Hoagie came into our life 12 years ago. I'll never forget the day my son brought him home holding him and nothing but his hand. We had several cats at that time and two other dogs they fell in love with Hoagie as well. Hoagie has brought so much love to our lives. He loves to cuddle he loves to sleep with us he loves to be rocked to sleep still at 12 years old. Hoagie was diagnosed with a hernia. It is right next to his bottle so he has to take medication three times a day so that he is able to have bowel movements. In the last week Hoagie has been struggling to urinate. We found out yesterday that unfortunately his bladder is now involved and has gone into the hernia as well. Now we are on a short timeline before we will lose him to a ruptured bladder. Hoagie is a stubborn little dachshund. Filled with personality. He is so intelligent almost like speaking to a human we often feel he totally understands what we are saying. The love he has given us is like no other animal has ever given us before. The thought of him not being in our family is unbearable. He gets super excited when we come home to greet us. All he wants to do is love and cuddle. The surgery is going to run around $5,000. Unfortunately I am unemployed due to the fact I take care of my mother who has dementia. I am trying to reach out to any organizations and trying to find a vet that will accept payment plans but they're just not out there.

Willie

Willie was a farm cat gifted to me by a friend. When I got Willie I assured my whole family I was only getting him so my other cat could have a friend. But he definitely became one of my best friends. The issues with Willie started when we was less than a year old. He was taken to the vet for lethargy and trouble peeing. They tried to physically express his bladder causing his bladder to rupture. He was rushed to the emergency hospital and given life saving care. I immediately changed what I could about his lifestyle in an attempt to prevent future incidents. Now he has another blockage. Willie is so loving, cuddly, and affectionate. Willie loves to explore his surroundings and is hardly scared of anything. He is best friends with his sister, Bean, and he is currently missed so so much as he is in the emergency vet hospital receiving monitoring for his urinary blockage. Willie’s first ER vet bill was a couple years ago. I ended up spending thousands, draining my savings account. Now he has another vet bill estimating between $3-4k. PU surgery which would limit future occurrences and is estimated $6k. I can’t afford the care he needs greatly

Maverick

This is Maverick. Aka Baby Boots. We found him on a sidewalk outside a mall. All alone on New Year’s Eve. He barely weighted 1 pound. We made him a space in the bathroom to be in quarantine since we have two older cats. A month and a half later, he is old enough to get vaccines and be released from solitary isolation. Explosive energy. Constantly dodging death. Maverick knows no fear. Maverick’s daredevil stunts caught up to him. He started limping and we promptly went to the vet. Nothing was found wrong and Maverick went back to his usual ruckus. A week later he started limping again. Second vet trip plus X-rays provided answers. His knee cap is dislocated. But Maverick doesn’t care. He is still just as rambunctious as before. We need a specialist to help fix his leg. Even though Maverick is new to our family, we love him so much. Even though he is a pint sized chaos ball, he brings so much joy to us. Even though he runs around the house as if he is NASCAR, the older cat’s youthful energy has returned. He purrs loudly and eats everything and plays with extreme joy. My husband is his favorite bed and he loves to pounce in cardboard boxes. We are still playing financial catchup from a car accident last year. We had to purchase a new car and adapt to new situations. Money is extremely tight. Any support would be extremely appreciated.

Kinlee

Kinlee spent the first 6 years of life in an Amish puppy mill, living in a very tiny cage and forced to make A LOT of babies. When she was no longer of use to the puppy mill, she was rescued locally. I had lost my previous pup Charlie a few month before and was finally ready to find a new furbaby. I adopted Kinlee in November 2023 and was in love right away! Immediately, I took her to her vet for a check up only to find out she had mast cell carcinoma. Another person may have given Kinlee back to the rescue due to the high cost of that surgery but I did not hesitate to make sure she got the treatment she needed. I recently finished paying off the mast cell surgery not too long ago. Kinlee is an absolute doll and loved by everyone. Sweet, loving, and a major cuddle bug. She has slowly learned to be a DOG after years of living in a cage. She and her Boston Terrier brother, Ronan (also adopted and former puppy mill dog) are best buddies and rarely apart from each other. They both have separation anxiety and depend on each other to get through my work days. I am currently on a fixed income, with little in reserve. Kinlee's previous surgery for mast cell was alot to manage, and this new diagnosis completely blindsided me. I am trying everything I can to raise the funds to give Kin the quality of life she deserves. Thank you!

