Ela

Ela is a 2 year old Chihuahua in Forth worth , TX, who needs $3,000 for Kidney Failure Hospitalization.

Forth worth, TX

My dog is a 2-year-old Chihuahua and a beloved member of our family. She loves spending her mornings laying in the sunshine and one of her favorite things to do is collect sticks from the yard and bring them to our front door. She is loving, affectionate, and always wants to be close to me and my children. She brings so much joy and comfort to our home every day. My dog was seen at Creekside Pet Care Center in Keller, Texas. She became very weak, stopped eating normally, and was diagnosed with serious kidney disease. The veterinarian recommended hospitalization with IV fluids and intensive treatment to help stabilize her condition. She is more than a pet; she is family. She loves to cuddle, follow us around the house, and be near us at all times. My children adore her, and she provides comfort, love, and companionship every day I am working hard to support my family, but the cost of emergency veterinary care is beyond what I can afford alone. Any assistance will help give my dog a chance to receive the treatment she urgently needs.

Deuce

Deuce is a 2-year-old Domestic in North Richland Hills , TX, who needs $915 for Urinary Blockage.

North Richland Hills, TX

Deuce came into our life February 2019. We rescued him when he was only 12 weeks old when my husband at the time was stationed at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. We originally got him to help my ex husband with his PTSD but Deuce quickly became attached to me and ended up helping me more than he will ever know. Deuce is the absolute sweetest cat. He greets everyone at the door and is very welcoming. He loves to spend his days cuddling with anyone who will show him attention. He is the oldest of 3 cats in our home and the other two follow him around. He loves my kids and sleeps with them every night. I have never met a sweeter cat. Deuce is fascinated by straws. You cannot leave your drink alone or he will take your straw. He also enjoys hoarding mom’s hair ties! He loves sitting on the porch with mom during the evenings and cuddling. He has a huge personality and is always making us laugh. He gets along with both dogs and cats! Deuce is in a current life threatening situation. We took him to Creekside Pet Care Center in Keller, TX to get him checked out because he was not eating, drinking, or using his litter box. His vet Dr. Mathre examined him and felt a large hard bladder which means he possibly has a urinary blockage. He is at risk for his bladder to rupture. He has all the signs. I am a single mom of 3 who recently divorced and moved to a new city to start over. Deuce has been with me through it all and has helped me so much. I cannot afford to get him the care he desperately needs. He could pass away within a week if he doesn’t get treated.

Iris

Iris is a 4-year-old Great Dane in North Richland Hills, TX, who needs $2,000 for leg amputation and chemo.

North Richland Hills, TX

Iris came into my life my senior year of high school! She’s done absolutely everything with me from college, road trips, community service, lake! She is truly my soulmate. Yesterday around 11:30 am Iris was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. We learned that the cancer had made a hole in her right leg and was spreading quickly. The vet told us we needed to get her leg amputated quick and to start chemo. Iris is what holds the family together she’s our sassy girl who loves attention. She loves to talk, loves to go on adventures, and never complains about anything. She loves everyone and anyone! Especially if they pet her love spot! Iris favorite love language is to be looked at, touched and acknowledged.🥺😂 I am currently a premed college student. I just recently picked up a job in hopes of saving up money for Iris and her procedures, but I need as much help as I can get. Our oncologist and emergency vet guided me to this website. Iris was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. Which we learned is a very aggressive bone cancer. Osteosarcoma has been eating at her leg and we were told she needed to get an amputation ASAP. We have spoke with two local oncologist and are currently on waitlist until September 27th. We were given estimates at both vet offices and were completely torn by the fact we would not be able to afford it. Iris is special to me because she symbolizes love. Iris was a gift my ex and I bought 4 years ago. She helped me heal through a lot of obstacles and never judge me in the process of becoming better. She is my guardian and has never failed to make me laugh and bring joy to those around her. Iris is without a doubt the best dog in the world

Leo

Leo is a 3-year-old Maine Coon in Fort Worth , TX, who needs $1,600 for Hospital stay and surgery for Urinary blockage.

Fort Worth, TX

Leo was a rescue from our neighborhood. He just showed up at a neighbors house and she listed him for adoption after no one claimed him for several months. He fell in love with us and we fell in love with him. He is very people oriented and prefers to always be with some human unlike most cats. Laying right on top of you is his favorite position. He is a huge pet of our life and our Dog Lacie’s life. They are best friends. Leo always thinks Lacie’s food is better and tries to sneak a bite in sometimes. Leo is super smart and knows how to open cabinets and doors. He loves running up and down the stairs to show Lacie how fast he is. Leo is a big cat. He weighs in about 25 pounds so when he jumps off the counter he makes a thud. I am currently unemployed due to COVID. My daughter Sarah and I are just trying to make ends meet right now. We are putting up everything we have in savings to save Leo. Leo is at Creekside Pet Care in Keller, TX. He has a urinary blockage which is a common issue with Maine Coon male cats. He is undergoing surgery and requires a hospital stay to make sure the blockage clears. Dr. Karen Fischer is his vet. She is awesome as are all the vets at Creekside. We drive quite a way because we think they are so special! Leo is the protector of the yard and garden. He keeps squirrels and snakes out of the garden. He has his own patch of cat nip he sometimes shares with the neighborhood cats. The birds and squirrels talk trash about him but he just tells them they are jealous as he admires himself in the garden mirrors.
