I had Roxie for only 4 months but she is my baby. I watched he grow. She is beautiful a such a sweet little girl. She is part of my family. It was so hard to see her suffering Roxie was infected with Parvo which is viral infection and being she is so small need to be hospitalized in order for her to have a chance in life. I need help to keep her alive Roxie is part of a big family she has 4 bothers and 3 sisters mom and dad miss her and what her home with them where she belongs but in order to for that to happen she needs to continue with her medical care I gave the hospital a payment of 2,000 that I had to open a credit line to get the hospital to start her care. Her bill is already 3000 and she continues to need care if I can’t come up with the funds I will have to take her home to die. They will not keep her

Duster is 2 years old. I rescued him at 6 weeks of age with a back broken leg. He was going to be euthanized and I couldn’t bear that. I nursed him to health with cage rest and he healed great. He is the best kitty. Duster vomited this morning and did not eat breakfast. He had been laying around all day, just not feeling well. He did not eat dinner and vomited again tonight. I did I good check on him and realized his bladder is very large. I am pretty sure he is blocked and I do not have the money to take him to an emergency vet and it is a medical emergency. He recovered from a broken leg as a baby. He is now 2 years old. He had 10 feline brothers. He is very playful and loves to be a lap kitty. He got so used to eating in my bedroom as a baby when he was healing, now he won’t eat anywhere else. I open the door and call him and he comes running in and waits for his bowl. He has come so far, I can’t bear the thought of losing him now. I only work 2 days a week because I recently went on disability due to vestibular migraines. So I am on a limited income which makes it very hard to prepare for an emergency.

Max was rehomed twice before finding his forever home. My Dad passed away not long after Max was adopted. A few years later my Mom was diagnosed with dementia and is in a nursing home. They take all of her social security for the nursing home. I have taken over payment of the mortgage and all of the other bills that come eith home ownership. I have two jobs and barely make ends meet. Max was recently diagnosed with a grade 1 anal glad tumor by Family Paws vet in Shelby twp. Michigan by Dr. LIZ. It is curable and the vet believes Max would have a long and healthy life once the tumor is removed but I cannot afford the life saving surgery. Max is an Angel. My Mom still knows him and LOVES when he visits her in the nursing home. Max adores her as well. They are best friends! I haven't taken him since I discovered the tumor because it becomes inflamed with his excitement seeing his Mom. I also love him and cannot belive that TWO families gave up on him. I REFUSE to give up on this sweet, innocent boy. He still acts like a puppy! I do not have the funds for his surgery It breaks my heart that he is living with such an uncomfortable, yet highly curable disease. He is my Moms Angel. To be able to take him to see Mom and watch him love on her, and her on him would mean the world to myself and Mom.

Our cat came into our life as more than just a pet—he quickly became family. From the moment we rescued him, he bonded closely with us and made our house feel complete. He’s always been affectionate, curious, and full of personality, whether he’s following us from room to room or curling up next to us to sleep. he’s grown up in a loving, stable home Recently, our cat suffered a serious injury and was diagnosed with two fractures in his leg. After being seen by a veterinarian, we were told he urgently needs surgery to heal properly. Without it, his quality of life could be permanently affected, and amputation may be the only option. He is currently on pain medication, but it is only temporary and does not treat the injury. He is incredibly special to us because of his gentle and loving nature. Even while in pain, he still wants to be close and finds comfort just being near us. His little habits and the way he looks at us for reassurance mean everything. He brings so much calm and happiness into our home, and it’s heartbreaking to see him like this—we just want him to heal and be himself again. This expense came on suddenly and is more than we can afford on our own. We are doing everything we can, but the cost of surgery is overwhelming. Getting him healthy again would mean everything to us and give him the chance to live a pain-free life.

