Vader is my 8-year-old Miniature Dachshund and Miniature Pinscher mix. Vader came into my life shortly after my husband passed away. I adopted him to keep my beloved beagle, Max, company, but he quickly became so much more. I’ve had him since he was a puppy, and for the past 8 years he’s been my constant companion. After Max passed away, Vader became my only pet and has been by my side every day Vader was first treated at Lanoka Oaks Veterinary Center after suddenly becoming critically ill. He has severe liver disease with jaundice and has not eaten for four days despite IV fluids, antibiotics, anti-nausea medication, and pain medication. His veterinarian recommended hospitalization, and we hope to transfer him to Red Bank Veterinary Hospital for the treatment he urgently needs. Vader has helped me through the loss of my husband and later through losing my beagle, Max. He follows me everywhere, loves car rides, sleeps beside me every night, and is happiest just being close to me. Even while sick, he still responds when I talk to him and gets excited when I pick up his leash. He isn’t just my dog—he’s my family. He adores the kids in my family and is everything to them. I have exhausted my available credit and have been denied for every financing option I applied for. Vader is my best friend and my family. Having him healthy again would mean having my constant companion by my side for many more years

Chloe became family 5 years ago. After my wife lost both of her parents, we brought Chloe home hoping she could help provide comfort and emotional support during one of the hardest times in her life. From pool days, rides down the road, and traveling in her dog sling, to everyone in family fighting over who she would come too. Our autistic son usually wins these games. As they are unbreakable She has been diagnosed with IMHA (immune-mediated hemolytic anemia), but more testing is still being done to determine the exact cause and what else is going on. Our primary veterinarian was unable to handle a case this severe, sending her to Carolina Emergency Vet. Immediately given blood transfusion as her count was 15% our bill is currently at 11,000 and going up steadily. Please help if u can Loves squeaky toys, loves playing fetch, lap dog. Boy does she love dress up. You always find her with our autistic son, on a lap, or running around with a toy trying to get u to play. She’s never tired. She is the sweetest most playful dog I’ve ever came in contact with. We are lost without her here. Please help us get her home as we know she’s scared just like we are. My Aria is a rescue from a street corner in Springfield, Il. After buying a used car we found $100 under the front seat, and both yelled "casino"! But after traveling around the corner my wife had to use the restroom and that's when I noticed a couple with two brand new puppies. I picked Aria up and she snuggled into my neck and I was hooked. She's been a wonderful addition to our lives! Aria suddenly became very ill around the middle of may and couldn't keep her food down. We immediately knew something extreme was happening when she became lethargic and would not eat. Upon arriving at the vet, they noticed elevated white blood cell counts and sought further treatment whereupon they discovered a possible case of leptospirosis, and near kidney failure. She is under care at Kruger. She is a licker! She loves everyone and everyone loves her. She takes up the whole bed and sniggles in between us and snores like a human. She speaks completely clearly about her needs and wants without saying a word of english. She's our butt baby and we love her very much. We work part time and commute a great distance to work, so with the current pricing of gasoline and recent vehicle maintenance, the added unexpected expense of a veteranarians bill is hitting us hard.

Queenie came to us one day in 2017 as a puppy from an owner that loved her so much he was standing in the rain holding the umbrella over the dog because she hates getting rained on lol so we bought her sweaters. He could not keep her in his apartment due to breed restrictions and was looking for a good home. I didn't wanta dog until I saw her sitting there like an angel sent to me in a dark time. Queenie is anemic and the vets can't find out why. So they are giving her blood transfusions to stabilize and hopefully find out what is causing her body to destroy her own red blood cells. She is being taken care of at Denton County Animal ER currently and I have poured every ounce of money I have at this to try and save my best friend. As soon as I got Queenie I met my fiance. I'm not ready yet. Everyone loves Queenie and says she is the sweetest dog they have met. She like playing actively but around babies everyone needs to chill. Babies and young kids all pet her and pull her ears and she don't mind. So many people I have introduced her to that are scared of dogs and leave my house with her by their feet while sitting or on the couch next to them. She is loved by all I have a job with Bank of America with one car just me and my fiance together with our fur baby. As it stands I have been able to stabilize her financially but if it costs much more my life will be forever blanketed by a veil of sadness and wanting.

