When Paw Paws Animal Rescue rescued Brynnlee, they were shocked! Large, cancerous mammary gland tumors covered her entire chest. One was so big it dragged on the ground. She needed surgery to remove the tumors. "They were so widespread she needed 100 staples to close her abdomen area. Her incision covered her entire underside from her chest to her tail. We can't imagine the immediate relief she felt once those heavy tumors were removed," Michele H., with the nonprofit group, tells Waggle. But unfortunately, Bynnlee's road to recovery didn't end there. After surgery, she had complications, including a build-up of fluid that was so horrendous she needed a drain. She has now spent more than 28 days at the animal hospital. "She is receiving the best around-the-clock care and pain relief. She is in the best place to avoid infections and the opening of her incision," Michele says. Despite all Brynnlee has been through, she is always wagging her tail and has the most loving and relaxed personality. I got Esco with my baby brother because our grandmother had passed away and we decided it was time for a family pet not only to bring us together but to have a new for baby in our house we had him for about two weeks until 4/19/21 when we almost had to put him down yesterday due to a distemper outbreak Ever since we got our baby she was always so shaky I thought it was due to him being cold or anxious but he was doing so good he learned to sit, stay, and lay down and only such a short amount of time he would come and put his nose on you squish into into your arm just so you could start petting him and giving him all of your love! I just want to save my baby I have already spent so much money but I am not willing to go out without a fight, so I made this waggle for anyone that can help my boy! Thank you 💛 I purchased Esco over the Easter weekend when I got him he was shaky, the shakiness progressed over the last couple of days when I took him to multiple vets, just to find out from the breeder that there has been a distemper outbreak and she did not let me know until 4/19/21 when I could’ve been doing stuff to save his life before this date because now it’s neurological😕 When we got Esco he could not walk on a leash and he was so shy, he was coming out of his shell and started to really love box he would even grab the leash and come bring it to you telling you that he wants to go on a walk only at five months old we knew he was going to be special, I just didn’t know what special meant at the time!

We found an old fracture, improperly treated, left to rot as Saul struggled to survive on his own. Emergency amputation was his only chance. Because of RBARI and supporters like you, Saul made it through surgery. He’s recovering, albeit bruised, swollen, and thankfully alive. Even more incredible? Milly is our sweet, energetic little baby who has filled our lives with so much love in just 2 months. She loves running around, meeting anyone who will pet her, and giving hugs and kisses. She became my ESA and has given me so much support. She has tons of toys, but somehow our socks and shoes are still her favorites! Milly has complete fractures of her radius and ulna and needs very urgent surgery. Several veterinarians have seen her and stressed the risks of waiting. At only 3 months old, her growing bones could permanently malform. She is receiving care at MSPCA-Angell in Boston, where she will undergo this specialized surgery. Milly came into our lives during a time when we really needed something to bring us happiness. In just two months, she has become part of our everyday life and our family. Seeing her happy, running around, and excited to see us is something we never take for granted. Her recovery means getting our little girl back. We are two college students who both work and financially support ourselves. We barely have enough to cover our everyday expenses, and Milly’s emergency care has come unexpectedly. Salem Prince is our four-year-old sweetheart, and the cat who completely rewrote the rules of our household. Our story began when he was just a tiny kitten being fostered by a family member. Back then, we were a completely pet-free home, and I had never considered myself a "cat person." I had no idea what to expect, but Salem had his own plans. In a single, fearless motion, that tiny kitten climbed straight up my shirt, looked right at me, and gave me a gentle boop on the nose. In that one split second, it was total, undeniable love. Fast forward four years, and we genuinely cannot remember what our lives looked like before his arrival. He did not just become a pet; he became the heart of our home. Salem single-handedly transformed us into devoted, unapologetic cat people. His gentle nature and sweet personality laid the perfect foundation for our family to grow, paving the way for his two younger