Jack came into our lives in 2016 at 6 weeks old. He was born in the main house of the Claddagh Inn in Harwich and named after the owner Jack Connell. He was a spunky kitten that quickly turned into a laid back loaf! He has always been an indoor cat and spoiled. He slipped out during the tornado on Cape Cod and searched for 59 days until found! Jack is our comfort blanket and Family. We love you. Jack was hospitalized on Decemeber 12, 2024 at the ER vet in Bourne for renal failure due to a urinary blockage. Unfortunately, it has come back and he is being hospitalized again at the Brewster Vet as of this morning. The vet is highly suggesting a very invasive surgery that we just can't afford to pay the whole thing which is around $10,000!! This is a life or death situation and so upset! Jack is the best cat anyone can ask for! He sleeps at the foot of your bed. Always by your side. Loves to lay on board games when in the middle of a game. Sits next to the sink to watch you wash the dishes. Lounging in the sunlight on the patio. A huge snuggler! Jack is married but they keep their distance. They have a daughter that he just adores! Due to us trying to purchase a house, we do not want to dip into our down payment savings! Since Dec, we have already dished out almost 4 grand and now needs more medical help and decisions that are going to be life or death.

Hope

Hope is a 2 month old Great Pyrenees in Weatherford , TX, who needs $2,000 for Surgical Repair of a Cleft Palate.

Hope was part of a liter of 12 puppies our Great Pyrenees. She was the runt of the litter and we started seeing that we had difficulty in bottle feeding her. At first, the vet told us that he thought she was just the runt but at 7 weeks, the vet finally saw that she was born with a cleft palate way in the back of the roof of her mouth. He has told us surgery is the only option we have. Once the vet discovered the cleft, he told us that the only option is a repair or we would have to put her down or that she would eventually deteriorate over time and would not be able to sustain food to keep her alive and thriving. Hope is very special to us, but especially our special needs daughter. Our daughter was also born with a cleft palate and several other medical issues. She has told us that she wants to keep Hope because it reminds her of the difficulties she went through as a child and that they can share that common bond. Our daughter has already developed a special bond with Hope. We did not expect this complication to come up when the puppies were born. It took us off guard and not in a position to deal with the extra finance. We run a therapeutic riding stable for disabled kids and adults and our Pyrenees are loved by all our riders.

Buster

Buster is a 6 year old Australian Shepherd in New Waverly, TX, who needs $2,000 for Botox for Facial Tic & Upper Palate Reconstruction.

I rescued Buster and his brother, Chuka, from a severely neglectful situation in September 2024. Buster was covered in mats and sticker burrs. They lived on a porch full of trash and debris (even though Buster is blind and has difficulty navigating) and "whenever they come up to me and look hungry, I just put some food on the ground." The owner said "I am just not a dog person". Buster had to have his snout bone and all but 2 of his teeth removed do to trauma related to FIREWORKS. He also SURVIVED DISTEMPER as a pup. After surgery, his lingerin facial tic caused four holes in the roof of his mouth that lead into his nasal cavity. Each time he eats/drinks, the food/water goes into his sinuses. This has caused 2 infections and will eventually result in aspiration pneumonia. Buster is such a fighter. After everything he has been through, he has done nothing but smile and ask for loves from the moment we rescued him. Though he hurts his nose every time he runs into something, he is the most adventurous pup, and he always has this silly grin. He takes such good care of his Chuka brother and is a fierce protector of his mommy. Between Chuka's surgery to have his leg fixed (who had been run over, his leg broken, and NOTHING done to fix it) and Buster's surgery for his nose and teeth, while caring for my 13 year old cat that is in kidney failure, I have exhausted my savings and run up my only credit

Benji

Benji is a 4 year old Mix-Breed in Austin, TX, who needs $2,000 for Diagnostics.

