My heart is heavy as I share the story of my beloved dog, Stella. I adopted her and her sister, Athena, when they were just puppies. From the moment they came into my life, they brought endless joy and companionship. Stella n Athena are my babies. Stella is not just a pet; she’s family. Recently, she suffered an ACL injury that has left her in pain and unable to enjoy life as she once did. The vet has advised surgery, but the cost is overwhelming—around $3,000 per knee. Without this surgery, Stella’s condition will worsen, and she risks developing arthritis, taking away her chance to run and play with her sister, Athena. Stella and Athena are my children, while growing she only slept on my bed and snuggled with me, they are my life, they play hide n seek and loved playing in the pool. We celebrated her 1st bday with a party. I can not live without them. They are the light that’s shines in the morning. They are my everything, we have doggie conversations, they are my companion. But I feel helpless I used to work with children as a school bus driver but due to a fall I became disable to work and now received Disability but only Enough to pay bills and feed my girls I am destroyed that I can’t help my girl walk normal again, that I can’t take her pain away.

My Harley was brought to me when it was determined that she could no longer live with her first fur mommy. She was brought to me because she literally had no place else to go it was either me or the pound. I could not say no to my adorable Harley Quinn and she became my constant companion on that day. She is a adorable character that and is completely adored bye all that meet her. Today Harley was attacked bye my neighbors pit bull that picked her up and violently shook my baby until we were able to get the pit to drop her. When I got her inside I noticed that she was bleeding and that she had a mass that was forming on her tummy. We took her to Viking Veterinary Hospital in Moscow Idaho because we don't have ER Veterinary services in Lewiston ID Harley is a active lil girl. She is always at my side and loves to go on walks with me and her fur sister. She is also a great help when I become stressed or am about to have a mental health breakdown. She is also laying on top of me after I have had a seizure and licking my face to help me regain consciousness. She loves everyone she meets and our family would be devastated if she were lost to us I am on SSI and I would not be able to afford the vet bill without assistance. My Harley is my world and I don't know what I would do without her. She is a vital member of our family. It would mean the world to us to have her back 100%

I found Puppy when I had a broken heart so I'd like to say that she thinks that she is here for me. She's the sweetest most fun dog there ever was. She is like my shadow and we are inseparable. I'm so lucky she found me. I don't think I have ever loved a person as much as I love this little monster...Puppy and I have moved across the country because I was ill. We came to Indiana and met her bestie- Harold. He is also a yorkie. Now I am unable to work and she and Harold are in need of some veterinary care that I am unable to fund at this time. Harold has decaying teeth that I am afraid are hurting his poor mouth. Puppy has been very down and lethargic. Now I noticed a bad ear infection so its imperative she get to a vet. I really don't know where I would be without this dog. She can always make me smile. My family in Florida just adore her. I take her everywhere that I go and people light up when they see her! This dog is my everything, I am the only thing that she has in this world and I really just want her happy and healthy again. Dogs can't speak or help themselves. I am her only advocate in this world. She saved my life...

Zoey is an 8lb full blooded chihuahua. I got Zoey as a rescue pet when she was around 6 months old. I found out the woman that had her had been abusing her and beating on her. I've had Zoey since. She's now almost 5 yrs old Zoey was attacked by a pit bull this past Sunday. She was rushed to Eastside animal hospital, where she had several stitches put in, 2 drain tubes and bandaged for 3 broken ribs. The vet said due to her injuries and the drain tubes, she needs to be brought into the office every other day to have the tubes flushed, the bandages changed, wounds cleaned and to be checked for infection. Zoey is the absolute sweetest dog ever. She loves to give kisses and hugs, and she's just like my child. I had her trained and registered as an emotional support animal. My life has been turned upside down in a matter of days with the thought of losing her. She's so loved by everyone that knows her. Zoey has to be seen every other day right now for numerous reasons. Each visit is $89. If they have to give her medicines it's a little more. I'm already out over $1300 just for the emergency surgery and I can't afford pay the vet but they said it's imperative. She's critical.

Aspen is a 9 month old Siberian Husky in Dallas, TX, who needs $2,000 for Femoral Head Ostectomy.