Oreo was adopted from the Pittsburgh Humane Society in April of 2024 when he was only 6 weeks old. Since the day he came home, he has been a light in everyone’s lives including my 7 year old daughter. He was named Oreo because, well, just look at him:). He’s facing a serious health issue, cataracts, that requires urgent veterinary care—tests, treatment, and surgery—to get him back to full strength. The costs are adding up quickly, and as much as we’ve tried to cover it on our own, we are falling short and really need help from anyone who can spare even a little. This surgery would be completed at MedVet in Washington, Pa My 2-year-old Pit Bull, Oreo, is an absolute bundle of joy and energy! This playful goofball has endless zoomies, loves chasing balls and toys, and never seems to run out of enthusiasm for playtime. What makes him truly special, though, is how amazingly gentle and patient he is with all the younger kids in the neighborhood. They are always coming over to play. Times are really tough right now, and like so many folks, we’re stretching every dollar just to get by. We have insurance but it will only cover a small portion of the surgery/ post and preop care. Every little bit truly helps and we are grateful for any help.

We rescued Layla when she was 6 months old from someone who was abusing her. When we were asked if we would take her, we didn't even think twice about it, She was a typical 6mth old lab puppy, but we still fell in love with her instantly. We had just lost our black lab 2 months prior to cancer. So she was definitely destined to be part of our family. Layla has been a healthy dog with the exception of a broken tail when we rescued her. The previous owners were supposed to have her spayed but never did and I could not afford to. She has been diagnosed with pyometra on my birthday and needs emergency surgery or she will die. She will be going in March 10th to Town and Country Equine in Louisburg kansas After we lost our labs that the kids father gave them before he passed, Layla came out of the blue to us as a rescue. She has been a huge part of the family not only for myself and my children, but also for the extended family. She is the sweetest animal that we have ever owned and never meets a stranger. She has become our emotional support. Layla's favorite thing is to run and play. We had to suddenly move in January due to health hazards at the apartment that we lived in and that pretty much cleared out any extra money that I had. We love Layla so much and she will die without the surgery. We would be devastated to lose her.

Hank Needs Us Like Never Before

Meet Hank Daniels. This five year old boy had been wandering around a local neighborhood, scared, hungry, and alone likely for several days. We suspect his former owner dumped him and he was then left to fend for himself. After days of aimless wandering, a Good Samaritan witnessed this poor boy get hit by a car. Lucky for Hank, this kind person stepped up and took him to get help. Enter CAMO Rescue. We couldn’t bear to watch this helpless pup go into the county shelter so we’re getting him the help he needs. We took Hank to the vet as soon as possible where they took x rays and gave us a prognosis. What did they find? Hind limb fractures, femoral fracture with butterfly fragment and L lateral condylar, and a tibial fracture. Hank needed surgery asap. This poor boy has already lived a life of neglect, we can’t stand to see him in pain too. With so many broken bones and impending injuries, this surgery will be expensive. We need generous donors like you to help us cover the costs of Hank’s healing. We can do this, but not without you.

Lazlo is a foster fail. I knew he was mine almost immediately after picking him up. He is the best boy and loves with so much enthusiasm it’s infectious. He had a lump on his ear since he was brought in to the foster organization. It wasn’t until about 3 months ago that it started growing and causing him discomfort. He scratches it and it bleeds and he requires meds and cleaning just to control it. We are opting for a pinnectomy at Horizon Veterinary. We know it’s cancerous, but this will improve his daily life. Lazlo is a people person, and loves to try to get anyone and any animal to play with him. He is a typical bouncy, goofy Boxer. He is the sweetest boy and the best boy. If he is not looking for food, he is the best cuddler! You don't need a blanket with him on you. I am single, struggling after a divorce and trying to keep up with everything else life is throwing my way. Lazlo deserves to live as comfortably as possible for the duration of his life.

Charlie

Charlie is a 8 Year Old Labrador Retriever in Colfax, WA, Who Needs $900 for Neuter, Entropion Surgery, and General Wellness.

Charlie showed up at my parents farm during Covid with no collar or microchip. Shelters were full and owners were not found so my parents have been taking care of him and trying to rehome him for the past 5 years. He is currently an outdoor dog but we believe he may be house broken. Charlie has been kept current on his vaccines through Bunchgrass Veterinary in Colfax. He is not neutered and has entropion in both eyes. The vet believes he may be around 8 years old so he will need to start having bloodwork done annually. He will be having his bloodwork and surgery done at Colton Veterinary Service where I work. Charlie is very sweet, leash trained, great with kids and other dogs. Due to his impaired vision from the entropion he is the more submissive around the other dogs. Unfortunately he is not a farm dog and has been attacking chickens, pigs, and sheep. Due to this the shelter will no longer take him as a surrender because he is now considered "dangerous". My parents health and medical bills have prevented them from getting Charlie the surgeries he needs so that someone will adopt him. I am taking over as foster but I am a college student and I have a geriatric dog of my own with liver disease so my finances are limited.
