Zoe
Help Zoe Find Relief From Frightening Seizure-Like Episodes
Issaquah, WA • Pacific Rim Rescue
Zoe's world changed overnight. At just 3 years old, this sweet French Bulldog began experiencing frightening seizure-like episodes that left her owner fearing the worst. Having seen the devastating effects of Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) in French Bulldogs before, they knew Zoe would likely need extensive diagnostics and specialized medical care that they simply could not afford. Wanting Zoe to have the best chance possible, they made the heartbreaking decision to surrender her to Pacific Rim Rescue. From the moment Zoe arrived, the rescue acted quickly. An urgent veterinary visit led to an emergency referral to a neurologist, and this week Zoe underwent an extensive neurological workup, including advanced imaging, at Summit Veterinary Referral Center. The news brought both relief and new challenges. The MRI confirmed that Zoe is not suffering from Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD), as originally feared. Instead, veterinarians discovered severe infections and debris deep within both of her middle ears—painful conditions that may be responsible for the neurological symptoms she has been experiencing. Additional radiology results and a spinal tap are still pending to determine whether the infection has spread to the tissues surrounding her brain or whether the pressure from the infection alone is causing her seizure-like episodes. Zoe's journey isn't over. Her next step was an appointment with a veterinary dermatologist, who will attempt to scope and flush her middle ears. If that isn't enough to resolve the problem, Zoe will need surgery. Zoe is scheduled for the Otoscopy in August. Through every test and every appointment, Zoe has continued to fight, and bring joy with her sunny disposition and desire to be with her humans and canine foster siblings. Pacific Rim Rescue is committed to giving her every chance to recover, but the cost of advanced diagnostics, specialist care, and potential surgery is significant. Your donation will help cover Zoe's neurological workup, specialist appointments, ongoing diagnostics, and any treatments she needs to finally find relief from the pain she has been living with. Every gift, no matter the size, helps bring Zoe one step closer to healing—and the happy, comfortable life every dog deserves.

Tater
Tater is a 4 month old Chihuahua in Eatonville, WA, who needs $8,000 for Abdominal Surgery to Remove Foreign Body.
Eatonville, WA
Tater, his mom and his littermates were dropped off at my house at just 1 week old by their derelict owner in a filthy carrier, with fleas and eye infections. We got them all healthy and rehomed his siblings and mom to great homes. We had not intended on keeping one, but God had other plans and Tater became a beloved member of the family. This morning Tater was vomiting and not his usual happy go lucky self. I am at the emergency vet with him now, awaiting results from a second set of xrays as it appears he has an obstruction in his stomach. The estimate keeps on climbing and Tater could use prayers and dollars to help him through this. Taters best friend Bodie (2yo Rotty), and his "Great Aunt" Lila (14yo LabX) are worried and waiting at home for him. Any help to get him well and back to them would be greatly appreciated. If Tater needs surgical intervention, we will not be able to provide it without your donation due to the high cost estimated, vs what I have already paid today for the initial vet emergency services.

Yana
Yana is a 9 year old Boxer in Bonney Lake, WA, who needs $8,000 for Surgery for Sarcoma Removal.
Bonney Lake, WA
Meet Yana, our 9-year-old Boxer girl who still has a lot of life left! In the spring of 2025, Yana was surrendered to an animal shelter, and we don’t know why—she’s truly a wonderful dog. Now that we know her, we can’t imagine how her previous owner doesn’t miss her terribly. Not only is she good, sweet, lovable, and loyal, she's well-mannered and affectionate! Yana is truly an all-around perfect companion. We learned about Yana through a Facebook post from a foster group and knew right away we had to learn more about her. When we met her and introduced her to our 1-year-old American Bulldog, Beckham, the two became fast friends almost instantly. Just one week later, we brought her home—and we’ve been in love ever since. Yana loves balls (LOVES balls), runs and plays endlessly with Beckham, enjoys her daily walks with her favorite people, and insists on breakfast no later than 7 a.m followed by her treats. She also appreciates a good nap with a cozy blanket or pillow. Give her an open field and a ball, and she’ll happily sprint off—often outrunning Beckham just to get there first (I'm telling you, she loves her balls!) When we brought Yana home, we were told she had recently had a sarcoma (cancerous tumor) removed and that there was less than a 7% chance it would return. In September, we noticed a small lump on her side, which unfortunately began to grow—and over the past month, it has grown very rapidly. Despite this, Yana refuses to let it slow her down in the slightest. We have insurance for her, but unfortunately the insurance company categorizes this as a pre existing condition, even though she had the sarcoma before we had her. She is scheduled for surgery to remove the sarcoma on January 8, 2026. Thank you for helping us to reach our goal and giving Yana many more years (we know she's got them in her!)

