Mischief

Mischief is a 5 year old American Shorthair in Browns Mills, NJ, who needs $2,000 for Revision PU Surgery.

Browns Mills, NJ

I am Autistic and have social issues due to it. My cat Mischief has been my rock through the last 5 years dealing with family loss and everything. When I got him he was a rescue and needed a surgery to remove 2 toes. I live with my Veteran Grandfather to help take care of him. Mischief keeps us entertained. He is a huge part of our family. I wiped out my savings, borrowed the rest over 15k total. Two months ago Mischief was having an issue peeing, and he had to have PU surgery to unblock him and try to fix the issue from happening again. Last month relapse. Put on special diet of Hills cd can food. Today another relapse, he is at NorthStar Vet Hospital Robbinsville NJ who said he needs a second surgery. That I can not afford now due the previous bills last 2 months. Mischief lives up to his name, you never know what he will do next. He keeps everyone guessing and laughing with his silliness. He follows me around like my shadow, meowing loudly if I get out his sight. He is so loving to me. He is my child and my heart. I can not even consider putting him down it will break my heart. I am currently waiting on Disability to make a decision as have been out of work for several years because of my disability. Mischief has been been my emotional support, my companion, guiding light though depression and family loss. Without him I would be lost.

Ginger

Ginger is a 8 year old Mix-Breed in Las Vegas, NV, who needs $1,500 for Cystotomy.

Las Vegas, NV

Our beloved Ginger came into our lives when my daughter was 5 years old and shortly after having to send our precious dog buddha off to heaven. My daughter being distraught from losing her best friend decided she wanted a kitty and not to replace her Buddha-boy. We adopted Ginger from a shelter the day we saw her. She was sweet and curious kitten told us she wanted our home to be her home. Ginger started having issues urinating in Mar 2025. We thought perhaps she had just a UTI, however after antibiotics not working to clear up the issue we took the next steps of x-rays, blood work, etc. at S. Hills Animal Hospital. That revealed that she had three large kidney stones. We tried medicated food which hasn't' worked and re-done x-rays again months later - no positive change. Ginger is bonded with my daughter and myself. We are her main people. She sleeps in my daughter's room/bed. I'm her favorite daily lap and petter. She is great with my boys and husband as well just with limitations. She's always had a spunk before now. Daily zoomies and playful character loving her dangle toys and the laser pointer. We hope to see her that way again - her current state:-( The cost of her surgery is more than we can afford right now and would put us into a financial deficit. We have already spent over 1k to have medical needs addressed. We are currently a one income family of five. Any support would help us get the surgery she needs.

Auggie

Auggie is a 4 year old Mix-Breed in Kodak , TN, who needs $800 for Blockages, Catheter, and Medication.

Kodak, TN

Auggie came into our lives when he was just a tiny kitten, adopted from the local shelter. At the time, we didn’t realize he had any medical issues—he seemed like a playful, sweet little guy from the start. It wasn’t until we received his records that we found out he had some health concerns early on. Despite that, Auggie has always been full of life and love. He has lived at home with my family. Our sweet Auggie is at Tri-County Veterinary Clinic in Sevierville, TN, being treated for two serious urinary blockages. He’s undergone lab work, catheterization, and multiple meds—some causing allergic reactions. He needs a strict diet and ongoing care. We can’t bring him home yet due to costs. We just want our baby boy back home with his family. Auggie is such a special part of our family. He’s incredibly sweet, gentle, and affectionate—always wanting to be near us. He curls up next to our daughter, follows us from room to room, and loves to play with his sister, Nala. He has a quiet way of making everyone feel calm and loved. He’s not just a pet—he’s family, and his love is truly unconditional Right now, we’re facing a difficult financial situation. Auggie’s emergency care, treatments, and hospital stay have added up quickly, and we simply don’t have the funds to cover the full cost. It’s heartbreaking knowing he’s still at the clinic because of money.

Dina

Dina is a 17 year old British Shorthair in Brooklyn, NY, who needs $2,000 for Aggressive Surgery + Radiation (with CT Planning).

Brooklyn, NY

One evening, I saw a shadow dart under my car outside my apartment. Curious, I went down and found a tiny, dark-blueish kitten—wounded, with a gash on her forehead, likely from a wild animal nearby. I gently reached out, and she let me pull her close. That was the moment she became mine. Dina has been bravely battling a fast-growing, aggressive oral tumor that is now threatening her ability to eat, breathe, and survive. Just weeks ago, after undergoing surgery to remove the initial mass, her tumor returned with alarming speed. It’s now ulcerated, necrotic, and expanding across her upper jaw, causing extreme pain and difficulty eating. She has already lost nearly 20% of her body Dina is incredibly intelligent, gentle, and emotionally tuned. She senses moods, offers comfort, and follows me from room to room like a quiet guardian. She's never just been a pet—she’s my companion, my family. She greets me with soft sounds, sits beside me when I’m unwell, and has a unique way of placing her paw gently on my hand as if to say, “I’m here.” I lost another cat to the same cancer not long ago. My friend and I care for 10 cats between us, and after COVID, things have been financially and emotionally hard. Helping Dina now means not losing another family member. It would bring light back into a time that’s been dar

Zara

Zara is a 9.5 year old Mix-Breed in Richlands, NC, who needs $800 for Periodontal Disease Surgery & Extractions.

Richlands, NC

By the grace of god I rescued Zara in college from Craigslist — she was the runt of her litter, covered in fleas, and rejected by her mother, she stopped feeding and was underweight. I fed her with a baby bottle and cared for her like a newborn. Since then Zara has stood by me through everything: moves, lost jobs, broken relationships, and mental health struggles. She’s.. family! She had retained deciduous teeth with surgery removal, followed by 2 cleanings. Despite all my attempts to save help her, her dental health has continued to decline. Shes now battling stage 3- 4 periodontal disease — gums are severely infected, teeth are loose. Zara has health issues after she gave birth to 2 puppies but one survived leading to an infection years prior, as well as hip dysplasia Zara is one of the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet. Everyone who meets her falls in love. Neighbors, friends, even strangers stop to say hello when they see her … she’s friendly, affectionate, and has a calming presence that lights up any room. She brings people joy just by being herself. I was able to support her medical needs but I had to leave my flight attendant job due to health issues. But Im now single, low-income, & I simply can’t afford the thousands it will cost for her dental surgery & care. I'm doing everything I can, but I need help, please
