Gessi

Gessi is a 1 year old American Shorthair in Shoreview, MN, who needs $1,300 for Partial Caudectomy.

Shoreview, MN

Gessi is a 1.5-year-old male short-haired cat. I’ve had him since he was only a few weeks old—he came from a family of stray cats, and a friend brought him to me so he could have a safe home. He is an indoor-only cat and currently lives with me in my house in Shoreview. Gessi always has more than enough food and fresh water, and he’s grown into a pretty big, muscular cat. Gessi has an ongoing injury on the tip of his tail. Since he was a kitten, his long tail has occasionally gotten caught in doors or been accidentally stepped on, which caused swelling at the tip. He now bites/chews at it, making it scab and reopen. It hasn’t become infected yet, but the vet said because he won’t leave it alone, it’s likely to eventually get infected, so they recommend removing it. Gessi is the life of the party at my house, he's very friendly and playful, he has a bestfriend sushi (other cat) that loves and plays with him all the time, he's not your typical cat as cliche as that sound, he has behaviors that'll crack you up! (See Video) Overall hes just a fun time to be around and with his injury he's been down in the dumps especially having to always wear a cone. I recently lost my job in the summer at a school, they shut down due to low number of students attending, so Ive left the education field and began indepently doing consulting, its beenn good enough just to pay bills and provide for my pets but not enough for surgery.

Hot sauce

Hot sauce is a 2 year old French Bulldog in Gainesville, FL, who needs $1,800 for Prolapses Intussusception Surgery.

Gainesville, FL

Sauce is a 2 year old French bulldog whohas always been generally healthy and well cared for. Due to a temporary financial hardship, I arranged for him to stay with someone else for a few weeks while I worked to stabilize my situation. During that time, he experienced a rectal prolapse, which became an emergency medical situation. As soon as I was made aware of the severity of the issue, I took h Hot sauce who has generally been healthy. During a temporary period when he was staying with another individual due to my financial hardship, he developed a rectal prolapse. The condition became an emergency situation that required immediate veterinary attention. Once I became aware of the severity of the issue, I transported him to University of Florida Small Animal Hosp Sauce isn’t just a dog to us — he’s family. To my kids, he’s their heart. He’s the one they run to, the one they feel safe with, the one who’s always excited to see them no matter what kind of day it’s been. The way he lights up when they walk in the room matches the way they light up when they see him. He brings comfort, connection, and pure love into our home. Getting Hot Sauce healthy again would mean more than just fixing a medical problem it would restore a sense of comfort, stability, and joy to our family. He is deeply loved by my three children, who rely on him for companionship, emotional support, and daily happiness.