Bowser
Bowser is a 14 Year Old Mix-Breed in Tacoma, WA, Who Needs $2,000 for IV Fluids for Kidney Failure.
Tacoma, WA
I've had Bowser since birth. He's followed me everywhere and I rarely ever go anywhere without him. When I do he just sits at the door waiting me for me. I've been unemployed due to health issues and Bowser was just diagnosed with kidney failure. I don't want Bowser to suffer due to my situation. I need him and I need more than a diet change. He still has much life left and to be given a chance I noticed Bowser's breath smelling terribly for about a year. Up until the last couple months he's emaciated. I found WA pet grant funding. This ran a blood test and he has kidney failure. They've been giving basic care and has provided him food. I didn't understand as Bowser eats and still has much energy. I want to give him a fighting chance with full advanced care. Bowser is special to me. I have always needed someone and through therapy I learned that I latch on to my dogs because they unconditionally love me. They don't abandon me. He still has much energy, he's just emaciated. He's been helpful to me through my medical issues. I'm unable to sit or stand long without developing shock symptoms. It's been a lonely road, but he's my connection to life. Bowser has always had separation anxiety and since I lost my 1st dog 3 years ago, I can't take it if I lose another. I can't imagine putting him down. He already hates needles and he won't understand. I don't want him to feel betrayal.

Sasuke
Sasuke is a 1 year old American Shorthair in Tacoma, WA, who needs $2,000 for Cancer Diagnosis & ICU care.
Tacoma, WA
Sasuke came into my life during a time I felt completely lost. He was rescued from a garbage area, and the moment I saw him, I knew he was meant for me. He’s been my light through depression and long military separations. Now he’s fighting for his life, and we’re out of options. Please help us give him a chance. We love him more than words can say. Sasuke beat FIP last year thanks to new treatment options, but now he’s facing a more serious, unknown illness. Despite multiple tests, we still don’t have a diagnosis. Our pet insurance maxed out, and we’re paying out of pocket as costs rise. He’s fighting hard, but we need help to continue his care and find answers at Summit Veterinary Referral Center. Sasuke was my first cat, my comfort through depression, and my companion while my husband was away in the military. He’s more than a pet — he’s family, our child, and the heart of our home. His love has carried us through so much. He is a silly, usually hiding under the sofa and planning sneaky attacks. We’re now going into the double digits trying to save Sasuke. Our pet insurance is maxed out, and costs for tests, hospital visits, and treatments keep rising with no clear diagnosis yet. We’re doing all we can, but we can’t keep up alone. Any support helps us fight for the

Chris aka Christian Stewart McMichael
Chris aka Christian Stewart McMichael is a 11 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in University Place, WA, who needs $2,000 for C.H.O.P.
University Place, WA
I was just 8 months old & & was getting passed around. I found my forever home with my mom @ house #5. I used to have a big sister, Fiona. I loved her so much. She got cancer too & crossed the rainbow bridge in September '21. I have cancer now too. My mom loves me SO VERY much. She never had human kids, just fur babies. Mom told me she wants to give me the BEST rest of life. We NEED your help! After bravely beating 2 kinds of cancer in the past 3 years. I got the sad news that I have a nasty bad cancer, B cell lymphoma. My Oncologist Dr. Pagano @ Summit Veterinary referral center in Tacoma, WA has the Gold standard treatment plan for me called, CHOP. I've started treatment, but even with my awesome insurance plan my mom can't pay for it all by herself. Unfortunately I can't have a job. Chris is my ride or die guy. He's been ESA certified to be able to go EVERYWHERE with me. He's won the hearts of my senior parents & everyone he meets. Grandpa lives in a care home & always asks for Chris to visit him. At 91yrs old Grandma gets down on her knees for Chris to kiss her goodnight. He is so emotionally tuned to the humans around him & shows it in his facial expressions & big heart. After my first fur baby as an adult passed from cancer @ just shy of 8 yrs old. I swore I would NEVER have a dog without insurance to be able to give them everything! Chris has the premium plan, but still not enough to cover the costs of the CHOP chemotherapy treatment.

