We purchased Timber so he could be a loved family member. Timber is an inside/outside cat. He's very lovable and is my sons emotional support cat. Unfortunately last Sunday Timber was hit by a car and it damaged his nerves that control bladder and bowel functions. He will have to have his tail amputated. Nerve surgery would be an option to help timber heal and survive. Timber is a very loved and lovable family member. He helps my son who has disabilities and is very close with us all. We are devasted this happened to him. We are trying to do everything we can to save him any help would truly help us to help him. I am a single mom of 3, things are tough as it is. We would greatly appreciate any help we can get to help timber. I work full time but still struggle to meet ends meet.

My cat gave birth to some cute kittens. We named him bruce from batman. Hes so lovable and loves cuddles. He eats good, plays good and he can be funny at times. Hes been puking blood and im worried he wont make it. The job i have doesnt pay well and i need finacial assistance quickly. Or he wont make it:(. I hope my fur baby makes it. Ive been feeding him through a syringe to get him back up on his feet. Baby food and pedialtye. Idk what else to do. I really need help with my cats vet bill. He loves everyone and all the cats i have. Good with kids as well. Hes playful and loves to jump around and hide like a ninja. Since his sickness he hasnt been the same. I would be super sad if he passed. I will do anything for my fur babies. Even if it means asking for money. I want my cats to be loved and healthy. Please help

Hi! Meet my cat Bean! She’s my furry best friend. As much as I want to say I rescued her 4 years ago, she really rescued me. She will forever be apart of my family. She makes me happy and calms me down. Makes me smile and makes me laugh. She’s my snuggle buddy and my comfort. I love her with all my heart. Unfortunately Bean is struggling with peridontal disease. Which is causing her pain daily. She is struggling to eat and drink. Her vet says she needs surgery to remove all her teeth urgently. She has an abscess form the infection and it’s causing bleeding and pain. She’s lost 2 pounds from lack of eating from the pain. The round about cost for surgery is almost 3,000. The Vet is Thrive Pet Health. Bean is beyond unique, she’s very sweet and just want to be loved. She loves her chin pets and will purr for hours. She will sleep right next to your head. She will lick you and bathe you and that’s her way of kissing you. She puts her full trust in everyone she meets. She’s is a very special cat. I want to do everything I can for Bean. I hate to see her in pain, and it’s kills me even more that she is losing weight because of this. The amount of money needed to fix this is beyond what I can afford at the moment. Things are very tight for me.

Vienna is two months old and was a happy healthy kitten living with her family including her loving 16 year old mama and her dog and cat siblings. She loves to play and snuggle. She came to us after our kitty died of old age and left us broken hearted from a cat rescue. Vienna unexpectedly suffered from renal failure with the cause unknown. She is fighting for her life currently at Seven Oaks Animal Hospital. She is on IG fluids and meds but with a critically low body temperature. If we see improvement she will need longer care to recover and have healthy kidneys again. Vienna was the spitting image of our lifelong companion Vixen. When Vixen died her mama cried for days until Vienna came into her life. She is already so bonded with her and they snuggle all day and night. She is so sweet and loves to chase her big brothers and sister (dogs and cat) around the house. She is so sweet and a little fighter As a divorced full time single mom of two living on a teacher’s salary I have not been able to pay any bills. Adriana,16, works two jobs after school and has already spent over 3,200 of her limited college savings she has earned to try to save Vienna.

Oct 27 out bike riding searching for lost headphones. Along a thick wooded area, I heard LOUD shrieks and cries from the tiniest kitten. She came running out brushing up against my legs. She was injured. She scarfed down food and loved the safety of a carrier. She got the name Earbud, the reason I heard her screams. She has her very own room to play in. I have two other cats she has yet to meet. Marschall Road Animal Hospital Dr. Glieden told me her tail was sliced vertically down to bone, entire tail. The trauma most likely cut off blood flow. A tail amputation is required by a specialist due to trauma being so close to butt end of tail where so many of the nerves are in her spinal cord. Earbud started a medication regimen to begin her healing process in preparation for surgery. Earbud is the sweetest kitten ever! Purrs and talks up a storm. Excited to see you. She is vibrant with life. Playing, chasing toys, loving her circle cat toy, scratching her cat tower, zipping through the bedroom with the kitty crazies, and taking all her meds like a champ! She would be a wonderful companion to my youngest cat Pawsie who has always wanted a cuddly buddy to snuggle and play with. Tail amputation surgery cost is 2,500. I didn’t plan for a sweet, little lovable bundle to bust into my life. The unexpected cost is a lot to bear. I am a single income household. This is a life-saving surgery for Earbud and doesn’t end after the initial surgery cost.
Dewey

Dewey weighed less than half the weight he should have when our Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge team saved him. Animal control officers found him outside, abandoned, emaciated, and starving while suffering from a severe respiratory infection. All we could feel were bones when we picked him up. How he survived outside is a wonder to us! He was so malnourished he was unable to eat. His system was too far gone from starvation and dehydration. Our dedicated medical team would not give up on Dewey. We began fluids, antibiotics, heat therapy, and syringe feeding. The good news is he's improving. Dewey is such a cuddly little guy, always waiting at the front of his cage, making biscuits and meowing for attention. We really need your help raising the money for his medical care. Our funds have dwindled, but the calls for help and our resolve have not. Thank you on behalf of Dewey, just one of the helpless animals who will be safe because of your generosity!
Wirt and Gregory

