Moose

Moose is a 2 year old Maine Coon in Attleboro , MA, who needs $2,000 for Intussusception Surgery.

Attleboro, MA

Moose came into our life about 2 years ago when he was about 6 month old as a playmate for Salem, our other cat. He earned his name because he is from Maine and we have always loved moose. Through the years he has earned a place in all the hearts who have met him. He has such a sweet and gentle personality. In return we have given all are animals the best love and care. Moose started to throw up the Sat after Thanksgiving. We took him into urgent vet care Sun to find out there was for sure something going on in his intestinal area. Mon, we took him to Tufts Vet. They discovered he needed emergency surgery because of an Intussusception -when one part of the bowel slides into the next, like a telescope. Now after surgery he is not eating and still on the mend. Moose loves everyone! He's great with all the other animals in the household, especially our other cat, Salem. Both the cats keep each other company when no one is home. Which has been so difficult lately because Moose has been sick. One of Moose's favorite things is to steal my straw and play hocky with it. He reminds me that its the little things in life that make all the difference. Our savings account has been drained already from our other cats vet bills, $8000+. Moose is only 2-1/2 yrs old and has a long full life still ahead. We feel he has a chance at life still. Please help us in supporting Moose's fund in medical bills.

Draco

Draco is a 1 year old American Shorthair in Burnsville, MN, who needs $1,466 for Urinary Obstruction Procedure and Treatment.

Burnsville, MN

Draco is a cherished part of our family and was our first pet, given to me as a graduation gift when I was 18. His sweet personality and energy brought joy to our lives and inspired us to adopt another cat and a dog, who are now inseparable. At just under 2 years old, it’s heartbreaking to see him in pain. He’s not just a pet; he’s family, and we’re doing all we can to help him recover. Draco struggled to urinate before his vet visit, hadn’t eaten or drunk in 48 hours, and grew lethargic, twitching, and vocalizing in pain. Diagnosed with a critical urinary obstruction, he was rushed to Mission Animal Hospital, where he received IV fluids, pain relief, and a catheter to flush his bladder of crystals causing the blockage. He’s still in treatment, but his recovery isn’t guaranteed. Draco is more than a pet—he’s my comfort and constant support during the challenges of nursing school, always by my side during late nights and stressful moments. His loving, playful nature brings joy to everyone in the family. He greets us with warmth, seeks out cuddles, and has a way of making each day brighter. Draco’s deep bond with us makes him an irreplaceable part of our lives. As a 19-year-old nursing student, balancing expenses is tough. My income barely covers essentials like tuition, rent, and school supplies. I live with my grandparents, who are on a fixed income, and unfortunately we can’t afford the urgent care that Draco currently needs.

Cosmo

Cosmo is a 16 month old Great Dane in Winooski, VT, who needs $2,000 for Gastropexy + Neuter.

Winooski, VT

Everyone meet Cosmo! Cosmo came into my life after a lengthy breeder search as I was looking for a service dog, Cosmo was hand picked from the breeder because he would be the best service dog, she wasn’t wrong! Cosmo lives with me&family and our other pets, cookie, faith, Cora, Jack, Luna (dogs and cats) and my “small pets” boba, biscuit, candy & the guppies (Bearded dragon, rodent + fish!” Cosmo is in need of two surgery’s, one is a standard neuter but he also needs something called a Gastropexy for Bloat, being a very large Great Dane and a very active one he is considered high risk for bloat, his vet, Shelburn veterinary hospital is able to accommodate doing these surgeries at the same time to minimize stress and risks Cosmo is a service dog for POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and Seizures, Cosmo loves to help his mom, in his off time Cosmo is a silly light, his favorite toy is a stuffed shark, he loves to play with his fur siblings and take naps with them, cosmos 2nd favorite activity is to watch horses on the tv with his mom, he can be a bit quirky with all his puppy energy. Our family is very low income and Cosmo getting these surgeries would mean that he can have more freedom, continue his career (which he loves to do!) and it would greatly minimize the risk of death by bloat, preventing this would mean a happier life for his family and him
