My daughter is a student at UF with extreme anxiety and on her own for the first time. We have had a very hard life and she has made many strides to be where she is. Dobermans have always been her dream dog. I fell across this pup by a miracle and after an emotional converstion with the owners, they sold us Hera for a small fee. We gto her 1 week ago to be her support baby. After having her for 1 week, Hera jumped from the bed and broke her foot. She is currently at UF animal hospital and surgery will cost about $4500. My daughter is histerical and I dont know what to do. Hera was a surprise blessing into our lives. Annabellas upbringing was a tough one. We lived in poverty and her dad was an abusive alcoholic. Even though it has been 1 week, Annabella is in love and devastated at the same time. We are a low income family and fear that the lose of our Hera will put my Annabella into a even deeper spiral mentally. Her well-being is essential. We are heartbroken.

My name is Dakota. My father is a purebred rottweiler that my loving humans rescued from a local farm, in a very abusive and neglectful situation. My wonderful humans even rescued and rehomed my aunt's and grandparents! Unfortunately, time was not on our side, and my dad got a little too friendly with my rottsky mother. I had 2 brothers and a sister that also went to great homes! While living with my father and mother, I get to be a handful sometimes. It's always play time! I sometimes get to be a little too crazy, and which is how I hurt myself. While playing with mom and dad, I had jumped and turned. When landing I hurt my poor leg and tore my ACL. I am a tough boy but I want to get back to playing on all 4 legs with mom and dad. I hate not being able to play and limping I am a very loving boy! I spend a lot of time cuddling with my mother and father, but I also know when my humans need love too! I am always quick to greet people coming in the door, but I can also be a little stubborn at times. My humans also have 2 small humans that I love to play with, and the one human is a bit smaller than I am. She can be quite crazy, just like me! I can't wait to play again! Unfortunately due to a nasty custody battle that has been ongoing for 7+ years now, I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression. This makes daily tasks very difficult! My dogs are my life, and probably the only reason I'm still alive.

It was one of those crazy things we were at the right place at the right time.. Two months earlier we lost our family dog that we had for 12 years.We went to a local store talking to the owner and a women brought back my Rocco he did not get along with her dogs,So I asked to hold him and he jumped right into my arms.He came home with us and loves his bothers our cats Rocco was recently diagnosed with Scoliosis from Guardian Veterinary Specialist in Brewster N.Y there he has seen several neurologist and had testes they believe he would be a great candidate for surgery because he is so young, It will be a long road between the hospital stay and the rehab but my baby boy is worth it and much more he is family and family takes care of family, Rocco is very important family member to my family.When I come home he knows its me and gives off the cutest soft bark and waddles to me. I pick him up and we both give each other lots of love and kisses. My husband is home days by him self and Rocco is a great comfort to him.I really don't know how we survived without him.We just love him I am looking to improve Rocco's quality of life and health. I want him to be able to run and play with his brothers and go for walks with me at this time we have had a few unexpected financial issues in our family and we can't afford it.

🆘💔INJURED PUP FOUND HIDING UNDER CAR💔🆘 This sweet as sugar stray baby was found injured hiding under a car in Hialeah, FL. She struggles to walk and urinate and her belly is huge. Finder believes she may have been beaten. She is very young, maybe 9-10 months old, and despite her suffering she still manages a little tail wag. She has been through so much pain and neglect in her young life. She was rushed over to Town and County Animal Hospital in Miami over the weekend and had emergency surgery to repair a double fracture in her front leg - we were given an estimate of $4K for JUST for the surgery. The extreme bloat in her belly is believed to be because she is full of parasites draining her of any nutrients. This means she has been neglected for most, if not all, of her life. Taffy has known only neglect and pain at the hands of humans, but is sweet, loving and trusting regardless. She has won over the hearts of the vet staff and everyone who has met her. We will heal her body and soul and make sure she finds a loving forever home once she is healed, but she has a long way to go. Please help us help Taffy! We have taken on several major medical cases over the past few weeks that have depleted our emergency medical funds, but no one else was helping Taffy & we couldn't bear to leave her in that pain. My 16 year old son & I just adopted Ozzy from Bullies & Friends in North Freedom, WI. He was up for adoption because his owner passed away and Ozzy laid by his side for 5 days before someone found them. He is now living with my son and I and our 5 year old mixed breed dog (Koda) who was also a rescue. Ozzy is going to be in need of some urgent dental care. He has several loose teeth, several diseased teeth and periodontal disease. I have acquired his previous vet records and his dental issues were noted but apparently not fixed before his owner passed. At 10 years old I was expecting Ozzy to be pretty slow moving and calm. But it turned out that he’s pretty rambunctious and loves to play and be a little sassy. I am a single mom and work 2 jobs and I was not expecting to have a large dental bill for Ozzy. His teeth have to be giving him some pain and I just want to make his last years be the best they can be, especially after he lost his owner of 10 years.

My baby has been with me since birth. I remember the very first time we howled together, the very first time he slept with me. I was working but lost my job back in April. I have a job now but I just started so funding is a little low especially when you have bills and a baby and is a single parent. He is a very healthy dog. Fredrick was hit by a car on October 1st and is currently at Central Ohio Veterinary Emergency receiving care. He has brain damage, a broken paw major cuts on the other paw, etc. now he will stand but he has to be held up. He ate today, his breathing is doing better, he is wagging his tail. I just want to help him fight financially. Freddy is a character, he's always happy, energetic, full of life. He hates car rides but deal with them because he doesn't like to be away from me. He's my everything, my best friend. I love him and I know he loves me. I just started a job so funds isn't there. My aunt has been helping me but we can only do so much. It would mean the world to me to get my baby healthy and home to me. It's very hard to sleep at night without him here.

I rescued Lucky from AWL animal shelter. We came together in 2017 he was six months old when we became a family. I name him Lucky because we were both Lucky to cross paths. He has been an amazing companion. Lucky has a torn ACL. The veterinarian said he needs surgery and he would be a good candidate for the repair surgery. It breaks my heart that he is hurt. He wants so much to run and play in the yard. The surgery is financially hard. I have been trying everything I can to do to help him get his surgery. But it's really hard. Lucky has a brother named Donatello he is a cat. They are inseparable Donatello is confused because Him and Lucky can't play. But he stays by Lucky's side. It's hard to come up with the funds to help Lucky get better. I want him to be able to run and play with his buddy. He wants so much to use his leg. I feel like I let him down because I can't financially get the surgery.

As I was walking out of the shelter after an unsuccessful search for a new pet, a man had been walking in and asked me if I had been looking for a dog. I told him yes, and when he showed me Mochi, it was love at first sight. She's been with me and my family ever since. Mochi has had an on and off issue where she'll suddenly go lame in her front legs (shifting lameness) and cry out. After multiple vet visits they've come to the conclusion that it's most likely compressive cervical myelopathy, or IVDD. There is no way to tell unless she has an MRI to assess the condition. She's being seen at ACCESS emergency hospital. Mochi has been an absolute blessing to me, not only as my ESA, but also as my best friend. She's saved me countless times and has truly given my life purpose. She has the biggest personality you'll ever see on a dog, and makes an impression on everyone she meets. She's a cuddle bug who loves nothing more than to curl up and people watch, nap, or do just about anything with someone by her side. Im unable to afford these costs because in disabled and unable to work or generate enough income to cover this. Mochi is my ESA and has learned how to perform tasks to aid me during my episodes. She's my best friend, and I need my happy girl back.
