We rescued Murphy back in June of 2020 from an abusive situation where he was severely neglected. His nose had been bitten off by another dog. We are so thankful we were able to save him and show him the love and care he deserves. He fit right in our family where he is fiercely loved. Murphy came into our lives and stole our hearts. He has a fur brother named Charlie and they are best friends. Their favorite thing to do is cuddle on the couch with mom, dad and grandma under the blankets. Murphy will also get up on his back legs and dance for treats for his human brother Nico. He is the sweetest boy in the world and we couldn’t imagine life without him. Murphy is an essential part of our family. He is always the first to greet someone at the door. He hugs us with his paws when he cuddles us and loves dancing on his back legs for treats. He is very vocal and will let you know when he wants something. Murphy has a 3rd degree AV block in his heart and needs a pacermaker to correct it. OSU Veterinary ER is who diagnosed it. Hes was misdiagnosed several times. And now this is what the conclusion is. We are on a fixed income and my husband is on disability. Our oldest son passed away in 2019 and Murphy has been an emotional support animal to all of us. We would be so thankful for the help to save him. He is still so young and has so much life to live.

Ducky

Ducky is a 11-month-old Bernedoodle in Long Beach, CA, who needs $2,000 for Orthopedic Surgery.

At the end of May last year 2023 my Dakota went to see the angels, I was blessed with him for 16 1/2 years, after losing him the house and my heart was so empty so I decided to fill both again with love, and that is exactly what I found a new pup who I named Ducky. When I had seen his picture something just clicked and I knew he was for me. From the first day he has been by my side. Even though he was 3 months old when I got him our bond is undeniable. He is my wild child so much fun and love from such a little package. He loves people not a mean bone in his body. He tries to play with the two older cats who don't seem to want to play with him, but that doesn't mean he stops trying...funny He is easy to train as long as you have a piece of cheese...good boy Ducky is like no other, he wakes me up with kisses or pulls my blanket off me after I am up he goes back to sleep. When the mail comes he has to have his own (ads etc) shreds them to pieces same with packages. There is so much about Ducky that makes me smile and laugh everyday is a new adventure with him. Since the first day Ducky seem to favor his right front leg, he would sit and his leg would start shaking. Once he was playing in the yard and started crying holding is right paw up, rushed him to emergency had x rays done but didn't find anything. Now he has broken his leg from jumping down 3 stairs. Emergency said he needs surgery, app set to see orthopedic vet at Primary Care. I am on a fixed income and lost my job last year my emergency fund is now gone with vet bills. I will do anything for Ducky it is my responsibility to keep him safe and healthy even with his broken leg he is such a joy filled with lots of love. Keeping him healthy is tops.

Pepper

Pepper is a 6-year-old Corgi Mix in Kenmore, WA, who needs $2,000 for Dentistry.

Pepper is my baby dog. I rescued her 5 years ago from the family that found her and her sister abandoned in a box at only a few weeks old. They were going to be sent to the shelter and potentially separated. As a young college student I couldn’t bare letting that happen so I brought my girls from Florida back to Washington with me. Pepper is so smart, she knows a lot of tricks and is the sweetest little soul. She loves on people and is absolutely obsessed with me. Sometimes I catch her staring at me while I work. Pepper loves to swim, “play laser” (watch them on YouTube), go for a walk and more recently she’s learned to play with toys. You can say hey Pepper do you want o play laser and both of her ears go up and she gets so attentive until you play with her. If you don’t she does these little grunts to let you know she’s waiting. When I got Pepper as a college student I did not realize you need to brush dogs teeth. We tried to give her the Yak bones instead and they have cracked her molars. She needs treatment so she doesn’t get an infection. I am paying off college loans with no option for deferment. Pepper needs to get treatment soon so she does not get sick and my fixed income is going to make me decide between having somewhere to live or getting pepper her treatment.

Our Bella Rose is a 6-year-old 8lb girl. We call her baby girl. She is the most precious thing in our life, she has a brother named Beau that is a Golden Doodle that is also 7 years old. Them two together share a tremendous bond. Bella is our daughter that we cherish very much. She sleeps in our bed and always ends up at head on our pillow when we wake up. Bella always greets us when we wake up and when we come home from work, she greets us with an infectious smile. She knows when we are hurting as she comforts us humans when we are in need of love. We treat Bella as our child, and she is currently in desperate need of help. Bella is the alpha of our home. Even though her brother is 40lbs heavier. She sets the tone on when he eats and its usually after her...lol She is not afraid of larger dogs and will stand tall and will protect her brother at all costs. She never meets a stranger and brightens everyone's heart she meets when out on her walks. We also walk her 2 times a day for the exercise she needs. Bella is currently experiencing kidney failure and her white blood count is nonexistent. She is battling blood pressure issues that is requiring extensive care by the vet. We got pet care that covered $3500 for surgery and post op care. She has come out of surgery and is fighting for her life but needs additional time at the emergency room. At least 24 more hours. Bella needs a miracle for the additional 24 hours in the vet clinic and my wife and I are tapped out on funds. We are praying for an addition $3,000 to finish her recovery and we can bring our baby girl back home to live a normal life. Never hurts to try this. Praying!