Had we said no to rescuing Wirt and Gregory, they would not be alive today. These kittens are a heartbreaking yet adorable pair. They were rescued together and rushed to our Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge. Though we are completely strapped for space, we could not turn them away in their condition. Wirt is an extremely tiny, four-week-old Tabby kitten. He came to us cold to the touch, lethargic, and fading away. We mobilized to give Wirt heat support, hydration, nourishment, and antibiotics. He requires syringe feeding around the clock. To make matters worse, he has ringworm and severely infected eyes. Gregory is also sick and malnourished! He's just three months old, suffering from a respiratory infection, conjunctivitis, and ringworm. Both boys require constant care. Thankfully, one of our amazing foster families stepped up to take them. They are being treated with antibiotics, antifungal and eye medication, dewormer, heat, and fluid support. The kittens' love for one another shows the true spirit of rescued animals. Gregory comforts his sweet, tiny Wirt, who is always glued to his side. Gregory can't even use the litterbox alone! Wirth climbs on his back and rides along. With the current overcrowding crisis in shelters and the influx of needy animals, our funds have dwindled, but the calls for help and our resolve have not! Please help us pay for their critical care. Together, we can show Wirt and Gregory that people still love and care for animals. Ember
Ember is a 2 month old Mix-Breed in Houston, TX, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Hospitalization.

ThisIsHouston Ember’s lifeless body laid on the side of the road. There were no signs of life from her and she was in distress. There was also a trash can next to her. Kind souls stopped to check on her, and as you can see, she was very much so alive. Her body was limp but she was still able to wag her tail. She was so happy to find someone who cared. She was overheated, emaciated, dehydrated and in distress. Not sure what this poor girl was doing there. It’s obvious she’s been on her own for far too long. If she spent an hour longer baking on the pavement, she probably wouldn’t have survived. Ember is about 2 months old and only 3 lbs. She arrived to the ER with a PCV (packed cell volume) of 9%. Normal levels are between 35-55%, so she was dangerously anemic and needed an immediate blood transfusion. Her fecal came back with coccidia, hookworms, and roundworms — two of these can be deadly if left untreated and contributed to her anemia. Her nails are urine stained and extremely long, indicating she may have been kept confined. She’s nothing but skin and bones and at risk of refeeding syndrome. She was having trouble regulating her own body temp and on heat support and IV fluids & meds. Ember has a long journey ahead. Please consider donating! Update 9/4/24: This girl is the most precious thing. We went to visit her a couple times at the ER and there’s something about her that builds an instant connection with anyone she meets. She’s been bundled up in blankets like a little burrito each time we visit and she’s content being held like a little baby. She’s only 3 lbs right now so she’s very very tiny. She’s really skinny too, and you can feel every bone in her body. Her eyes, my goodness. They’re so big and full of hope. They just soak in everything that’s happening around her. She loves people and loves to give kisses too. She’s been able to maintain her own temperature, she’s on a full calorie diet now, and she continues to eat great. She was discharged from the ER yesterday and is now in foster care. She’s got a recheck on Monday to make sure she stays on the right path. We’re so happy she was found and is safe. Her story could’ve ended so different. She’s such a lucky girl. Update 9/9/24: Ember had a vet check up today to make sure all is going in the right direction, and they are! She gained a whole pound. We are doing everything possible to continue improving her health. Update 9/17/24: Just 2.5 weeks ago, Ember was dying on the streets. She was on a feeder road, right off the highway. We have no idea how she got there but she laid down and just gave up. She was too weak to move. Thankfully, a kind couple spotted her and took her to safety. Now she’s doing so much better and getting the princess treatment in her foster home!! She's even driving through Starbucks lines for pup cups. We are so happy with the progress she has made! Update 9/20/24: Ember is still getting healthy and growing like a weed! She is available for local Texas adoption, and our team is already processing apps for her. We can’t wait to get her into her forever home so she can continue to live the life she was meant to live.

Moo has been by side since the day her mom had her. I decide to keep her and her brother I decide to name her moo because her markings reminded me of a cow. Moo is my best friend and has been the only thing in my life that has always been there for me when my fiancé passed and then 2 weeks later my best friend moo was the only thing I had in the world Moo goes to tax well animal hospital in Knoxville tn I’m not sure what’s wrong with moo because I can’t afford care I lost my home and job but I do know she is losing weight rapidly and she is drinking like she is dieting of thrust she also is shaking her head like her ears hurts she whines constantly which she never did she is not herself she won’t do anything she is not active like she used to Moo is very loving toward everyone she loves other dogs and cats. Moo is a little hunter she loves to chase things but she has never caught anything lol when I sing she howls but the thing I love most about moo is in my grief of losing not only my fiancé and best friend I lost two other friends and my grandma she always cuddle with me and let me cry she would lay there for hours if I needed it I I lost my job and my home so I’m staying with my mom since she got hit by a truck she doesn’t have a job right now I’m looking for a job and a home for me and my gf and our twins and my 2 year old son. I need to get moo the medical help she needs before It’s to late
