I first saw Daisy on a website looking for a multi-poo. I saw her face and instantly fell in love. I wandered why she was so cheap. She was listed for $200. When I talked with the breeder she said Daisy had a heart murmur. I said oh ok my other dog has a heart murmur and didn’t think much about it and picked her up she became part of our family. Daisy needed alot right off the back. I found out that she had mange and needed to be treated. I took care of her mange and now she is free of mange. I then took her to the Dr. for vaccines and spayed. They told me before they can spay her she needs to be seen by a cardiologist so they can clear her for anesthesia to be spayed. I took her to a cardiologist and he tells me she has an enlarged heart Daisy is the sweetest little girl and so curious. She is my little companion and so protective. She deserves a chance at life. They gave her 3 months to live. She needs open heart surgery to close her PDA valve. This will give her an extended life of 8-9 years. If she goes into congestive heart failure, that’s it. We are retired and are on a fix income. I have insurance but maybe they will pay $4000. The surgery is $7000- 10,000. I might be able to pay $2000 on my own but that’s it. She’s on medication now which will extend life maybe a year.

Buddy

I got Buddy from a local breeder. He was the runt of the litter and he became my whole world! I do everything I can for my 2 babies! They are everything to me! Without them I’m nothing! He all the sudden started puking today! I think he has a bloated stomach as well! Which means it’s not good! I don’t have the money right now to take him to the vet! I need help! Buddy always interacts with his sister! She’s older so she is very protective of him! We have 3 cats that he likes to get in their faces and they slap at him and of course Bella doesn’t like that! They are each others best friend. I am without a job right now. I got fired from being a general manager and that was because I caught a stomach virus and puked at work and they said that I had to much going on. I’m not in school to become a phlebotomist. I should be done and working in that field by march.

My baby Merle first came into my life as my sisters dog. She got him from a rescue but since the first day I met him I knew he would be my baby. My sister was a great mom for the time being but she works in a hospital and just didn’t have the time to give him all the love he needed and that’s when he came to his forever home with me. He is my whole world and I’ve loved him since the day I met him. Merle is currently in Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Louisville,KY. He abruptly was diagnosed with IVDD and lost function in his back legs. I paid for him to get the emergency surgery and he is now in the icu still in the hospital. With him still being in the hospital and gettng medications/treatment daily, the bill continues to grow. I would do anything for my baby. My baby Merle is as rambunctious as they come. He is a crazy spitfire who loves socks and will snatch them before you can get them all the way off your feet! He has that typical frenchie attitude, but at the same time is the friendliest little guy ever. He loved watching bluey or bird videos and is the best companion for long car rides and movie nights. He’s the best boy I could ever ask for. I am in nursing school and can only work weekends meaning my funds are very limited. I always try to give Merle the best and spend lots on his special food and treats. It would mean the world to have my baby back in good condition and not worry about his remaining vet bill.

Stanley fell into our laps, he is from an accidental litter. I couldn't ask for a better surprise Christmas present. He's a Rottweiler mutt. He's very sweet, very smart, he's everyone's best friend. Stanley has what is called a "Tibia Crest Avulsion", he has surgery scheduled since it urgent that it gets taken care of. Wachal's vet in Lincoln Nebraska got us a mobile specialist. The surgery is quoted to be about 3000 dollars. Anything helps right now, please reach out to me if you'd like to help Stanley is best friends with his older senior dog brother Jack, and his cat sister Harley. His training has been going very well, he's very good at bringing everyone strange objects. He's very goofy and sweet, and he is everyone's best friend. Because of the metal pins and the invaiseness of the surgery, it's much more expensive than any vet bill. He was just recently given has last round of vaccinations, and has been very well taken care of. My job is working with children and doesn't give more than minimum wage.

Joey came into our life 7 years ago when my son saw a Craigslist post about puppies needing a home quick or they will be taken to the local shelter. Joey chose us. His name is from the TV show Friends, Joey Tribbiani. Nickname, Chunk. Currently are only dog. Loves small dogs and cheese.Loves Bob Marley and watching Bluey. Last winter, we took Joey to his favorite dog park in West Hollywood. He started limping so we took him to his doctor and got an x-ray and the X-ray confirmed a torn CCL. What we are looking to accomplish is a TPLO surgery for Joey's left knee because he is having a really hard time going up and down our stairs and walking on a torn ligament. This would be the only fix for his specific situation. The reason why we feel Joey is special is because Joey loves everyone. Every animal, every person. He is large and in charge when he greets people and other animals. He doesn't know that he's a giant. He knows that he's the baby of the family and that he can get anything he wants. Whenever he is walking people always stop to greet him because that's the kind of dog Joey is. Full of love. Me and my husband are currently working but when it comes to the surgery it is very hard because we do not have anything saved because the price of living is hard. Having the surgery for Joey would be a blessing, no other words. We have got denied for every credit option

I adopted Bella when she was one year old. Little did I know she had heart worms, which I found out at her first visit to the vet. There was a chance she couldn’t survive the treatment, but we went for it and she survived and here we are nine years later in need of a surgery. Bella has been seen most recently at paradox animal Hospital in Locust Grove Virginia. She had some simple lipomas that we have followed for years, however in the past year have grown exponentially and she is in pain and having difficulty walking. If she doesn’t get this surgery soon, there will only be one option for her not to suffer. She started showing signs of pain in the past 2 weeks. She is the strongest, sweetest and hungriest girl I know. She is a watch dog too:) She lives to eat (a lot like me)! She love to go for walks, and to keep my feet warm at night. She talks to us when she wants something, and recently I learned she suffers silently, please someone help merge her this surgery. We have had a mold issue in our home and have been displaced twice in the past 2 years. We are now renting an apartment which we moved into 2 days ago and paying all the bills here plus rent- and the bills at our house, including the mortgage.

Belle came into my life at a time I needed her most. I adopted her in 2015 when she was a year old. I had just had a health scare /surgery that I survived. I was living alone in San Diego and going to college. She became my best friend and companion for everything. We explored southern California together and have gone through every milestone together (good and bad). She is a teacup Pomeranian and because of her size and current age she is fragile/easily prone to injuries. She recently fractured her hip going down the stairs and is in need of surgery. I am currently not working and recovering from my own back injury and financially in a tight spot. Belle has been my support system and now she needs support/help and I want to be able to provide that for her. Belle isn't only my dog but she is part of the family. She has traveled with me across the country for family events/trips. She is very smart and is always alert. She is known in our neighborhood as the dog who is always happy to go for a walk and has a fancy pet stroller for when she gets tired. She brings happiness and comfort to us. Unfortunately the past 6 months have been the hardest months for me and my family. I am currently not working due to a back injury and this has put a great toll on me/us financially and emotionally. Belle has been a huge support system and I just want to her to be healthy.
