Tater came into our family through North Shore Animal League in August 2023 and quickly became part of everything we do. He is a sweet, goofy, affectionate dog who loves being with our family and our other dog. He has brought us constant happiness, and seeing him struggle to walk and play has been heartbreaking Tater has a right hind-leg cruciate injury causing significant instability, pain and lameness. X-rays also show severe bilateral hip dysplasia and arthritis, making stability in his knee especially important. Assisi Veterinary Hospital is coordinating surgical review and orthopedic repair, likely a TPLO. Tater is not just a pet to us; he is part of our family. He is loving, playful and happiest when he can be beside us and our other dog. At only three years old, he should have years of running, playing and enjoying life ahead of him. We want to give him the best chance to be comfortable and active again Our family has had a major financial setback this year. I have been out of work since March because of certified 9/11-related illnesses and injuries, and my wife also lost about two months of work over the summer. We are two mortgage payments behind, have no savings, our credit cards are maxed out, and CareCredit prequalification was declined.

Help Ollie Fight His Brain Tumor 🤍 If you’ve ever met Ollie, you know how special he is. He is a 7-year-old Goldendoodle and truly the definition of a giant teddy bear. He is gentle, goofy, incredibly loving, and would rather be cuddled up next to someone than anywhere else. Our lives changed when Ollie unexpectedly began having seizures that lead to an MRI discovering a mass involving his olfactory bulb. His specialists' leading concern is a rare olfactory neuroblastoma. Since then, Ollie has been through multiple hospitalizations, CT scans, anesthesia, oncology and neurology appointments, extensive testing, emergency visits and several medications. His medical expenses have already reached well into the thousands, and the biggest part of his treatment is still ahead. Ollie will soon begin 20 treatments of radiation, given five days a week over the next four weeks. Radiation is the primary treatment recommended by his oncology team for a tumor in this location. Ollie also has a twin brother, Kobe, who has been by his side and is a huge part of his world. Watching Ollie suddenly go through all of this has been heartbreaking. We want Ollie to get back to being Ollie—cuddling his family, loving on everyone he meets, and being home with his brother Kobe. 🤍🐾 We are committed to doing everything we possibly can to give Ollie the best chance and as much quality time as possible. We never imagined we would suddenly be facing this level of veterinary care all at once, but giving up on our teddy bear simply isn't an option. If you are able to contribute toward Ollie’s treatment, every single donation helps us get him through these next four weeks of radiation. Mouse was found at night abandoned on a dirt road.She was a puppy. Maybe 6-8 weeks old. She was brought to me and I kept her and she has been here for 6 years. She is a sweet dog.I am elderly and she has been a joy to me and she fills the lonely times. Right pelvic limb lameness-r/o cranial cruciate ligament rupture (most likely), medial meniscus injury, stifle osteoarthritis exacerbation. Stifle instability (positive tibial thrust and cranial drawer)-r/o cranial cruciate ligament rupture. overweight body condition-r/o excessive caloric intake, decreased activity Mouse had a rough start being abandoned and when I adopted her I made a promise she will be taken care of. When she walks, she limps and sometimes holds the right pelvic limb up. I can tell she is in pain. She won't get better without surgery. She won't be able to run and enjoy the outdoors. I am on Social Security and elderly. I don't have the funds for the surgery that Mouse needs. I am asking the community for help to fund Mouse's surgery.

This is my sweet gentle Boy Midnight. I have adopted him in Modesto and saved him from his old owners from giving him up to the shelter. He is sweet gentle and kind boy, he’s always excited and waiting for me at the door when I come home from work. My gentle giant. Midnight has been picking at his skin really bad, my last neighbors that have moved brought in fleas and ticks to the point where pest control had to be called to spray the yards and Midnights skin on his back end has gotten bad to point where he has been picking at it he has blisters. I love Midnight and I would do anything to protect him. I rescued him. I work full time, I live alone and the cost of living in the Bay Area alone is really hard, I can’t afford any vet bills or any underlying issues he may have from getting checked out at the vet so anything helps.

I moved into my new place last year, and Kibby was originally a stray but at around 10 weeks of age I took her in, spayed her and have fallen head over heals, last Tuesday I let her out as I do daily, figured she was safe, she was born here, but she never came in at night call, the next 3 days past, I searched and searched until yesterday I walk out to look for her and she was laying on her side completely incoherent, upon bringing her in I realized she couldn’t walk on her back legs, took her to a vet that was open today and the did x-rays that determined femur fracture and pelvic dislocation, I want to state it’s just me and her and I live off social security, I’m applying for help to avoid having to put her down because I’ve already spent $300 that I borrowed, and can’t afford much more, I just had her spayed a few months ago and I’m still recovering from those cost, I would really appreciate your help she is the love of my life! You would never guess she was feral she is the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet, she loves me, my grandkids and dogs!! She fought for 3 days to make it home with a broken leg and shifted pelvis so she’s a fighter! she deserves to be saved, unfourtunatly I’ve had RA most my life and live off a fixed SS disability income that rent sucks up, I was barely able to pay for her spay but I did! She is loved and adored by many please help her!! I’m 47 and fully disabled and live off social security income of $1200 a month

After 6 years of living with family, we finally moved into our own small apartment. Just 3 weeks later, we rescued our sweet girl at only 8 weeks old. She quickly became the missing piece of our family. She is loving, playful, goofy, and full of personality. She has brought our family endless love, laughter, and happiness. She truly is our baby and the best thing that ever happened to us. At only 1 year old, our girl has severe hip degeneration and a severely rotated/luxating kneecap. Her vets believe the hip condition may be developmental or something she was born with. She needs an orthopedic specialist and may require major surgery, including a total hip replacement and kneecap surgery. She is currently receiving veterinary care as we seek the specialized treatment she needs. She is more than our pet—she is our baby and a cherished part of our family. We only have one child, our 16-year-old daughter, and our girl has become her best companion. After waiting 6 years to have a home where we could welcome a dog, she filled our lives with love, laughter, and happiness. We cannot imagine our family without her. The orthopedic care and surgery she needs are far beyond what we can afford alone. We are doing everything we can to help our baby, but we need our community’s support. After losing my beloved dog Randy to cancer, I felt a huge emptiness in my heart. Months later, I met Killua and his sister Bella, two rescued kittens, and instantly fell in love. I adopted them both, believing they came into my life for a reason. Killua is loving, playful, energetic, and deeply bonded with Bella. He has brought so much love and happiness back into my life. I’m raising funds for my 1-year-old cat, Killua, who is experiencing progressive loss of mobility. He has already had X-rays, blood work, and a neurological exam, but we still don’t have answers. Beau is a 7 year old shepadoodle! He is our 4 children’s best friend! He loves to snuggle and thinks he’s a lap dog! He is so smart! Some of his favorite things to do are hunt and swim. But his most favorite thing to do is cuddle with those that love him! Beau needs emergency surgery. He is only 7 years old but has a massive mass on his spleen. It is pushing on his other organs and causing internal bleeding. He needs his spleen and part of his liver removed. Please help us save his life and let him continue to be loved on by those who love him most! He truly is one of a kind! He cheers you up when you’re sad and is there when you’re happy! He loves love! Newbies is my other esa cat, she means a lot to me just like my daughter does, and my daughter cares very much for her also We are homeless living in my car and I am not working currently, newbies was missing for 10 days out in a wooded area, when we finally found her she had some blood on the inside of both ears, some missing fur and very skinny for not eating or drinking for 10 days, we really really need some help, I don’t want my baby to suffer anymore days without knowing what is wrong with her..