brothers. Watching them together is an absolute joy, as the younger ones are every bit as attached to him as we are, following his lead and soaking up his patient affection. Salem is not just a cat to us; he is the anchor of our furry family and without a doubt, one of the absolute best things that has ever happened to us. Tragically, Salem recently suffered a severe health crash. Emergency veterinarians at VEG Upper East Side discovered he has critical non-regenerative anemia (his red blood cells dropped to 17%), a dangerously low immune system, and an abdominal mass near his kidney. Salem is currently stabilized on an aggressive medication bridge of steroids and antibiotics, but he urgently needs the next step of care. His doctors at Heart of Harlem Veterinary Clinic need to perform a comprehensive abdominal ultrasound and specialized cellular testing to officially diagnose the tumor and begin targeted treatment. Our bond is irreplaceable because we genuinely cannot remember what our lives looked like before his arrival. He is the heart of our home, greeting us with purrs and providing a constant, unconditional love that we now cannot imagine living without. His recovery means everything to us because he is only four years old —he has so much more life to live and so much more love to give. Watching our vibrant boy fight through this sudden, devastating illness while his younger brothers look for his guidance is entirely heartbreaking. We are fighting for his recovery because he is family, and we just want our sweetheart to come back home where he belongs, healthy and whole. We are now facing a terrifying financial roadblock. Salem is fighting hard on his current medication bridge, but he urgently needs a comprehensive abdominal ultrasound and specialized cellular testing (FNA) to officially stage his tumor and unlock the targeted oncology treatments he needs to survive. The mounting costs for this critical next phase of specialized imaging and long-term care are simply beyond what we can manage alone, despite exhausting every personal and commercial financial avenue available to us. We are asking for your support because Salem is only four years old and is fighting incredibly hard to stay with us, his younger cat brothers, and our family. Teddy came to us in 2020 as a medical foster through a rescue transport from Mexico. He arrived with one leg already amputated and another needing amputation. We nursed him through recovery, fell in love with his resilient spirit, and officially adopted him. He’s now a happy, beloved member of our family and has adapted amazingly to life with his disability. He makes our family complete. Teddy was recently diagnosed with an odontogenic neoplasm, a tumor affecting the mouth/jaw area. He is under the care of Veterinary Dental Specialists, where he was evaluated by a specialized veterinary dental team who found that surgery is a necessary next step. If the tumor is effectively removed, he will be able to live out the entirety of his life with few to no further issues. Teddy is incredibly affectionate and full of personality. He loves cuddling with everyone in the family, stretching into us for extra snuggles, and giving kisses whenever he can. He’s playful, talkative, and happiest when surrounded by people or other dogs. Despite everything he’s overcome, Teddy is joyful, social, and always finds ways to make everyone around him smile. We’re facing Teddy’s surgery at the same time a car accident totaled our vehicle, creating major financial strain. We’ve already spent thousands on diagnostics and specialty care. Without this last surgery Teddy will suffer, but with treatment he’s expected to fully recover.

I got Bear as a puppy 13 years ago he was born April 20th, he is a mix breed terrior and has been a wonderful pet and my best friend, he is still very active and happy,playful, lovable, as he was the day we brought him home. He lives a very happy and fully pampered life with me and he sister dog Panda they are best friends♥️ Bear has recently come into some health issues with recurring uti's and we found out he has multiple kidney stones and a couple have become stuck in his urethra he is going to need surgery and expensive care to get through it, he is my best friend and the best dog anyone could have please help me save my best friend 🙏 Bear is playful he loves to be outside and play fetch with his treat sticks, he loves long naps and to play with his sibling Panda,he has alot of life left in him and is very special to me and anyone who meets him immediately loves him, he is more than a pet he is family Im on a fixed income and Bears recent emergency health problems are too expensive for me to keep up with, Ive paid for several tests and appointments but unfortunately I cant afford the surgery and Im swallowing my pride and asking for help to save my best friend 🙏
