MojoDoozi ("Monkey") a young rescue pug who arrived in terrible shape, wild, anxious, starving, ribs showing, (14 lbs now 18) w many things wrong incl a UTI.Found in the desert where she had been bred for babies.A friend in rescue asked me if I wanted her &of course I did. I'd had several pugs before &loved the breed. She knew nothing of a leash, commands, manners.She still looks for her babies. Many UTIs later treatment has been unsuccessful, peeing over 10x's a day or more changed food/antibiotics but ultrasound still is not normal, possibly polyps?She needs board certified internist w experience in the bladder, no more guessing & if warranted a home cooked diet w supplements to keep her bladder healthy. Metropolitan Animal Specialty Hosp (MASH) in LA w vet nutritionist I used yrs ago She's playful, eager to please, has learned all basic obedience plus can Catch treats. So attached, follows me everywhere, sleeps in my bed, loves walks, is friendly to all. But she jumps onto friends dining tables & chows down whatever is there, scavenging from her old days of starving.(The meatballs were SO good not 2 mention the bundt cake! (We're still working on that). She’s a survivor! I lost my job during Covid & haven’t recovered, cannot find a job at my age, not even able to make my own ends meet. How can I take care of my little Monkey? Imagine having a bladder infection all your life! She deserves better.

Hi my name is Melissa I have a 8 year old pit terrier who one night popped up on my Facebook. I had been looking for a puppy for a good 2 months and when I seen her picture I automatically new she was the one. I had to go to Indiana to get her but that didn't matter because her eyes told me she wanted me as much as I wanted her and now I own one of the best friend you will find. Keira has been suffering with a bad toe nail. It has broke twice. First time it was pretty deep 2nd time not as deep it was bleeding both times pretty good. When it grew back it grew to the side which is causing her so much pain. She can't jump on furniture or her bed and she looks at me with these sad eyes and it's breaking my heart. I'm afraid that nail will have to be surgically removed. Keira love's to check the mail and go for walks. She will say "walk" if you listen hard enough LoL. She does love to talk she is very jealous when I talk to other animals, people, it don't matter if it's not her she will let me know lol she is very vocal and I taught her lots of tricks she will do for treats she very smart she loves her ball but right now she can't play from being in pain. I am unable to work and trying to get disability but that's a long process. I live on food stamps and $80 a month I go to the pet food pantry for dog food. I've tried to borrow money but no one will help us. She's a really happy girl right now she can't run and play thank u!

Kilala is my Rescue cat who was saved from the lofty mountains of Southern Oregon where she was either lost or abandoned. She has been my refuge of safety and emotional support while being a full time artist. She's my first pet while living on my own, and has easily been the brightest and one of the most meaningful additions to my life. I need immediate assistance with the surgery being in 2 days. After multiple doctor's visits and blood tests, she has been diagnosed with Severe Pancreatitis and Stage 3 out of 4 Kidney disease. If she doesn't have this procedure done within the next 48 hours, her kidneys could fail which would be fatal. The Vet clinic that has been helping me and willing to provide Kilala the surgery she needs is the Pet Orphans of Southern California Vet Clinic. Kilala is one of the most chatty, opinionated, and most Sour Patch-like cats you could ever meet. Her personality has always been a strong one ever since I met her, and anyone who interacts with her can never forget her. She's both spicy and sweet, while also being the most affectionate companion anyone could have all day. She's fought a hard life to make it as far as she has. The past couple of years have been some of the most intense financial hardships I've been through. Being able to have a pet companion as an artist in the entertainment industry has been a constant reassurance and gift of love throughout my days, no matter what was going on.

This is Kota. She has 2 big sisters who love to play with her outside. Her big sister can run faster than her so when she is tired of chasing her she complains and makes everybody take a break with her. Kota doesn't understand that she is the size she is so she is quite clumsy (this is how she broke her leg). We call her Minnie Mouse bc she has the 'minnie mouse gloves' on all of her feets:) Kota is a clumsy 8m old pup and took a jump that her and her sister run through all the time and she landed wrong and broke her back leg. Her mama needs help paying for the metal plate and screws that are in her leg now after the emergency surgery. She has pants she wears to cover her big owie bc she bumps into too many things with the cone on. She is the biggest lovey baby. Hi! This little girl is threatened by her reflection. So sometimes when she walks by the mirror she has to have a stand off and she is usually the winner....unless her sister comes to help fight off the 'bad guy' in the mirror then it's more of a group attack....mom has to clean the mirror a lot.... Miss Kota likes to get her paws cleaned after muddy play! And she LOVES to give full body hugs:D This was an emergency surgery needed to put a metal plate and screws in her broken leg. No money was saved up because a week before this, her big sister had a tooth removed after breaking it chewing one of Kota's big sticks and moms money was used for that emergency surgery.

