Rosie is a rescue dog, i was looking on pet find and when i saw her i just knew she will be mine. She has come a long way she is very confident in the house and loves to play, cuddle and be beside me at all times, she sleeps with her head on my chest, i love her her so much, she is the best friend i ever had.Still a little uncomfortable in the public, but we are working on it. She is my love. This is Rosie. I gave to both my dogs a bone, nothing out of the norm: just fatty brisket bones. I'm not sure what happened, at some point when she was chewing, she started coughing and vomiting. I was helping her and a piece came out, so I was hopeful that was it. It seemed like she was doing better, but then she started being unable retain food and water. We went to the vet and found out Rosie had an obstruction within her esophagus. To remove, it was $4000. I am struggling financially, but I maxed out everything for Rosie. Rosie loves everything and everyone. Her best friend is my other dog Abby; they love to run, chase, and play ball. Rosie's love and affection has helped me a lot, especially when going through a very difficult family matter. When i got her home from the shelter she just wanted to lay in my arms. I'm low income and maxed out everything I had; before the $4000 at VEC in Toronto, there was also another $780 to Rosie's vet for X- Rays. I work full time and am trying to do my best to keep a roof over our heads. Every dollar and bit of support helps.

Phoebe

Phoebe is a 6 year old Poodle in Flowood, MS, who needs $1,500 for Knee Cap Repair.

We really need help with our 6-year-old toy poodle, who needs knee surgery for a painfully luxating patella. Her knee dislocates every time she walks, causing pain and difficulty moving. We are both in our 80s and live on a fixed income. Our veterinarian, Dr. David May, Jr. of Brandon, Mississippi. Our toy poodle can not walk without her knee popping out of joint. The only fix is the surgery. She has trouble squatting to pee and poop. She trembles from the pain. Phoebe has always loved everyone! She love the grand children and our great grand child and recognizes their names when we say they are coming over. She sleeps with me in my bed snuggling to my back. I can’t go to sleep any longer without her next to me. I’m 80 and my husband is 82. We are both retired. He is a Vietnam vet. Our only income is Social Security. We have good credit but the monthly payment would be difficult to make. Phoebe fills a void in our lives and neither of us can imagine not having her in our laps. We love Phoebe more than anything, and would do anything to get her this support. Every little bit helps.

This is Coffee. I am on disability with an income of $1159. I do not want to risk her health further by not getting a necessary surgery done. She is my Emotional Support Dog and would be detrimental to my well being to lose her. She was adopted approximately 2 yrs ago. She was adopted based on recommendation by my health professionals and has greatly improved my life. She is a constant companion and friend, and as stated above she is my ESA pet and greatly improves my life. She is a playful but sleepy girl that loves to spend time with daddy. Her 2 teeth from her under bite make me smile. I say she is so ugly she is cute, and everyone agrees and tells me how pretty she is. She loves her toys, peanut butter and thinks everyone that comes in house is here for her. The free vet clinic found a mass on her mammary gland. They were nice enough to do a cell smear at no charge and found abnormal cells. She needs the surgery to remove and biopsy the tumor, but I only receive $1159/mo from SSDI. Every dollar towards her care truly helps.

Old lady June has been with me since she was a little puppy, I got her from my mom whose dogs had puppies. She lives with me and our other lab who is only 3 years old. My sweet girl is getting older, and recently I’ve started noticing some changes that deeply concern me. She wheezes just laying dow, she struggles to breath, her back legs have become weak, she wretches and gags, and I noticed a lump by her chest. There are symptoms that could point to something serious, but I don’t yet have answers because I’m struggling to afford the diagnostic testing she needs. June bug is the sweetest, goodest girl. she has always been a happy, loving dog with such high energy. She got along very well when I brought the other dog into the home ad they just love on each other all the time. She has always been a great listener, very well trained, great with literally every one. When ever you see her face you cant help but smile. Pressing financial needs are due to struggling to find a job after being laid off, in addition to being in the process of loosing my father from a tragic car accident. I am trying to avoid another loss but financially are struggling to afford care for June as well.

