Pepe has been with me since he was 10 weeks old. My ex husband and I got him while we were serving overseas in the United States Marine Corps. He has made multiple moves, including coming back to the states with us upon completion and separation of our military service. He resides with my kids, myself and our other dogs and cats in Kingston! He helps socialize puppies and is a wonderful companion! Pepe has a mass on his rectum that has continued to grown in size. This is called an perianal adenoma. It is now grown to a size where it is beginning to bother his ability to go to the bathroom. I’m having to wipe him several times a day whoever he goes outside and he does not appreciate me touching his rear end. We have gotten the best estimate we can at Slade Veterinary Hospital in Framingham. This old man has been with my family for the last ten years. He is a loving dog. Protective of my children. He has helped raise foster dogs and puppies. Pepe is also an integral part of helping my kids maintain a semblance of normal since we’ve gone thru some hard times. We lost our other female mastiff three years ago and he is the last piece of our family unit prior to my ex husband separating. I have a very hard time asking for financial help. I try to do everything on my own. With the rising costs of basic living expenses his vet bills are pushing my finances past a putting me at a dangerously low level in case of an emergency. Talea has been with our family since a puppy. She lives with myself and my four children. She has a sister cat named Twinkletoes, who is her best friend. Hello! Thank you for viewing our page and our request for financial veterinary assistance for our family dog, Talea. She started exhibiting symptoms about a week ago. She is having trouble eating and drooling excessively from the right side of her mouth. Her right lower lip is drooping, and it seems like she has facial paralysis on that side. I believe that it may be related to her teeth. Talea is overly sociable and very loving. She is very submissive with other pets. Her breed was bred to be a lap dog, and a family dog. She has no fear of anyone or other animals. She is smart and loves her family walks and adventures. I am worried that we will lose our dog due to a preventable possible dental issue due to our lack of funds. She is only 8, and has lots of life left in her, otherwise. Myself and my children love her very much, and she has been an integral part of their childhood.

Hi everyone! Thanks for taking the time to read about ROCKY! We rescued him from a puppy mill in Texas and picked him up in PA at 3 months old. He was neutered at one month and is a timid with other dogs but loves humans like no other! He lives with me, my boyfriend and my 13 year old daughter. I stay at home with him during the day and nursing student by night. He is very loved. He recently had abdominal surgery 6 weeks ago due to eating paper towels that got stuck in the opening of his stomach. We paid $6500 out of pocket and were not prepared for that. We maxed out his insurance and since I’m not working, can’t afford to take him to the vet right now for a concerning new neck rash. It won’t cost a ton, probably $200-300 for the visit. Every dollar counts. Rocky is the sweetest silliest boy. He loves so unconditionally and comforts you if he senses you’re stressed or sad. He is so energetic and fun, goofy and also patient when we can’t play. He is respectful to the house and furniture and doesn’t hesitate to protect the pack. He tries to cheer you up with toys and once he realizes he has, he’ll get excited, his personality keeps your spirits up! I recently left my job as a nurse due to unsafe work environment, which had allowed me to focus on caring for him and my family, and furthering my nursing degree. I emptied my savings for his surgery and have been denied public assistance. He just needs one visit for rash

We rescued Skylar 7 years ago from a home where she was very poorly treated. She was just a little puppy who had no life other than being tied to a chain on someone’s front porch 24/7. Since then she has become our spoiled little baby. She loves to get dressed up in her cute outfits, spa days, naps, homemade treats, and spending time with her sister Raven. They love to play and take naps together. We are looking to raise money to get Skylar the surgery she needs for a life-threatening infection called a Pyometra. The necessary surgery would be to get her spayed at Animal Wellness & Healing Center. Unfortunately she was never spayed as a puppy considering her then owners didn’t take good care of her. We were unaware of the complications of not having her spayed when we took her in. Skylar’s best friend is her sister Raven, but she loves to play around with all her dog friends. She has regular play dates with them. She also loves to play with squeaky toys and tennis balls. She’s super afraid of thunderstorms and is quick to jump in our bed and snuggle with us under the covers until it’s over. She’s such a silly girl and likes to play hide and seek, then jump out and scare us. We’re young dog parents. I’m a college student and we only have part-time jobs. This was an unexpected complication we didn’t know about. Our dogs mean the world to us. They’re our everything. They travel with us wherever we go, and Skylar has much more traveling to do & see

I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my beloved six-year-old Golden Retriever, Kingston. Recently, we received devastating news—Kingston has been diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma. This diagnosis was a complete shock, as he has always been a strong, healthy, and joyful companion. Kingston lives with me and my 2 boys. Despite the shock, we are holding onto hope. We recently received his flow cytometry results, confirming B-cell lymphoma. While this is a serious diagnosis, there is a treatment path that can extend his time with us and give him the quality of life he deserves. Kingston's best chance is the CHOP chemotherapy protocol, a multi-drug treatment given weekly over approximately five months. Kingston is more than just a pet—he is family. Through life’s challenges, he has been my rock, offering unwavering love, comfort, and support. He was my rock and support during my divorce.The thought of losing him so suddenly to this illness is heartbreaking. The cost of treatment is overwhelming. Each chemotherapy session costs between $700 and $1,000, totaling over $15,000 for the full protocol. We are doing everything possible to cover his medical expenses, but we cannot do this alone. We have no pet insurance.

JJ was adopted in 2020 by my cousins and they needed a dogsitter while they worked, so I watched JJ everyday and he got so attached he would whine the entire time he was with them so it go to the point they just gave him to me. We have been best friends and inseparable ever since, JJ is my soul dog he has saved my life more ways than one and I would love to return the favor to him. JJ has a liver shunt to which we have been trying medications and L/D diet which he did well with until November 2024 he stopped eating and was very lethargic, so we took him to the emergency vet and his blood sugar was 48 when he got there, they were pushing really hard to put him down and I almost fell into it but something was telling me to not and so I didn’t. As I said before JJ has saved my life in more ways than one. I have severe depression and panic disorder which has lead to agoraphobia and JJ has been a big support for me. Especially with exposure therapy JJ has been the biggest help but just in everyday life playing with him, taking him on walks, laying under the blanket watching our favorite shows. JJ is not only my best friend but he is my soul dog. He has been with me helping me through my mom’s cancer battle, breakups, agoraphobia recovery he has been my side for it all. I cannot imagine a life with him with me.

Cheza has been part of my life since she was a tiny puppy, full of energy and curiosity. From the moment I brought her home, she attached herself to me like a shadow. Zelda came into our lives as a rescue. She was very malnourished but that didn’t seem to keep her spirit down. Zelda (like princess Zelda from the video game) is such a loving dog, despite all she has been through. Zelda went missing on 02/28/2025. We searched everywhere, I posted on social sites and went to shelters. Despite our efforts, Zelda was not found. Eight days later we got a phone call, Zelda had been found just a half mile from our home. She had been hit by a car and had been trying to make her way back home the whole time with a broken leg, we took her to Dawson Forest Animal Hospital. Zelda is the most loving Dog I have ever known. She loves to play with toys and snuggles. Zelda has been through so much and when I am facing a difficult situation in my life, I just think about how strong she is to have survived for eight days in the condition she was in and it gives me motivation to stay strong as well. Zelda needs her leg amputated and a few stitches which was quoted at $2,366 from Dawson Forest Animal Hospital. I know she will do just fine as long as she gets this treatment. She is already up and walking even with the bandaged leg, although I can’t let her do too much.
