My little Sally came into my life after my 16 year old Yorkie passed. Sally is my constant companion and I am working with her to become my diabetic alert dog. She goes to work with me and we are never apart. She helped heal my heart and she is my heart. I don’t know what I would do without her. Last night at my farm, I was taking care of our horses. Sally was at the end of the aisle away from any of the animals. One of the horses broke out of his stall and ran to the end of the aisle way. Sally tried to get out of the way but the horse stepped on her back leg. We took her to an emergency vet. She has a compound fracture and she needs surgery. Sally is an absolute doll. She loves her babies and will pick one to bring with her whenever she goes outside to go potty. She really loves her ball and cannot wait for it to be thrown. She sleeps cuddled up to me every night in the crook of my arm. She never wants to be away from her family. Her best 4 legged friend is my daughter’s dog Ollie. They are only 3 months apart. Currently I am fighting for custody of my grandson due to parental neglect by my older daughter. We are financially strapped right now as a result of this. This assistance would mean the world to me because my little Sally means the world to me.

I have had Snowy since her birth. I got her when I moved to Wisconsin on my own, which is where her name came from. She is the perfect couch potato with me after a long day at work. Winter makes you want to cuddle and watch Christmas movies with. She is daughter I never knew I needed. She gives me the courage to get out there and do it all over again with her heartwarming cuddles. Normal routine for us is I come home from lunch. Eat, play with snowy, and let her outside to do her business. Tuesday was slightly different as she didn't greet me at the door and wouldn't move. I checked for anything misplaced, but didn't see anything, but I had to get back to work so I took the next day off and booked her an appointment for the following day. Snowy is like my unofficial emotional support family member. She was there when I was alone and my family isn't much of a pet family yet the welcome her with arms wide open. She is the daughter I never knew I needed and words really cant explain the love that I have for her. She never was a pet to me, but a vital part of who I am today. I lost my job and got behind about 4 months of bills. I do have a stable job now after be out for four months, but my income is under 40,000 a year. I am barely able to cover gas to commute to work and honestly need a helping hand. Snowy shouldn't have to suffer with me.

This is Maggie! She is an 8 year old Husky/Lab etc. mix. She is our baby, we have had her since she was a puppy. We rescued her from the Humane Society and shes been with us ever since, we have another dog in our house, their best friends her name is Elsa, and she is a loving dog to our 4 year old daughter and soon to be additional one! Maggie needs her knee done, we have taken her to the vet, and now a specialist, hoping it wasn't the case, but it is. We have been quoted on a low end $4,800 CAD and on a high end $5,500.00 for the procedure to be done (TPLO) at Oakbank Animal Hospital. She is a goofy, loving, LOUD....menace! She thinks she's a lap dog, and I swear she thinks her "woos" are quiet even though they wake up the whole neighborhood, she is so gentle and loves people and all animals big or small....just a big Oaf. This expense is obviously very unexpected, we just had to come up with our other dogs Lateral imbrication (similar to what Maggie needs but cheaper) and have now been double hit. On top of that I am pregnant and going on maternity leave (Government assistance).

Kash is also experiencing severe allergies that are causing him to bite his paws and scratch himself. Kash loves attention and is very affectionate. He gets along well with other dogs. He is very protective of his family and loves to be around them. Kash is very well behaved and is very lovable. Kash loves to chew shoes. Low income family. My husband receive SSI and I am on Pregnancy disability. I am expected to give birth any day. We are currently struggling. We welcomed Bixx into our family when he was just a baby; from that moment, he stole our hearts. This lovable gentle giant has a personality as big as his size! He thrives in our spacious yard, where he loves to run and play freely. Watching him gallop around, chasing after his favorite toys or simply enjoying the sunshine, brings us so much joy. Bixx is not just a pet; he’s a cherished member:) Recently, our precious Bixx experienced a distressing incident when he slipped on the ice, resulting in a TPLO injury to his knee. The vet informed us that this is an urgent matter, as it’s crucial to prevent any further damage that could affect his other leg. The cost for the necessary treatment is $5,550.00, which has left us feeling overwhelmed. Currently, Bixx is struggling to walk properly! Bixx is truly a special member of our family for many reasons. His gentle giant demeanor is matched only by his affectionate nature. Despite his size, he has a calm and loving presence that makes him a comforting companion. He is calm and loving around other animals. Bixx also has an intuitive sense when someone is feeling down; he seems to know when to nuzzle up and offer comfort when needed Having BIXX healthy again would mean everything to us. We have taken on so many medical expenses this year it has been so hard. He is more than just a pet, he is companionship and our precious love. The thought of seeing him suffer or unable to move freely is devastating.