Pics are from the shelter 240 miles away where Wendy has been for 90 DAYS. She's close to being euthanized. We plan to save Wendy's life & be her furever family. In 2 days she'll have 2 dogs, 4 cats & 2 humans. Dr Smith @ Cumberland Valley Veterinary Services would treat Wendy's skin & spay her. We want to love, feed, shelter & keep her healthy. Please help us get Wendy safe & healthy quickly! The shelter Vet in Springfield, Ohio has treated Wendy's skin condition & they tell us that it's healed some but additional treatment is still needed. Plus, Wendy has yet to be spayed & that's a must for all of our fur babies. The Vet said she isn't contagious. My husband & I are both home almost always because he's retired & I work from my home office. We're empty nesters who have rescued all of our fur babies & it could be argued that they rescued us. Hearing about all of the overcrowded shelters across the country has prompted us to want to provide a dog that nobody else wants a safe & loving home for however much life they have to live. We have the space & the love, we just need help getting Wendy's illnesses treated & get her spayed ASAP. My salary & his fixed income means our budget is already tight. She's already been waiting at a full shelter for 3 months to feel better. Please help us help Wendy!

Operation Liberation received a plea from a rescue in the Bahamas to help three kittens with severe eye problems. They stepped in to make sure Eddy, Ezio, and Elsie receive the care they need to live a comfortable life. All three kittens will need one or both eyes removed as well as basic veterinary care such as vaccines and spay/neuter. These procedures will be expensive but Operation Liberation didn't hesitate to bring these kittens into their care. Despite the pain they must be in, the kittens are extremely loving and happy. They are quick to play, cuddle, and purr. They have a long recovery ahead and will need to adjust to their new lives without their painful eyes, but Operation Liberation is determined to provide any and all care the kittens need to live amazing lives. Operation Liberation is dedicate to rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding homes for all animals. Lily has been suffering from neglect for a very long time. The sad part is that she is microchipped and has been owned her whole life. Her owner has been sick and in the hospital, so the brother was trusted to care for Lily. She was apparently missing for a week when she was found. The owner surrendered Lily to ThisIsHouston to give Lily the best chance at recovery. Lily was found with wounds and maggots all over her body. Once she arrived to the ER, she was sedated, cleaned up, and shaved down. She has severe chronic skin issues, even on her forehead, and she’s itchy all over. There are old wounds which go all down her spine. She’s blind with cataracts in both eyes. The inside of both ears are narrowed from chronic ear infections. She likely had chronic skin and ear issues her whole life which weren’t managed. Bloodwork has been showing elevated white blood cell count so she’s battling infection somewhere. She had a fever of 107 when she arrived to the ER on Sunday. She has no appetite. Her stomach and small intestine are both full of fluid which will need to be pulled off. Lily has an extremely long road ahead. This poor girl is a mess. ThisIsHouston is determined to do everything they can to make her better. Please consider donating to help this sweet soul receive the necessary treatment. Update: After treating her ears, eyes, and skin conditions, Lily is finally on the road to recovery! Now that she is feeling better, she is revealing her spunky personality. In even better news, she has found her forever home. However, Lily's medical bills still remain. We rescued her when she was six weeks old. We heard meowing outside in a bush out of our house and it was raining and there she was. She is 14 now and loves her besties Allie and Catsby. She knows how to fetch and she does have a tortitude. So she's very vocal about life in general. We love our girl 🥰 She started having a hard time walking so we took her to the vet and all the tests were normal She has arthritis in her back legs which makes it hard for her to stand and walk on so the vet suggested Solensia a shot once a month For the pain and to help her walk on her own, so she her first dose last month and it went good and the vet said Continue with that therapy at Animal Care Clinic Stockton. Daisy's favorite pastime was fetch. We would throw a ball and she would bring it back to us, but as she's getting older and her arthritis, she's no longer able to fetch. Sowe roll the ball to her and she bats it to us without having to move. Shes a sweet girl and likes to cuddle with us and her sister. Her shots are $150.00 a month and we had a financial setback that used up our savings. Having Daisy be able to walk on her own and play with her sister and fetch again or at least walk without pain would make her quality life better we hate to see our baby in pain.

My kittens name is Mooki. He is roughly 4 to 5 months old. A friend of mine felt bad for me because i recently lost a cat that i had had for 4 yrs, so he went to a friend of his whose cat had kittens. He brought mooki to me as a surprise and i fell in love instantly. At first when he came to stay with me he was very spunky and feisty. Jumping off of everything, always landing on his feet. Since ive had him, things have changed. He went from jumping on things to pulling himself up instead. He was not as active as before and he struggled. I made accomodations for him. Within the last couple of days he has started to strain just to walk. He will walk a few feet, then squat and lay down for a minute and then repeats. He loves to attack my hand but not as violent as before. He eats And drinks perfectly, and uses the bathroom seemingly ok. Its just his ability to walk, run, and jump. I love my mooki boo so much that i would die for him. I have talked to the veterianians here, but they all want immediate payment or a down payment. I do handy man services for employment and i get paid per job completed. I don't have the money to pay a vet for mookis care and visit. So here i am Reaching out for help paying for vet so that i can get mooki in to see a Dr so they can determine what is wrong with him and get him better. Any help will be greatly apreciated by me and especially by mooki. After treatment i can send pic's of his progress and recovery. Thx
