I'm sharing this post as I could really use some help for Kaya. Anyone that know me knows that for some reason Ray and I couldn't have children so my hunsband and I adopted dogs.. One of our dogs is quite ill and I could really use some help right now. I'm disabled and on a fixed income and don't know where to turn to. Well, after a very long day we finally got our dear sweet Kaya to the Blue Pearl Vet in Reno. The vet confirmed that it was "Closed Pyometra" and suggested immediate surgery to save her life. We authorized that immediately and Kaya went in for surgery yesterday afternoon. Her uterus and ovaries were removed. Kaya's best friend and housemate is another Great Pyrenees "Mindi. We love this breed. Kay's is so very loving, gentle, intelligent and just so darn adorable. She keeps us laughing with all her amazing traits. She loves to play with her toys, go on Ling walks either us and protect her flock. She is one of a kind. We are on a fixed income and I'm disabled. My husband is my caregiver. When we took Kaya to the Blue Pearl Vetrinary Hospit. Alk we knew is that we couldn't afford to lose her and that we needed to save her life. However, we were shell shocked when we received the bill.

Hello, my name is Stephan, and this is my best friend Bella! About 5 years ago, I was sitting down in my room having a conversation with some friends when this beautiful girl walked into my life. I looked at her and said, "We are gonna be best friends, aren't we?" She came right to me, and ever since, we have been inseparable. A little bit ago, she became very ill:/ She started to be very lethargic. She wasn’t herself. She started to not eat her food and was bleeding more than she should during her heat cycle. She started having issues breathing and walking. Clearly, something was very wrong. I took her to the emergency vets. Information below:Where she was diagnosed with pyometra. Veterinary emergency group chicago She is so lovable and protective over myself and my friends. She’s so good with kids. Everyone loves her she can be very vocal at times she does happy feet when she is excited. She loves tennis balls and her ultimate nemesis are the squeakers from toys once she hears it she must find it. When your down she knows and comes and cuddles with you. Bella means the world to me I couldn’t imagine her not being around she is an amazing companion so many people lov her. The surgery she needs is very expensive $7516.96 to be exact. And it’s a life threatening situation I don’t want to loose her. I’m a vet so she’s my suport

M girl came into our life by an accident breed. She has been the best dog and the most loving companion to my son. She’s 6 years old and she has a brother who is almost 1! They love to play. She’s the best snuggle dog possible. She’s the kids protector and best friend they would be lost without her. My girl has been on the wait list for a while to be spayed. Well her heat came and now we are looking at Pyometra after this last heat. She has never had many issues and is UTD on all her shots. This dog is the best. We call her the depression dog. Why is that because this dog will sit and lay with you be by your side till your smiling and happy again. She brings the most joy to her boy (my son) she is his whole world. They have grown up together and i know they are the best of friends! She has many tiny humans that love and play with her she really is the definition of a nanny dog I have been in and out of the hospital due to kidney issues. I have finally been back on my feet for the past year but trying to catch up on hospital bills has been the worst and now our poor girl. She needs an emergency spay or she could lose her life.

Hi everyone, My name is Bev, and I recently adopted a little 13-year-old rescue dog. His name was Wiesel but I changed it to Diesel He ca me into my life under heartbreaking circumstances — his former owner passed away, and Diesel was left needing a new home. From the moment we met, I knew he was something special. He is gentle, loving, full of tail wags, and truly one of a kind. Diesel's teeth are in severe condition — some are completely loose, others are coated in heavy buildup, and his gums look painful and inflamed.. The vet that use to see him is an hour away from me and the records indicate he was going for a dentistry but it was cancelled. I will bring him to a vet here. "He stepped in like he’d been part of the family forever. He loves everyone and wants to greet every animal he sees. He never whines, cuddles up to me at night with his favorite pillow, and enjoys baths, car rides, and scooter rides. All my friends adore him." I can’t afford the full cost of my pet’s care on my own. It’s heartbreaking to see him unwell because he means the world to me. even though its only been a few weeks.

Hi my name is Daisy Mae. I am a 15 week old black Labrador Retriever puppy. I was born on March 11th in Kentucky to my fur parents, Hunter Steel and Amber Rose at David Lakeside Retrievers. On May 4, 2025 my new skin Mommy and Daddy adopted me. We went on a long adventure as they brought me all the way up to Ohio and I've been so very happy with them! On May 22, Mommy noticed something on my jaw Mommy called Dr. Sarah at Co-Twins vet, in Canton, Ohio who sent a piece of my tumor off to be tested. Turns out I have Canine Acanthomatous Ameloblastoma. For the doctors to fix me they have to cut out the part of my diseased jaw. Dr. Callard at MedVet in Akron Ohio is willing to do that for me. He told me that i will be better in a few weeks if mommy and daddy can pay for my surgery. Mommy and daddy say I'm special because I learn super fast! I sleep in my big girl kennel and go potty outside! I like to play fetch with daddy and I hope to be a stability dog foreman so maybe she don't ha e to use her cane so often. I have a canine brother named Chewy, and 3 feline siblings, Allie, Sadie and Tucker. I like them all very much Mommy says I'm so little and have a lot of growing up to do. Now my mommy and daddy are hard-working people but don't have a lot of monies, so I'm coming to you to see if you can help mommy and daddy make sure that I get the best treatment possible. Pumpkin

