Adora is our beloved Yorkshire Terrier and a cherished member of our family. She shares a special bond with my disabled, retired veteran father, who lives with us and loves her dearly. Her companionship brings him comfort, joy, and unconditional love every day. She is truly part of our family, and we are devoted to giving her the best life possible. Adora was rushed to Pembroke Veterinary Hospital after a puppy became lodged in the birth canal during labor. Dr. David Brooks performed an emergency Cesarean section to save her life. Two puppies survived, but sadly one did not. She is recovering after this life-saving emergency surgery, and we are seeking help with the remaining veterinary expenses. Adora has a sweet, gentle personality and loves being with her family. She greets everyone with excitement, enjoys cuddling, and brings comfort and happiness to our home every day. Seeing her fight through this emergency has reminded us just how much she means to us, and we can’t imagine life without her. Adora’s emergency surgery was completely unexpected. We paid a $1,000 deposit immediately, but we still have a remaining balance we cannot afford after being denied financing. Any assistance will go directly toward her veterinary care and help bring her home.

Luna is a 6-year-old dog who lives with my fiancé and me in our apartment with a patio in San Diego. We adopted her just before COVID, and she has been a cherished member of our family ever since. She is an indoor dog who enjoys spending time with us and being part of our daily routines. Luna was recently diagnosed with acute glaucoma in both eyes and has already lost vision in one eye. She is receiving treatment through Veterinary Specialty Hospital (VSH) in San Diego. Her condition requires ongoing medications and specialty eye care, with surgery recommended to help preserve the vision she has remaining. Luna has been our therapy dog and constant source of comfort through life's challenges. She is incredibly smart, came to us already potty trained, and has a quirky personality that often reminds us of a cat. Even my parents, who never liked dogs, completely fell in love with her after meeting her. Luna's diagnosis came as a complete shock and created significant financial strain. The recommended surgery is about $10,000, with medications costing $200 every two weeks. Luna is the bright spot in our lives, and preserving her vision would mean everything to our family.

Our sweet cat has been a beloved member of our family since she was a kitten. She lives indoors with us and is surrounded by love every day. She has always been healthy, playful, and affectionate, making this sudden medical emergency completely unexpected and heartbreaking for our family. Only a year old. Our cat was rushed to Charleston Veterinary Referral Center after suddenly losing the use of her back leg due to a blood clot. Veterinarians believe it was caused by a transient heart condition, possibly triggered by an infection. Although her heart is improving, her leg cannot be saved, and an amputation is medically necessary to give her the best chance at a full recovery. She is more than a pet...she is family. She greets us every morning, follows us from room to room, and loves curling up beside us at the end of the day. She has the sweetest personality and brings so much comfort and happiness to our home. We can't imagine life without her. She owns the house and will never leave your sight. This emergency happened without warning, and the cost of her hospitalization and surgery is far beyond what we can afford. Any assistance would help us give her the life-saving care she needs and bring her home where she belongs. We are incredibly grateful for any support.

Jake came into my life. I was completely alone. I lost everything and I found him he saved me. He’s my best friend at him as much as he needed me. We walk together. We watch TV together we go for rides in the car together. We sleep together and we eat together he’s my best friendand no matter what he doesn’t care what I look like what I wear he loves me unconditionally and I love him Jake needs surgery on his knee and I don’t have the funds to pay for it. One minute he was playing in the next minute. He let out a yelp but now he’s in pain. I just want him to get better. I hate seeing him in pain. he looks at me with those eyes And I’m trying to comfort him and do the best I can until I can get him surgery. this will relieve his pain and fix his knee. Jake is very fond of his brother Luke. He watches out for him. Lucas is hard of hearing and when I call them to come on, let’s go we’re going in the house he make sure he gets Luke Let him know. It’s time to go in and Luke follows. He’s like a big brother for him. They are three months apart. Jake is older and Luke really looks up to him. I’m trying to fill this stuff out I’m always the type of person that gives even with other people’s pets I have donated in the past maybe it was only $20. Maybe it was $25. I always give what I can now this time I need the help I don’t wanna see Jacob in pain anymore. I just want him to be healthy again.

Brian was rescued from a cat hoarder at around 6 months old. I adopted him for Leo as an ESA. He adjusted quickly to being a companion and attached immediately to Leo. We have another cat, Mama, who is closer to 10, she is an ESA for my middle son. We also have a large mastiff, Skooby, for protection. Mama rules the house like a queen, while Brian and Skooby act as brothers and playmates. I took Brian to Westwinds Mobile Veterinary Services for an after hours emergency visit last night after his tail got caught in the door. He suffered a degloving injury which left bone, nerve, and muscle exposed, requiring an amputation. They kept him over night and scheduled surgery today. The high-end estimate for the whole thing is more than my rent. Brian is an essential part of the family acting as an Emotional Support Animal for my son Leo, who has CPTSD and OCD. Brian always knows when Leo needs him often before Leo does. He is affectionate, and will groom Leo or provide deep pressure on his chest. He is sassy, talkative and he loves posing for the camera. Brian is mostly trained, he knows come, sit, stay, as well as a few tricks. I'm disabled raising 3 boys alone on a fixed income. I have no credit, and have been rejected by all other financing options. It would mean the world to Leo for his cat to be healthy amd recover safely at home. I haven't seen him this upset since before getting Brian.

Sylvester, is a border collie that is only 3 years old. He is mainly an inside dog but loves to chase squirrels and run around the yard whenever he is outside! He is the most caring and loving dog i’ve ever had and I really hate to see the situation that he is in! Our dog was recently diagnosed with cancer after concerning bloodwork led to additional testing. The diagnosis has been devastating, and our veterinarian has told us he may have only about six months left without treatment. He is being cared for by Crowley Animal Hospital in Crowley, Louisiana, where they are helping us determine the best course of action. He is truly the heart of our family. He greets everyone with excitement, loves to play, and has a way of making even the hardest days better. His gentle, loving personality has brought us years of happiness, laughter, and unconditional love. To us, he isn’t just a pet, he’s a member of our family. Our family has already faced unexpected financial emergencies, and the cost of cancer treatment is more than we can afford. Any donation, no matter the size, will help give our beloved dog a fighting chance and precious time with the family who loves him.