Esko
Esko is a 7 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Tacoma, WA, who needs $2,000 for Amputation.
Tacoma, WA
Esko lives in a home with three other animals two cats & another bully Tank. Esko is 7 years old & is healthy. Esko belongs to my twin brother his owner, Esko was the first of all of SeVons animals and the beginning of his journey on connecting with animals. Esko lives a comfortable life often playing fetch around the yard, or laying in the sun. His favorite spot is on the couch next to SeVon. Esko suffered a devastating injury after being hit by a car—his femur was broken, and his front leg was split open from elbow to paw, and he has damage to his lungs causing blood to pool, leaving him with severe trauma. After thorough evaluation, the only viable option for Esko’s survival and long-term well-being is amputation. Esko is a true empath at heart. He knows just what you need when you need it. In our family we call him bubby, he often makes a sweet pouty face one that’s hard to resist. He also loves to show affection through cuddling and kissing. If you cry Esko is the first one to be under your arm giving you a hug and won’t leave your side till he knows you’re alright. Our biggest concern right now is amputation without the amputation the only other option is to put Esko down. We couldn’t get care credit or a payment plan so we’re looking for any help possible to cover cost! We’re hoping as a community we can pull together little by little

Pumba
Pumba is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Tacoma, , who needs $2,000 for Diagnostic (Possibly Liver / Lungworm).
Tacoma
Pump was brought into our lives 5 years ago as a puppy as a surprise for my daughter with special needs. He has been with us since we lived in a trailer, to an apartment, and now a home. He is very energetic and a major support animal for my daughter Went to summit vet referral center and they can’t seem to find out what’s going on this is our 3rd visit and now our funds are extremely exhausted, spent a couple of thousands and all of our savings to get to this point. The next step is to a get a X-ray and ultrasound to figure out what is the cause of the sickness. Now my other 2 dogs are experiencing the same symptoms and need diagnoses too Very loving and is also around with us and loves to be underneath you very protective when it comes to my daughter. He loves to play and run around the house. So I spent around $3000, all of my savings to get to this point and still have no answers on what his cause is. I have my other 2 dogs that need to be diagnosed as well before all 3 of them don’t make it out of this.

Kingston
Kingston is a 6 year old Golden Retriever in Covington, WA, who needs $2,000 for CHOP.
Covington, WA
I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my beloved six-year-old Golden Retriever, Kingston. Recently, we received devastating news—Kingston has been diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma. This diagnosis was a complete shock, as he has always been a strong, healthy, and joyful companion. Kingston lives with me and my 2 boys. Despite the shock, we are holding onto hope. We recently received his flow cytometry results, confirming B-cell lymphoma. While this is a serious diagnosis, there is a treatment path that can extend his time with us and give him the quality of life he deserves. Kingston's best chance is the CHOP chemotherapy protocol, a multi-drug treatment given weekly over approximately five months. Kingston is more than just a pet—he is family. Through life’s challenges, he has been my rock, offering unwavering love, comfort, and support. He was my rock and support during my divorce. The thought of losing him so suddenly to this illness is heartbreaking. The cost of treatment is overwhelming. Each chemotherapy session costs between $700 and $1,000, totaling over $15,000 for the full protocol. We are doing everything possible to cover his medical expenses, but we cannot do this alone. We have no pet insurance.