On a quiet Sunday near downtown Dallas, we saw her: a skinny, limping stray running down our street with fear in her eyes and dirt on her coat. She was wearing a collar, and despite her obvious injury, she came right to us — trusting, sweet, and clearly desperate for help. Once we made contact with her owners they no longer wanted her. We must help her get back on her feet. When we took Aspen to the vet, the news broke our hearts: she has a broken pelvis or hip (the vet explained, but we were too overwhelmed to fully process which). She’ll need a surgery called a femoral head ostectomy (FHO) to relieve her pain and allow her to walk again. It’s estimated between $2,100–$2,400 She is currently being treated by Metro Paws Oak Cliff We currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs. One being a husky mix. Aspen gets along with them all so well. She acts as though she’s never played with another pet before. She found us. She needed a loving home. We were not expecting for Aspen to find us therefor were not expecting to spend over 2k on a surgery along with the 1k already spend on her vet care to understand what was wrong.

My whole life I always wanted a sweet Golden Retriever, my dream dog! When my children were 10 years old (I have twins ) I knew the love of a dog was something that every child should experience- joyful, silly pure love that is good for the heart and soul- when we went to pick her up at 8 weeks old I cried tears of joy she was the sweetest, most cuddly bundle of cuteness and it was instant love! When Daisy was having trouble breathing I rushed her to the ER (VEG) where they took x rays and discovered a lot of fluid in her abdomen- they drained over a quart from her, and then gave me the grim news that she most likely has hemangiosarcoma, a deadly form of cancer-we then had to bring her to Dove Lewis ICU and Med Vet the next Monday for follow up- we are devastated:( Daisy is the most loving, sweetest gentle dog ever- my Mother just passed in October 2024 and we are still dealing with that indescribable heartache and now we have to face this battle with our beloved Daisy. I am doing everything I possibly can for her and she is definitely showing signs of feeling much better! Her breathing is 90% better and you can see the light back in her eyes! We are hopeful I am a single Mother of 2 children- - They lost their Father to Cancer when they were 5, so you can imagine how hard this is for them- All of the ER visits and testing maxed out my credit cards and all I can afford is oral chemo for her- we are praying so hard for her!

Miles came into our lives at just 12 weeks old, rescued from the streets by One Love Dog Rescue. We adopted him from there. He lives in a wonderful home that loves him so much! He needs our help to get into bed and get out. He can't be a real dog because he is in so much pain. He is taking a anti inflammatory and a pain killer when needed. Miles suffered an accident in our home. He slipped on our tile floor, and we heard him cry out in pain as his back legs gave way. We rushed him to the vet right after the accident, After a thorough examination, we found out that his hip was dislocated and he urgently needs a full hip replacement. We took him to Plainview hospital where there is only 1 Dr. that does this surgery on long island. Miles is the definition of love and affection. He’s always eager to snuggle, cuddle, and shower everyone with kisses. His goofy nature brings endless laughter, and his loyalty knows no bounds. Whether he’s curling up on the couch, wagging his tail in excitement, or simply resting his head on your lap, Miles has a heart full of unconditional love. We are doing everything we can to get Miles the care he deserves, but the cost of surgery is beyond what we can afford. We're reaching out to you, our friends, family, and community, for help. Mila came into our lives to be a "friend" for our Clover. Mila was born on a small farm in Iowa and my coworker got one of the siblings and we just fell in love with her and took her home in November. Mila is currently loved by 5 family members including two parents and 3 kiddos. After Mila's first vet appointment we noticed that she was seeming to not gain weight, even though she ate all the time. We take her to Tender Care Animal Hospital in Gretna. We were alarmed that our at first 16 pound puppy was now down to 13.8 pounds. Mila has now been diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes which is very rare, and also Addison's Disease both are life threatening. Mila picked us! When we went to the small farm to check out the puppies all of the dogs were hyper and running around and licking. Mila came up to me and my 5 year old and just put her paw on my leg and looked at me. I believe she knew I would do anything to save her, even though at that time we had no idea there was anything wrong with her. Our family loves her and just her healthy. At the time of diagnosis, we also have a daughter who plays volleyball! In a tournament she fell and has to have a big knee surgery this coming week. All of this additional expense is coming at a very challenging time, and we need to save Mila.

I adopted quest from a dachshund breeder. Quest is actually his birth name and I call him pup or pupper. He is my only pet and I don’t know what I will do if I can’t fix him and get him back to his normal self. Quest unexpectedly started experiencing paralysis in his back legs on friday due to ivdd. He is expected to make a full recover and walk again with surgery. Pups favorite thing to do is go for long walks outside. As soon as he hears his leash he is ready to go. He loves warm weather and with it being spring and warm this is really hard on him. I can tell he wants to run and play like his usual self but is unable to and it makes me so sad. The surgery is expensive and I am trying to eliminate what I have to pay out of pocket. I am being told he will get an MRI first and then they will do his sedation and send him to surgery. He will spend 2-3 days overnight.
