Sadie

Sadie is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Bloomington, IL, who needs $2,000 for Stereotactic Radiation Therapy (SRT).

Bloomington, IL

Sadie is an incredibly sweet cat who came into our lives after being found at a rural gas station when she was about the size of a potato. Her mom was unable to be found and she was getting beaten up by older strays in the area. Since coming into our family, she shares an apartment with four other cats, a pitbull who loves all his kitties, and a turtle I have had since I was four years old. Around Thanksgiving 2024, we noticed a bump that was located on her muzzle that seemed to be slowly growing. After many tests, we have been told it is a mesenchymal tumor (sarcoma). Due to the nature of this we have been referred to an going to the University of Illinois Teaching Hospital in Champaign IL where they have a cancer care clinic. We are looking to have radiation therapy to help her. Sadie is a sweet girl who loves watching the birds outside from out back porch window with her siblings. And loves drinking from the tap since she was a young kitten, often asking for "water time" with sweet chirps. She also loves to drum on surfaces by paddling her front paws, and we love her music. She loves cuddling with her favorite humans, and enjoys the company of our other pets. This diagnosis was very unexpected, as she is otherwise a healthy girl. Her treatments will be expensive in nature, but we want to help keep her happy and healthy as long as we can. We love our Sadie baby and we want to help her fight this so she can keep loving life.

Leon

Leon is a 7 year old Labrador Retriever in Wesley Chapel, FL, who needs $2,000 for Condylectomy.

Wesley Chapel, FL

Leon has been with me for five years. He is my first service dog and has become my best friend. When I first met him he had a really calm demeanor and managed to stroll over to me and place his head in my lap. This has been his favorite thing to do when he wants my attention and I am always happy to give my attention to him. His intelligent nature and relaxed attitude has captured my heart. Leon has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the TMJ. Due to jaw bone deterioration, he has been in significant pain and is no longer able to chew properly. The only way to bring him relief is to have bilateral jaw surgery. This will tremendously improve his quality of life. We have found an amazing animal hospital called MedVet Akron and a brilliant surgeon Dr. Jason Callard to help with this. Leon brightens the day of every person he meets! He loves food and enjoys playing with his chew toys. Cuddling and receiving belly rubs are also his favorites. He has been working with me for several years and does his job brilliantly. I would describe Leon as playful, curious, and loveable. He still continues to be the sunshine in my day. Having to choose between Leon’s medical care and basic necessities has been difficult. Recently, I have had to postpone Leon’s surgery because basic necessities were a more immediate concern. I am hoping that with your help I can focus on getting Leon better and pain free.

Rollie

Rollie is a 7 year old Mix-Breed in Arvada, CO, who needs $2,000 for Carboplatin for OSA.

Arvada, CO

Currently, Rollie and I live in a modest, pet-friendly home in Colorado. I recently graduated as a student and am living in the United States on a visa. While I am working hard to build a stable future, my financial resources are extremely limited as I am not yet employed. Rollie’s daily routine includes lots of affection, short walks to accommodate his recovery, and quality time together at home. Rollie, my six-year-old Cane Corso/Great Dane mix (Daniff), was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in December 2023. He underwent a front leg amputation on December 18, 2023, at Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital to manage pain and stop the cancer's spread. His care team recommends six rounds of chemotherapy to prevent recurrence. This treatment is critical, but costs are overwhelming Rollie is a gentle, loving Cane Corso and Great Dane mix who brightens every room he enters. His calm demeanor and affectionate nature make him a favorite among everyone he meets. He’s incredibly loyal, protective, and always there to provide comfort during tough times. Rollie bonds deeply with family, offering endless love and companionship, making him truly one of a kind. As a recent graduate living in the U.S. on a visa, I have limited financial resources and no family support. Rollie’s amputation and six rounds of chemotherapy are overwhelming. Having him healthy again means everything—he’s my family, best friend, and source of strength.

Bailey

Bailey is a 10 year old Mix-Breed in Felton, PA, who needs $1,779 for Urethral Obstruction.

Felton, PA

We got our friendly cat Bailey from a friend who could no longer take care of him in July 2016. He is the most playful, sweet, loving and friendly cat you could ask for. He's been with us and his cat brother Oreo ever since. He loves his dog sister brother as well. He is a lap cat for sure and loves people! We want to help him get better so he can continue to live a happy life with his humans. About a month ago, we noticed Bailey was not his self and started seeing some physical changes and other things that told us he wasn't ok. We bought some pet meds to try and haven't seen any improvement so after taking him to Dr. Thomas at Petz R Us, we found he has a urethral obstruction. The only way to help is to provide surgery which we cannot truly afford. It pains us to not be able to help. Our sweet Bailey loves people and his animal brothers and sister too. He is the most friendly cat and so playful. He's fun to watch play with toys. I tried to upload a cute video of him playing on Christmas. Even with his medical issue, he still played happily. He's the sweetest cat and we are not ready to lose him. His human siblings love him as much as we do. As some of you may know, we had a very hard year with medical bills and job loss, we also have debt accumulating like most of us and the need for new cars too. This medical expense for our sweet Bailey was obvious unexpected and don't know how else we can afford the vet bill