Ginsburg
Ginsburg is a 3 year old British Shorthair in Bellevue, WA, who needs $2,000 for Rostral Nasal Dermoid Sinus.
Bellevue, WA
Ginsburg was rescued as a kitten by Alley Cat Rescue in LA and diagnosed with a partial cleft nose and poor coordination initially thought to be cerebellar hypoplasia. Now 3 years old, he lives in a loving home in Bellevue, WA. Despite his challenges, he’s a sweet, curious cat who loves exploring. His care includes managing ongoing health issues and providing a safe, supportive environment. Ginsburg has ongoing bleeding and scabbing of his nose caused by a rare congenital nasal deformity. After a year of uncertainty and $6,000 spent on diagnostics, biopsies, surgeries, and a CT scan, specialists at Summit in Tacoma identified the cause. This condition is so rare they’ve never encountered or treated it in a cat before. Surgery can fix this! Ginsburg is one of a kind. Even though his coordination makes him tumble a lot, it never slows him down. He’s fearless, curious, and absolutely hilarious. He has a big personality and keeps me laughing daily. He gets offended when I sneeze, chirping as if to scold me, and he’s obsessed with playing with his own tail. His silly antics and adventurous spirit make him the heart of my home. This past year has been overwhelming with vet emergencies, including trying to save my sweet Niles, who sadly passed. This surgery will give him the happy, adventurous life he deserves, but I can't do it alone!

Gus aka Gussy Bear
Gus aka Gussy Bear is a 70 year old Old English Bulldog in Yelm, WA, who needs $2,000 for Wound Care for Laceration on Back Caused by Dog.
Yelm, WA
I have been blessed with Gus in my life since he was a puppy. At first I didn't want him when I heard what breed the parents were, a English bulldog and German Shepard. I worried the outcome. He turned out a pig dog (snorts) and I absolutely love him. He's now 10 years old and it's been the best ten years. Gus was minding his own while going potty in his yard. Our neighbors old fence gave way when their dog busted through. The neighbor dog attacked my Gus causing severe injuries. He went to olympia pet emergency and was treated for his wound. He started to decline fast. So I brought him back to olympia pet emergency, they closely monitored him but needed to transfer him to summit referral vet clinic Gus is the best dog you could ask for. He loves his giant tennis balls from tractor supply. He loves to play with the kids which means barking at them. He knows he can easily beg for his rabbit stocks by sitting near them and gives the cutest sad face ever. He has never bit a person and loves delivery drives (treats he's not suppose to have). My house would be so quiet without his deep pig snoring My house hold only has one income currently. With a new mortgage. Normally there would be two incomes. I didn't expect his vet bills to reach into the thousands. Oly emergency was around 6k and now at summit, the first bill was 6800 and now they want an additional 8k.

Brewer
Brewer is a 6-year-old Saint Bernard in Spanaway, WA, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Treatment.
Spanaway, WA
Brewer has been a part of our family since he was eight weeks old. He is from North Carolina and travelled cross country with our family to Washington. He lives with us in Spanaway, WA. Brewer is just a big ol' lovable bear. He is gentle with children, frolics with guinea pigs and is afraid of cats LOL! He is all my kids have ever known. Brewer cracks us up because he is afraid of stairs. He protects us by sleeping by the front door or on his HUGE dog bed, but will not come upstairs! Brewer loves mammoth bones and for large dog owners, you KNOW which ones I am talking about LOL. He loves "buddy butter" and tries to get on the couch to lay with us like a lap dog. A few months ago, I noticed that Brewer's ear area and face was swollen, I thought he had a stroke and took him to the ER immediately. He was supposed to have a follow up vet visit. I ended up getting strep and was down for over a month. He is back in the ER and it's worse now with him being hospitalized. We are not sure if cancer spread (he had a tumor removed three years ago) or this is ear inf. I'm facing a divorce with a domestic violence order to protect the kids and I. The judge listed financial abuse as well. I own my own business and do well but have taken hit after hit, even rehoming our puppy st. Bernard recently. Brewer is our baby, he needs help so badly.

