Luna (meaning “moon”) is the most special dog I’ve ever had. I have always had an infatuation with moons. My name is Chelsea and I am a disabled vet with severe PTSD on a fixed income and have acquired 4 dogs for my emotional support. Out of all 4 of them Luna is my biggest supporter. She needs surgery due to a radius/ulna fracture. She is too young to have limitations in the future. Thank you! Norco animal hospital saw Luna 7 weeks ago which already cost $600 they stabilized her by casting her leg which I have to pay for weekly 100$ to have it re-wrapped. I have a quote for surgery and after care costing $5400 to put pins in her arm to ensure she has a full life in the future. This includes all medications/surgery/aftercare/shots/sedation and x-rays Luna is a one person dog. She loves her mom! But she also loves running around the backyard with all the other dogs which is how she acquired her injury. She loves chicken and fish. Biggest cuddler. Truly my baby lap dog 🐕 very caring and supportive and loving. I am going through a terrible divorce which ended in domestic violence. I have suffered a tbi due to a car accident and I am a disabled vet with severe ptsd on a fixed income now.

My husband and I have been living with my family ever since I got sick in 2021. It has been a great help to us. I will do anything for my cat she deserves the world. Socal vet group in lake elsonore is currently running test for my little girl she has been so patient with the vets and they are amazing to how good she is. Her kidneys are struggling. They say she looks very rough.... Snuggles is the sweetest most loving cat I have ever encountered. She is so loving to me and her brother, Tux who see her as his mom. He has been helping to keep her clean while we seek treatment for her kidneys. I became disabled in 2021 due to an autoimmune disorder. Snuggles is with me when I'm sick and hurting she is always by my side. To have her healthy again would mean the world to me. I would have my emotional support best friend back.

Sandy came into our life when I bought her for my children about 8 years ago and she instantly lit up our household with more love. Before her, it was just Kobe, our golden retriever, and he was getting lonely. Then after Sandy, we had Ghost and Bonnie join the party. We named Sandy after the great Sandy Koufax who was an All-Star pitcher for the Dodgers. Sandy wasn't doing so well so we took her to the vet (SoCalVetGroup) and found out she has Pyometra. Pyometra is a very serious uterine infection in which is more common in older dogs like Sandy. She has a serious fever, leakage, fatigue, and more serious symptoms. Sandy's favorite dog friends are her siblings, Kobe, Ghost, and Bonnie. But she especially loves her human companions, Lily and Asher. Whenever she sees one of her humans, she immediately falls to the ground for belly rubs. She really loves carbs so much that one time we came home to find all of our bread eaten out of the pantry. She is the most loving animal and will always protect our family. We set up this fund because we need help affording this sudden major expense. We have been living paycheck to paycheck lately and vet bills are not easy. It will mean the world to our family if you were to help us out and help sandy feel better. Thank you.

Hi, I saved my kitty about two years ago. When I was 18 & depressed I headed off to a local shelter. When I laid eyes on Cam I knew she was 4 me. On her 1st day home I had left off to work & she wouldn’t budge to eat. My family thought she was dying & wanted to return her. I said NOPE. When I got home I pushed the bowl towards her & she began to eat. She was waiting 4 me the whole time. That moment on I realized she viewed me as her mom Camila loves sleeping close to me most nights and like a sassy independent tortie she also likes to sleep on her cat tower. She’s picky with who she gives her time to. If it’s not me she’ll let them pet her for a second then she walks away. Camila is just her own being. When she was a kitten she’d climb onto me whenever I had “human” food to see what we’re eating, yes, we. I use to give her a bit (made sure it was safe) then she’d leave off all happy. Now she doesn’t care about human food which is odd to turn from but that’s what makes her, her. She’s also smart. I would scare her around corners so she now does it back & it’s funny Cam is experiencing daily morning vomits and black stool <-which I noticed yesterday. There’s an animal hospital in my town that I’ve taken her to back in March so I can’t remember her vet name. I lost my job in July & just got hired delivering packages this week but I’m in debt of one month of bills & tuition payments. I’m even thinking if this takes a turn for the worst I’d have to sell my car bc cam is my baby.

Delila has been my constant little shadow since we got her as a pup from a farmer in PA when his working dogs had a surprise litter. We also have her sister, Riley, the pup we were originally there for. But they are a bonded pair. Delila was given to us because the farmer's daughter couldn't bare to see them separated. We also have a cat, who thinks he's a dog! Both of us, Delila and I, are disabled with mobility and chronic pain (she has hip dysplasia, I have degenerative disease). She's always knows which part of me hurts the most and tends to lay against that part, like my back, legs, feet. The pressure and heat she gives me helps relieve a lot of pain. I don't know how she does it, she was never trained for it. She's helped me so much. She loves to argue and talk, she does it so much you'd think she was a husky! Despite her pain, she'll spin awkward circles in front of me, or my husband, when we've returned home from being out. At the same time, she'll yell (bark) at us for leaving her for FOREVER, even if it's only been 15 minutes! The last few days we've seen none of that. She's been mopey, breathing heavy, lethargic. We were able to get her to the veterinarian on March 16th. The vet thinks there's a mass on/around her spleen because its all out of shape & her heart looked "concerning". They need to do an ultrasound on the spleen, heartworm test, blood work but we couldn't afford it. The good news is that her spleen isn't outright bleeding. She may need surgery. There was a list of tests they wanted to do but we are strapped for cash & have been since my husband was laid off from his really good job. He's taken the only job he can find, at 30% of his previous pay. It's been super rough. These tests will tell us if she needs surgery.

March 2016 this little man found his way to our home. He came into our yard and never left. A week later we found his “owner” at the time. They didn’t want him no longer and gave him to us. To find out he was once left at their home and not wanted by them either. We gladly took him in, got him groomed and since that day he has been apart of our family. 3rd times the charm and in his forever home. Max came into our lives a few months after my Grandfather passed. His gestures and old man looks, my husband called him Grandpa. Like he was meant to be in our home. Looking out for us. He was welcomed by his human brother and sister with open arms and his fur cat sister. They became friends fast. He loves going on hikes, eating watermelon and chasing lizards. Max snores. And when he does it makes the whole family laugh. It can get really loud. His facial expressions tell it all. He even smiles. It’s the cutest. And when he is happy, boy does that tail wag. And the excitement when he wants a treat he dances on his hind legs. Loves to cuddle and sleep under a blanket. He had a mass growing on his head that started small and now has tripled in size. It’s angry and he needs surgery to remove it. He has to keep his head wrapped at all times and wear a cone. Starting treatment is antibiotics and a steroid to see if it Shrinks for a better surgery outcome. He is being seen at Lake Elsinore Hospital by Vet Hentz. My husband has lost his job several times in the past couple years so we have struggled financially for some time. Unexpected medical expenses for myself along with car problems that took us down to only having 1 liable car. Max means the world to us, we need him healthy.