Frankie been in my life for over 6 years. We live currently in motel room due to my life being threatened. Frankie has his mom Grace who has Arthritis and he lost his sister 2 years ago. Getting very financially hard don't want out him down or I will totally loose it. I already had bury his sister 2 years ago and my sister 3 years ago. Frankie has been to vetinary 2 times due to being a diabetic and is now officially blind in both eyes I love this boy so much and feel so bad for him that he can't see my face or enjoy the beauty outside or play hard with his ball. He lived to chase and kick ball outside. He ate trying to o get is diabetic under control but getting very hard financially on me. Frankie is very special to me. If he not in my life I feel very miserable he brings me joy in life. He is my everything. He lives playing with his balls. He loves his mom and dad. Dr at vet trying figure out his diabetic control level. So having to keep taking him every 2 weeks get glucose curve. Getting very financially difficult and hate put him down. I am working 2 jobs just trying to make a living and take care of my two dogs health. It is pouring hard in my life now with all problems being thrown at me with dogs health and mine and car problems bills adding up fast. Just want get his diabetic under control.

Frappe

Frappe is a 4 month old Scottish Fold in Miami , FL, who needs $7,000 for Diaphragmatic Hernia.

Frappe is my 4 month old kitten. He is the son of both my cats, Macchiato and Cappuccino. Macchiato and Cappuccino had a litter of 5 kittens. One kitten sadly died during Macchiato’s emergency c-section. Frappe was the third kitten to be born. Frappe has been a fighter since the start. Even with what he has been through, he continues to show how much of a fighter he is and his will to live. Two days ago I noticed that Frappe’s breathing was becoming very labored and more of a belly breathing. I immediately mande an appointment with our veterinarian (GoodVets). Frappe was diagnosed with a Diaphragmatic hernia. This is when there is a tear in the muscle that separates the chest and abdomen. Due to this tear, his organs are compressing his lungs and heart. We were told he needs surgery Frappe is important to our entire family. He the kitten of my current adult cats. He’s my 10 year old daughter’s support. My ten year old suffers from panic attacks and we have noticed when Frappe is with her she has less panic attacks. Frappe has a wonderful personality. He’s playful, enjoys being in boxes and loves cuddling with Macchiato (his mom). This has been an unexpected cost and we are trying everything in our power to give Frappe a fighting chance. The surgery cost is 6000 and he will need after care at an emergency vet. We just recently spent $8000 on Macchiato’s c-section. Any help would be a blessing.

Plum

Plum is a 7 year old Mix-Breed in Masontown, PA, who needs $2,000 for Full Mammary Removal (Radical Mastectomy).

Plum was rescued as a kitten from a feral cat colony we had on our property. She's been with us ever since, for almost 8 years. We also have two boy cats that weve had since we rescued her, and they are all very close. They play and cuddle all the time. Plum needs a full removal of her mammary ducts and glands. We found a lump on her stomach during the 2025 holiday season. It was quickly removed by Feline Veterinary Care of Morgantown, and found to be cancerous (stage 2). To avoid the risk of another growing, they reccomend a full mastectomy, as mammary cancer is quite aggressive. Plum is 1 of 3 cats in our household, and the certified baby of the bunch. Some of her favorite hobbies include burrowing into blankets, eating tuna, late night zoomies, and walking into rooms just to squeak at you. She sleeps with me every night and she makes me so happy. I just lost a cat this past November, and I'm not ready to have to say goodbye to another so soon. I've maxxed out all my credit cards and gone through a lot of our emergency funds, from the cancer diagnosis as well has her getting pancreatitis weeks before her initial mass removal. I just want her to be happy, healthy, and here with me as long as possible.

I adopted Cloud from the SPCA. I watched for weeks on their website and no one seemed to want to adopt him. So I stepped up. I wanted to share my home with the sweetest boy. I work from home as a self-employed data analyst and AI trainer. Cloud is my "office assistant" while I work. Which means he takes a lot of naps and doesn't do any of the work! I share a home with my brother. Cloud is a diabetic cat. But recently he has stopped eating or doesn't eat enough, which means I can't confidently give him his insulin doses without fear of him crashing. He is lethargic and weak and needs unexpected emergency care that I can't currently afford. His vet is Oak Heart at South Saunders in Raleigh, NC. Cloud is a velcro kitty and follows me wherever I go. He will have conversations with you and tell you all about his day. He does his glucose readings and insulin doses like a champ, and is always well-behaved. He's super chill and loves other people, and shows affection that melts my heart. I have been searching for traditional work for over a year. My self-employment work is enough to pay the bills and his diabetes supplies, but doesn't leave a lot of room for savings. I had money set aside for him, but a recent utility bill wiped my savings.
