Abby has been my best friend for 9 years and we have gone through some complicated events in the past. I was told she had her first round of shots when I got her but she got parvo. That was bad. The she was attacked by a Pitbull and it was bad. The I was attacked by a Pitbull, also bad. we have always had each other no matter the situation and I've always done whatever I had to do for her care. I've taken out title loans, whatever it took. Until now. What seemed like a sprain after she stepped in a gopher hole has turned into our worst nightmare. Now diagnosed with cancer she has a massive hole from where they took samples for the lab and its not healing. We were told she has cancer and that she needs an amputation but we just need to get in to see what is in her best interests and that appointment for just the consultation is 490.00. We've already spent $1000. She needs help and for the first time I NEED HELP HELPING HER. PLEASE.

I seen Abby sprain her ankle (for lack of a better word) in a gopher hole several moths back. When the area swelled it was not surprising and it started to go down after a week. Then she yelped on day (very unusual for her) and it again swelled back up. This time it did not go down. On Halloween we took her to see the vet and they thought from the X-ray there was a bone out of place but needed to wait until after the weekend to confirm. Then the X-ray was found to be normal so they suggested to complete the antibiotics to see if that made an improvement. It did not and it was again looking infected. We took her back to the vet and they sent samples to the lab. the area where they aspirated has not stopped bleeding since the vet visit on the 8th of December. 9 days later the labs came back it was cancer. Now the open wound on her leg from where they took the sample is the size of a half dollar and growing. See needs to see an oncologist with limited options, none of which we can afford, but must do something. As it she can not be alone with the wound as she will remove the bandages and its very very messy, she has to be uncomfortable and this is the first time I've not been able to take care of her financially.

Peanut
Peanut is a 11-year-old Boxer in New River, AZ, who needs $800 for Neuter with Scrotal Ablation.
New River, AZ
Our family adopted Peanut when he was eight years old, and in our time with him, we’ve grown to wish we had known him forever. There is no one he doesn’t give a chance to become his friend. He literally cannot meet enough people. He is even more in love with dogs, and even at 11, he plays with puppies - but his latest girlfriend, Lola, is 5. Peanut has the world’s healthiest appetite, and even without so much as an Apple watch, he knows exactly when lunch and dinner are supposed to be served. If I do not move as quickly as he’d like to plate his meals, he leans back his head and howls. He loves to play with our 2 year old Corgi, and yes, he can keep up with her. We’ve been hit hard with vet bills in the last year. Our Bernese/Border Collie had lymphoma; our Corgi had Valley Fever, and our cat had to have 7 teeth removed, as well as a colon procedure. Plus, we are fostering a homeless black cat because no one else would take him. Peanut just received a clean bill of health a month ago, but just this week, we found a lump on his scrotum (we adopted him at age 8 un-neutered). This has proven to be a mast cell, which if removed along with the scrotum should give a good prognosis and possible total cure. Especially since we caught it so quickly. He needs to be neutered with a scrotal ablation, and our surgeon is the best. Peanut is a very skilled tap dancer, and will perform whenever we come home, or at meal time, or just to say hello. He is the most excellent companion to our family, and we each have a bed for him in our rooms. He makes his rounds daily, and we all hope to get as much Peanut time as we possibly can.