He has been with my family for almost 2 months he got sick and got Pavo and was about to die so I took him to the animal hospital in Marion and they kept him alive and treated him but now they won $600 for him to come home and it cost more every day. He’s there. He is so amazing he keep my disable mother company and gives her reason he listens to her and gives her somebody to talk to because she lives alone and is very lonley I just got a job and am only getting around 14 hours a week which is kinda hard to even survive on.. I did give the vet 200 to even be able to drop him off

I've had Henry since he was a tiny puppy while I was living in Vieques, PR. His mom was killed in an accident and I've had him ever since. He is a true Sato and has the very relaxed personality of one also. He is almost 12 years old. He has never been without me and we currently live in senior housing in Charleston, SC with my other dog Poogan. At a recent vet visit, the vet discovered an inoperable tumor by his tonsil (malignant melinoma of oral cavity) He will bleed to death if it were to be removed. He can have a good quality of life while he's feeling well. He requires special food (Hill's Dog GI Biome), cough tablets and twice monthly vet visits for maintenance. He's being treated at East Cooper Animal Hospital, Mt. Pleasant SC Henry has helped me through the death of my husband from brain cancer, several moves and most recently an aortic dissection surgery in November 2025. It's just me and the dogs and Henry really helped me push through rehab, I was determined to get out of rehab and home to him because he needs me the same way I need him. He is easygoing and everyone loves him. I am almost 80 years old and live on a very limited income of my Social Security. I enjoy working but since my heart surgery that's been a problem. Having Henry's expenses paid for would allow me to worry less and really enjoy the time that we have left together.

I adopted Jazz and his sister Jade from Pal's Place Shelter in Chicago. They were 6 months old at the time and they were already bonded and they have been inseparable ever since! They have been my babies and my family! This was in 2015 and they are now 11 years old and my whole world! Jade is doing well with just some allergies, but Jazz is really sick and needs treatment! Jazz is an 11-year-old Jack Russell Terrier who needs an MRI to confirm a suspected BRAIN TUMOR affecting his vision. Once confirmed he will require SRT radiation treatment and possibly surgery. He is full of life and a complete joy! I want to give him a fighting chance with this treatment which has shown to be successful in other dogs with similar diagnosis. I just can't lose him! Jazz shows so much love. His eyes tell a story without any sound every required. When he looks at me my heart melts! I have never felt so much love from another living creature in my life! He makes sure I am ok every day right by my side....he follows me everywhere and is happiest when we cuddle together with his sister too of course! We are a family unit and we need Jazz with us! The MRI is $4000 & SRT Radiation is $9000. I live alone, with my bills I do not have these funds. I have been working since 16 years old and I am now 58. I am currently on FMLA Medical Leave for 3 months returning to work in a month. I need help to save my baby Jazz!

Nene

A year ago I rescued Nene from the humane society. She was breed for dog fighting and lived in a kennel her first year and a half of her life. I had to teach her to eat from a bowl, and even how to play with toys. She absolutely loves people and loves to give kisses however we are still working on the animal aggression due to her past. She has little scars all over her face and is partially blind Nene needs X-rays to see how bad the damage is and probably surgery on her little leg due to an old injury that we just found out about. All these injuries are due to the previous dog fighting which is horrible!I have the estimate for the X-rays which is going to cost $700 not including surgery. Our vets name is Eau Gallie Veterinary in Melbourne, Fl Nene is the most adorable baby ever. She literally sleeps on me like a baby. I am so happy she has overcome the horrible situation we managed to save her from and I can only pray we can get all fixed and healed!! This is definitely her second chance at life! Nene deserves a second chance to live life to the fullest and right now she constantly limps due to the injury. I would love to see her be able to fully experience a normal life

We rescued Hayes about 3 years ago from the Downey Animal Shelter. He was on the euthansia list and luckily we stumbled on an Instagram post pleading for someone to save him. We originally decided to foster him, but basically the minute we met him my fiancee and I knew we had to keep him. He's been living with us and his little Chihuahua brother Gus ever since. Like many huskies, Hayes likes to eat things he shouldn't (stuffing from toys, paper towels from the trash can, etc). Unfortunately, this time Hayes swallowed something that he couldn't pass - one of my socks. It got stuck in his intestines and caused a total blockage which required emergency surgery to be removed. Hayes is the love of my life and the most delightful doofus you'll ever meet. He's the most gentle, patient older brother to Gus, who I also love but is a bit of a monster. Hayes is obsessed with babies (he tries to get in every stroller we see on walks), cucumbers, and has amassed an impressive collection of lambchops that he carries around like puppies. Hayes picked a pretty inopportune time to eat a sock as his mom and I are getting married next month. So while we're so relieved that Hayes is on the mend - we had to put the entirety of his vet bill on a credit card since the wedding has eaten up most of our funds.