Stormys been raised by me and my son. He’s dad I’m grandma. She’s saved my life twice, my heart rate dropped and she would t let me sleep. Dr said if she had I wouldn’t have woke up, she’s my best friend and a sweet heart very smart. We had an accident hit on a bike and stormy suffered brain injury, now she has bad seziures. She will do silly thing barking at her shadow chasing u anything to get a laugh Stormy is a character. If she senses an anxiety attack she will kick pieces of her food at you til you kick them back and calm down. She jumps at me or runs at me and hops like a rabbit to make me laugh Stormys suffering many seziures from the suv hitting us. She needs to stay overnight on the hospital tonight for medication to save her and get a mri. I’m disabled and on disability. Having this help to save my baby girl will save me as well, I need her both emotionally and physically she helps my function on a daily basis. She’s like my child and my heart breaks seeing her suffer through this knowing if I had money …..

This furry family member who has brought immeasurable joy and companionship to my Nana's life. Meet Sage, a loyal and loving companion who has been by her side through thick and thin. Recently, Sage has been diagnosed with entropion, a painful condition where the eyelids roll inward, causing discomfort for Sage as well as potential blindness. When my grandfather passed away, my Nana was all alone. But now she has a companion to bring warmth and love back into her house again. In the lonely moments and quiet nights, this furry friend has been there, offering solace and love. Sage brings warmth into my nanas home. just her mere presence in the life of my nana is special. I love how she lays with my nana on the couch and watches movies, just as my papa did. The cost of the necessary surgery to correct entropion is beyond what my Nana can afford, and that's where we are reaching out for help. Surgery will be scheduled soon! my nana is on fixed income and did not expect this urgent expense. We are hoping to raise the funds to help Sage immediately to bring the joy to her eyes for both Sage and my nana.

Rocky was found as a puppy in the dumpster thrown away. Rescued and gifted to me during a difficult time. He saved my life and has become my best friend. We live near parks, trails, he could easily go miles with me now can’t even stand up. I went on vacation, came back, his neck was broken. Now I have no way to keep him alive. Rocky is everyone’s favorite dog, very loving around the family and has no enemies. Rocky thinks he is a cat because he grew up around them. He interacts with a big smile and can say I love you out loud as we all cheer for him he brings us together. He’s a therapy dog for me. He has never left my side and cannot be replaced. He knows when I have low blood sugars and will tell me to take my medicine. Rocky went to the vet three times over the past 3 weeks. Since returning from vacation given prednisone for strength, gabapentin for nerves and roboxin for pain. He’s suffering to survive at this point needs surgery. Currently have no way of funding Rocky’s treatment as I’m not working and he requires my full time attention just to have a will to survive.

Storms journey, We had her since birth she was 1 of the 4 surviving pups from a litter of 5 with her mom having an emergency c section due to complications. Her journey has been amazing she is a great addition to our family and has a character of her own! Storm is also a survivor of Parvo at 6 months with a treatment plan for her recovery and beat the odds! Now in need of life saving surgery! Storm is the boss of the house! She is the big sister and protector! She is full of energy and always wants to be noticed! Shes our lovable fur baby full of life and brings a different kind of love to our family! She loves to play and fetch her toys and always brings them back unlike her sister! She loves walks and always ready for an outdoor adventure! Storm is a one of kind special! Her energy and love she shares with the family definitely shines bright! Her cuddles and greetings never go unnoticed! Storm was seen at Seymour Animal clinic due to her become ill. Examined by the veterinarian and was told she needed a life saving surgery right away due to a life threatening blockage in her intestines from a foreign object, She was started on a IV treatment to help with dehydration and to hope it passes on its own before symptoms worsen and she passed away from her injuries. Not financially able to afford the surgery with this unexpected vet visit with major expenses. Definitely in a hard position with her being an important part of our family! She is one of us so to imagine her not being with us anymore breaks my heart praying for a miracle.

LadyBird joined our family 6 years ago. Only 6 short years ago, but we cant imagine life without her in it. Lady and my Oldest daughter Willow (who was 1 yr old at the time) bonded instantly. They are inseparable. As my family grew, so did Lady's love fo us. The moment we found out I was pregnant, Lady never left my side. When we brought my youngest daughter home, Lady was the best nanny dog Lady always has to sleep with my oldest. If she cant get in her room or on the bed she will throw a fit haha. She loves to play outside with the girls and go for walks around the block. She is also a phenomenal camping buddy Lady has her own voice and isnt afraid to use it. She will let you know what she needs by making different sounds for each need. She is 100% convinced she is a lap dog andgive the BEST cuddles. 2 days ago lady started heavily bleeding from her bottom, not eating, and barley moving. She is shaky and in pain. We are currently trying to find a vet willing to work with us to diagnose and treat her as soon as possible Lady is like one of our children and I will try everything in my power to maker her happy and healthy again. We are a one income house and this was very sudden in between pay checks. We do not qualify for care credit, and can not afford the appointment cost