I adopted Bruno when he was just a puppy. He came up from Mississippi with his brothers and sisters as his mom's owner was homeless. He's been a joy since I brought him home. Bruno came in from the yard about 2 months ago with his hind leg dangling. Our vet at confirmed he had torn his ACL. It hasn't improved. My vet does not perform this operation on large dogs. I have a few referrals but the quotes were between $6500 and $7500. Bruno is a sweet, lovable, 75 lb cuddle bug. He is inseparable from his brother Tucker & loves to play with his sister Maggie who is a cat. He loves to go for walks & gets very excited when anyone comes over. Bruno loves everyone! I am currently paying down medical bills for an operation I had. I do not have any surplus funds and it breaks my heart to see him struggle. We really wanted a small dog because I was only in middle school and had depression and anxiety. I always felt alone so my parents decided for a dig this time. We got him in peru our home country. We sta r ed to notice blood in his urine and we got startled and then he couldn't pee anymore. We took him to a ER and they said he has his prostate to large and kidney stones. The kidney stones are so much that there is no way he can't leave here out if the hospital without surgery but it's way to much and we don't have the amount they presented. To me snow is my bestfrind. He's my dad's bestfriend. He's so nice to everyone he never bites growls nothing...he loves kids and always plays with them....his favorite thing is to play with hair My dad had an accident with his hand and couldn't work for almost a year. He's trying hard to be better so he can work more and more. But then this whole thing happened and we're stuck.

Koda was rescued from an abandoned barn by my dad when he was just a puppy. He's lived with me and my family for all 9 years of his life. When I came home from serving in the military, Koda was just a puppy but we were tied side by side to one another and have been ever since. He has traveled all over the country with me as my shotgun rider, and he now lives with me in Washington DC. Last week, we received heartbreaking news—Koda has cancer. He has a tumor growing on his anal gland next to his colon, and the vet says he needs surgery as soon as possible to prevent it from invading his colon and causing fecal incontinence. His primary vet is Live Well Noma in DC, but his cancer is being treated at Friendship Animal Hospital - also in DC. Koda is as special as they come. He's had a fixation on lights and shadows ever since my little brother used a laser pointer to entertain him as a pup. He loves spending time outdoors and he gets super competitive when it comes to fetch. He really doesn't like when other dogs are faster than him and he knows how to fake a limp to excuse himself as needed LOL. He also LOVES sweet potatoes! Koda isn't just my emotional support dog. He is my best friend. I wish so much that I could save him the way he saves me. After a sudden move due to black mold & my spouse's hospitalization, I simply don't have the money despite selling everything I can to save him.

Honey is a five year old beautiful chowchow that was rescued from a dying woman. She has lived in the same home since send filled with love from her mom and her brother and sisters. Honey as cherished is a part of our family we will do anything for her. Honey is an a life-threatening situation. She’s will die without the life-saving surgery. at any point in time honey’s uterus can rupture which will ultimately end her life. We need help paying for this life-saving surgery. We have already paid for a majority of it but are still in need of $350. Honey is currently awaiting surgery at hearts village. Please help me save my baby girl! Honey is a sweet and kind animal. She loves kids and taking care of other little puppies even though Chows are on the dangerous breed list honey wouldn’t hurt a fly. She is the best dog, she gives us so much love we would be lost without her. Please help save her. This surgery is very expensive and unfortunately we are low income.