We adopted Nino from a shelter 1 year ago, my husband is active duty navy and we are on a 1 income household, we do not make very mucj mo they and are struggling with his vet care we habe spend $1400 in 3 visits so far and are getting quotes of another $5000 to get him healthy year ago, he is the best boy we took hom to be groomed and he developed kennel cough from the groomers which turned into pneumonia we are struggling getting him treatment Anything will help us he needs oxygen IV fluids He is currently on 7 medications and needs more care please help our boy He loves to play, with balls his favorite is his toy monkey he received the day we rescued him it only has 1 leg left but its his baby, he LOVES to run And be outside with our kids and husband Active duty military family living in florida we do not have animal insurance and are on a budget each month to make it thid was unexpected and we need assistance

Bowie

So we rescued Bowie as a puppy not long after my Chihuahua of 13 yrs passed away. He was the cutest ball of fluff you’ve ever seen. I took him to work with me everyday and he has been my little shadow. He’s been with me through the loss of my Father and just always seems to know what his mama needs. Around thanksgiving of 2025 he got sick and we thought he had injured himself. Treatment did not work. We tried 2 rounds of prednisone and that seemed to help greatly but the last round cause a severe skin reaction. So we had to wean him off. Now we are back to square one with him in pain. Last week we did bloodwork and a new round of X-rays. Vet is thinking autoimmune. But he needs more tests. Bowie is the most intuitive dog I’ve ever had. He just seems to know what I need. He’s the best friend I’ve ever had, and watching him go through this is breaking my heart. I want to help him the way he has helped me. I’ve spent everything I have on him. I’m a mom to a 15 yr old and I also help support my adult child with ASD. I work full time but I live paycheck to paycheck. Surgery MAY fix the issue but I have spent what I had set aside on all these new issues and tests.

Mojo

Mojo is a 6 year old Pug in Pasadena, CA, who needs $1,725 for MCT Vulva Reconstruction, UTI Treatments.

When I first rescued Mojo, a breeder mama from the desert, she was looking for her babies and starving— ribs showing, and weighed only 14 pounds. I brought her home and discovered she suffered from severe brachycephalic airway issues — including an elongated soft palate causing dangerous breathing obstruction, requiring a soft palate resection (staphylectomy) to help her breathe safely. Over the past two years, Mojo has endured multiple major health challenges. She’s had recurring UTIs needing repeated treatments, major dental surgery removing eight teeth, & mast cell cancer (MCT) surgery with four surgical sites. Despite all this, she’s persevered with strength, love and joy, even when costs became overwhelming. All surgeries were done at Metropolitan Animal Specialty Hospital. Today Mojo is thriving — her breathing is improved, UTIs are resolved, and cancer treatments are behind her. She’s full of energy, loves cuddles and treats, and has grown from 14 pounds to a healthier 17 pounds. But the vet bills from her life-saving care remain, and I’ve exhausted my resources after losing my job during Covid and being on disability, leaving us needing community support. This is Round 1 with a goal of $1,725 to cover a portion of Mojo’s remaining vet bills. She’s fought so hard & deserves to thrive. Every contribution brings us closer to her continued care. Bucky came into my life 9 years ago after one of my bestfriends adopted him from the SPCA at 1 years old. He has been lighting up my life every since! So Bucky is 10 years old now. Unfortunatly that means he is a Senior dog even tho obviously hes just a baby. With Bucky Boi's age, size, and breed,he is naturally predisposed to and has degenerative valve disease causing a strong heart murmur and an enlarged heart which is causing complications with his breathing and heart function. He needs an X-ray to determine progressiom at Ocean Ave Vet. Most of you have met Bucky and know he is the sweetest boy and loves everyone. He just wants to love and be loved and play. He loves naps and snacks and a good walk which is becoming increasingly difficult for him given his condition. Hes a little goof ball and loves to make new people friends! We all know how vet bills go. To figure out his continued care and medications an X-Ray is needed. I know its asking a lot but I just want to make sure I can keep him here and confortable as long as I can. Hes got so much more life to live.

Briley

Briley is a 1 year old Mix-Breed in McKinney , TX, who needs $3,040 for Cranial Cruciate ligament (CCL) tear.

Briley is a year and a half boxer mix who was abandoned at just 16 weeks old. She is a ball of light and just wants to give love all of the time. She loves to play fetch and jump around with her sister. Unfortunately while playing with her sister, she jumped off the couch, slipped and tore her left knee and partially tore her right knee. When it first happened I thought she just had a sprain, but when it wasn’t getting any better I took her to CHEW, and they advised the injury was more serious. Both knees will require surgery with the left being a priority. Briley love to play with a Frisbee, play tug with her sister and run around in the backyard. With her lovable personality, she was starting training to be a therapy/service dog. Unfortunately with her injury, she is uncomfortable to walk, can’t play Frisbee like she used to and her training has been put on hold. The injuries came at the worst time. Even though I make a good salary, I have fallen into a financial hole that I am working a second job to get out of. Unfortunately the first surgery is going to be $3,040 to which I do not have. I have been denied every loan request.