Prior to taking a two week road trip, we decided to send our mini bernedoodle (Pumpkin) off for some training to help harness her naturally curious and playful behavior. Three days after leaving, we got a heartbreaking call. Our daughter’s 10-month-old best friend was injured when a door accidentally slammed on her back leg. She now has a distal femur fracture and needs emergency surgery. Pumpkin has a distal femur fracture, which is extremely painful and requires specialized orthopedic surgery. Our local vet wasn’t able to perform the surgery, so Pumpkin is now being transported to Tallahassee, where she can finally get the care she needs. Pumpkin is our daughter’s best friend and snuggle buddy! After the recent loss of a loved one, she has provided us some much needed therapy and comedic relief. She brings so much joy to our family and we are devastated by her suffering! If you’re able to donate or share, we’d be so grateful. Every bit helps us get her the help she needs. The trainer loves animals and feels immense guilt. She is contributing toward the cost of care, but the cost is significant and will be a burden to our family and her’s. I rescued Pella from a humane society. Our bond was instant. She has shown such gratitude to me by always being so kind, caring & compassionate. They told me she had been found out on a desolate country road that has no houses or businesses anywhere within 45 mins drive. They said apparently she had been dumped out there and she was still a baby. Someone going from town to town found her. Pella started having a small tumor on her belly that as time has passed has gotten very very much larger very rapidly. I thought it was a lipoma. Recently it has gotten so large that when she walks it drags the ground. Blue cross animal hospital said it's a breast tumor that can be removed and she would be perfectly fine after...as long as it's removed She survived being dumped in the middle of nowhere to then come to me.Once I became overcome by major depression disorder &anxiety, she very easily jumped into the role of caring for me. So much so my psychiatrist &therapist both filled out paperwork for her to be my support dog. She is that way for absolutely anyone who needs her. My apt bldg is mostly seniors who always ask for her to visit them I am physically and mentally disabled &only earn $1080 a month. After rent it's extremely hard for me to survive &even afford food. Pella is so critical to my well-being it is gutting me that I am unable to afford to make her well when it would only take one surgery.

Rex is my sweet, playful dog who’s been with us since he was 8 weeks old. I got him from my neighbor’s litter and kept his name because he already answered to it. He’s been attached to me from the start and only knows life with me and my family. Our mini goldendoodle, who we had before Rex, loves him just as much as we do. About 6 months ago, Rex injured his leg and was diagnosed with a cruciate injury. His leg is badly swollen, and he can barely walk. He’s in constant pain and has lost his appetite. We gave him all the prescribed medications, but they haven’t helped. He now needs surgery as soon as possible to relieve his pain and help him heal. Rex is the sweetest boy and just loves being near us, cuddling or hanging out indoors. He’s never been an outside dog—he’s always by our side. He used to be so playful, but now he just lays around, and we really miss the old Rex. He’s brought so much joy to our lives, and it’s hard seeing him like this. It would mean the world to have Rex back to his healthy, happy self. Sadly, we don’t have the financial resources to get him the surgery he needs. We’ve been doing our best with everything life has thrown at us, but the cost of his care is more than we can manage right now.

Chloe is a 8 year old Rottweiler in Minneola, FL, who needs $2,000 for Amputation of Front Left Leg Due to Osteosarcoma.

Chloe, our 8 year old Rottweiler, came to us at 8 weeks old, joining her now 10 year old German Shepherd brother, Zar, and recently two kittens Willow and Gracie in our home. Two months ago, Chloe’s limp started,our vet suspected a shoulder injury. It worsened until a week ago, when she got an X-ray and confirmed osteosarcoma bone cancer. A followup lung Xray showed no spread, so amputation is a best and urgent option to remove the painful tumor. Her bone is brittle and could break anytime. We’re planning surgery followed by chemotherapy along with homeopathic support She’s a little girl at heart, suckling her blanket for comfort and loves “helping” Dad fix things around the house. Chloe enjoys watching her "shows", like The Dog Whisperer or rat chasing YouTube videos, going to the park or around the neighborhood for walks. Despite her pain, she still runs to bark at the door or tell off the neighbors dog at the fence, still full of life for now. We've been managing her brothers Pemphigus with lots of meds and vet visits I 'm a teacher with a modest income and likely wont be able to come up with the funds for the treatment without help, Chloe still has plenty of energy and the will to live and we appreciate any help