This is Benji. We adopted him about 2 years ago from a shelter in Austin, TX. He immediately bonded with my son, Patrick. They became the best of friends. Benji has helped him deal with the death of his dad. When no one is home he is crated as he has horrible separation anxiety if my son’s not there. Benji got out of his crate on Monday and ate the straps from my son’s backpack. He purged half of what he ate and hasn’t thrown up anymore. He’s throwing up bile. He’s lethargic, doesn’t want to eat or drink anything. VEG South Lamar saw him but won’t do anything unless we have the $1300 to pay for tests. It may be an intestinal blockage they mentioned. Benji’s favorite thing is doing anything with my son. Going to the dog parks, playing ball or just hanging out watching TV. My son’s dad passed away and Benji has been there. He’s his outlet to let things out or just be there to listen with no judgment and unconditional love. I am on a limited income. Social Security Disability Insurance. I have a very tight budget to make sure we all have a roof and food. There’s very little extra. It would mean everything to get Benji healthy. It’s killing me that I cannot help and he’s in pain.

I am asking for Help Please, In May of this year, my granddaughter brought home this little, Baby Lionhead Rabbit. She had no food or bedding, but I fell in love with her, and we named her Ellie. I didn't know at the time, that Female Rabbits must get Spayed so they do not develop Uterine Cancer, I am 67 and raising 5 small grandchildren we can barely feed ourselves Any help would be a Blessing Ellie urinates so much that it is getting me concerned, this is another reason Why the surgery needs to be done Sooner than Later. She is also very destructive once she is spayed that will change hopefully. At this time, I am planning on have the surgery done At Brookhaven Pet Hospital in Garden Grove, California As you can See by the Pictures of Ellie, I attached she has a ton of Toys, Snacks and habitats. She has such a unique personality and when she is happy, will take big Hops. Ellie and My Dog Rocky are always communicating thru the Cage and Ellie is awesome around all the small grandchildren. Two years ago, I was laid off after over 30 years in the Mortgage Industry, I have still not been able to find employment, and I am sure the fact that I am 67 years old is not helping me By getting financial Help for Ellies Surgery It will help with my Health Issues

We first got kiki the maltese as a gift for christmas in 2021. She was just a small little puppy and about 7 weeks old. She is currently living with my sister and i, she gets lots of activities throughout the day. She’s playful and loves to bark. A big dog attacked my little dog and bit her right in the neck, hitting the trachea. This caused her to not breathe well, and she was breathing in her own blood and coughing. She in critical condition. she needs surgery and tons of follow ups. The name of the vet hospital is called Blue pearl pet hospital. This is where she’s currently been seen. my pet is special because she's always there for you, wagging her tail and bringing so much joy. She makes you happy with her unconditional love and playful antics. Pets have a unique way of brightening our days and filling our hearts with happiness. My pet is in critical condition and needs expensive medical treatment. I lost my job recently and I don't have the money to pay for the treatment. I am asking for help to save my pet's life. It would mean the world to me to have my pet healthy again.

I know in my heart & soul they were a gift from my God. I'm on disability earning $600 a month. They eat and get everything they need before I do!! Demo, her sister, and I could not and would not be ok without her I can't afford to take her to the vet. No $ this week or next when for bus. Everything I've checked gives me the same answer. TAKE TO VERY IMMEDIATELY! I ran out of food, only one day, he's very picky and sensitive tummy. She got sick of a small amount,same brand, different flavor, food. I have her an Odenestron as I did once before. Yoda

I rescued Yoda and his sister Luna when they were just a few weeks old. One of the feral cats I had always taken care of had babies again and Yoda was one of them. They adjusted indoor car life quickly and he’s been living the life ever since. He loves to play fetch, watch tv, and spend time with his family. Yoda started having some inappropriate urinating outside of the litter box and he would do this from time to time. October 28th 2024 Yoda began urinating outside of his box again and in pain. He went to the Cat vet clinic in Houston, TX where he received care for 2 days. He was sent home under Dr recommendations, but he is having trouble again. Yoda loves his family members. Especially his mom (me) and his grandma (my mom). He lives with siblings and they play together and sleep together all the time. He’s such a sweet boy and shows his love all the time. I don’t know what I would do without him. He is so special The original vet bill that I paid out of pocket was almost $1900 and we are noticing signs again, and I do not have the funds for another pricey procedure or operation. I would try or do anything to have him healthy again, I just don’t know how I’m going to afford it.
