand — Help Save This Critically Ill Dog

Meet Siege, a dog whose condition tells a heartbreaking story of prolonged neglect and suffering. When Siege was brought to the veterinarian, she was in extremely poor condition. She was severely dehydrated, weak, and debilitated. She also showed signs of a serious neurological disorder, including a pronounced head tilt to the right side, raising concerns about what may be happening beneath the surface. As veterinarians examined her, they discovered that Siege was also battling a massive infestation of ticks and fleas. Her skin was inflamed and painful, with widespread hair loss, severe itching, redness, scaling, and open wounds. Her condition is so extensive that veterinarians suspect she is suffering from multiple overlapping issues, including bacterial and fungal skin infections, flea allergy dermatitis, and a painful ear infection known as otitis externa. Despite everything her body is enduring, Siege is receiving the medical care she desperately needs. Her veterinary team has already begun emergency treatment with fluid therapy to address her dehydration and medications to eliminate the ticks and fleas covering her body. She is also receiving ear cleanings and antibacterial and antifungal medications to begin treating her painful ear disease. In addition, bloodwork, including a complete blood count and kidney function testing, has been ordered to help determine the next steps in her treatment plan. At this point, there are still many unanswered questions. The results of her bloodwork will help guide additional therapies, which may include intravenous medications, injections, oral treatments, and further diagnostics to better understand her neurological symptoms and overall condition. What we do know is that Siege needs immediate and ongoing medical care if she is going to have a chance at recovery. We are raising funds to help cover her emergency veterinary treatment, diagnostics, medications, laboratory testing, and continued care as her medical team works to stabilize her and uncover the cause of her condition. Our hearts are breaking. Even though we are already stretched beyond capacity, we simply couldn't say no to five abandoned puppies fighting for their lives. These babies were found dumped in the woods, sick with Parvo, alongside the bodies of three deceased siblings. If not for a persistent dog who kept barking and leading their owner back into the woods, these puppies may never have been found in time. The rescue that discovered them desperately wanted to help but could not afford the extensive veterinary care they need. While we are also struggling financially, we knew we had to step in and give these puppies a chance. Right now, they are on their way to our veterinarian for emergency Parvo treatment, including monoclonal antibody therapy—a lifesaving treatment that comes with a significant cost. Their medical bills will add up quickly, but we refuse to let money be the reason they don't get the care they deserve. These puppies have already lost so much. Singe came into my girlfriend Heather’s life eight years ago as a stray kitten. She had been with her through some of the roughest moments of her life, and was often her only companion and friend. She is the most loyal, smart, loving cat and she is more like a child than a pet. We attempted to get her fixed multiple times but she’s allergic to the anesthesia and it almost killed her. She became pregnant from a stray and just gave birth last night. Upon giving birth to two kittens that didn’t survive, she developed a prolapsed uterus. From what we’ve seen she doesn’t have much time and the surgery is way more than we can afford. We can’t give up on her but we need help. Singe is very vocal, often chanting hello at us up and down the hall at night. She will know when you’re sick or upset, and she will snuggle with you and put her head against yours to make you feel better. She’s a selfless, sweet soul and she is a caregiver to all the young cats she meets. We can’t imagine life without her. Heather is often hospital bound for long periods of time and needs surgery, and had applied for SSI which she is waiting for. We have her two children with us and she gets minimal support from and every week is paycheck to paycheck. This is the one emergency we can’t afford

I named him after poet Ogden Nash. We recently moved from a granny flat to our own place, doubling my living expenses and changing my commute to a 24-minute freeway drive. He is my solo companion and absolute joy. Ogden is fighting a 1.25 cm Mast Cell Tumor on his leg that requires urgent treatment at VCA Animal Specialty Group under Dr. Jackson. While not a sudden trauma, the threat is an emergency to my heart; doing nothing risks it spreading to his internal organs. He needs a $6,270 surgery and $3,010 in staging scans paid upfront. I desperately want to save his young life. Ogden is a total clown who loves everyone! He sits, barks, and gives high-fives on command. He like holding a stuffy in his mouth while batting a tennis ball with his paws. He loves a good sprint through the grass, playing with any dog or cat, and demanding ice cubes from the fridge after warm walks. His goofy antics, squeaky toys, and endless affection have cemented our unbreakable bond.