Chloe
Chloe is a 10-year-old Terrier Mix in Lakewood, WA, who needs $1,700 for Echocardiogram, Consultation & Medication.
Lakewood, WA
Our sweet Chloe picked our family! After rehoming our rambunctious Husky pup, we adopted Chloe at PURPLE Pet Rescue in Toledo, WA. We originally visited for another dog but she wasn’t interested in us. But this cute tiny terrier mix ran over & stamped her adorable toe beans on our daughter’s jeans, claiming her! Ever since then four years ago, those two have been inseparable!! Our daughter was heartbroken when we rehomed our husky & found solace with the new addition.. She even got to rename her from Rosie to Chloe! Chloe sleeps in her besties’s room, enjoys long walks, tries to chase after rabbits & squirrels, sometimes deer!! Chloe loves attention & adores her family. She nudges us to pet her with her nose, howls when she’s hungry & find a free lap to cuddle on. Chloe isn’t much into fetch or tug a war, but she loves getting dressed up & her stuff toys to sleep with. She loves to burrow under her blankets & sometimes we find her under the sleeping mats! She is a silly and funny dog. We even created a fan page on Instagram all about her! She’s afraid of flies, tries to hide under our beds or by our side to get away from them! She’s truly a character! Chloe isn’t her usual playful self, instead she’s lethargic & weak.. We took her to the ER vet but was told she’s fine. The next day, again she was weak, barely could walk and refused to eat. Took her to another ER Vet & this time they found Chloe has an enlarge heart! The vet referred us to a cardiologist for an echocardiogram to check Chloe’s beginning stage of heart failure condition.. Chloe needs to be seen at Summit Veterinary referral center for an echocardiogram & consultation. It costs $900 to $1,700 depending on her size & need. We’re a working class family with health issues unable to cover the cost. But Chloe means so much to us, please help us!

Bailey
Bailey is a 2-year-old French Bulldog in Tacoma, WA, who needs $2,000 for Repair Luxating Patella.
Tacoma, WA
Bailey is such a spunky handful of joy! She lived in Hungary for the first several months of life and then came to be with us in Nov 2021. She has her own passport! She is a purebred French bulldog with unique “blue” coat that is not very common. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and in perfect health- besides her leg.:( Bailey is a funny, curious, friendly, spunky gal! She LOVES everyone and greets you at the door. She is always watching us to see what we are going to do next so she can participate. Her favorite things are playing tug of war, fetch, waiting patiently for treats, and snuggling with us any moment she can. She follows us into every room and she loves playing with her sister, Bella. This young lady is so fast! Before she hurt her leg, she would do the zoomies all the time. She loves to chase her sister, play tug of war, fetch, and just be with her people. She can always tell when someone in the family is sad and she will sit with you and just stare at your face until we acknowledge her. She just makes life so much better. Bailey was diagnosed with a luxating patella, which is fairly common and treatable. However, she had a grade 1 and we were told that she could live a normal, happy, healthy life. However, that all changed a few days ago when she quit eating, drinking, and using her left hind leg. She will need surgery to fix this before it gets even worse and she possibly develops arthritis or worse. This expense is hitting our family right after several tragic events this last year. Total cost is $6k!! Bailey is part of our family and I can’t imagine letting her suffer any longer than she already has. It would mean the world to me for any help from my community

Gracy
Gracy is a 14-month-old African Mastiff in Tacoma, WA, who needs $2,000 for Pulmonic Stenosis.
Tacoma, WA
We got Gracy when she was 4 months old from a co-worker. They could not care for her due to a family emergency. She has became a part of our family. We also have a chocolate lab that Gracy and her are best friends. Gracy is a gentle giant and our nickname for her is Smalls. Gracy loves being around kids and other dogs. She has a lot of energy and until recently has been living life to it's fullest. We have another dog who is Gracy's best friend. They stick together all day and night. When they sleep they have to be touching each other. Gracy loves to run around in the mud and comes inside to shake it off. She loves showers and taking tissue paper out of the bathroom garbage can. She plays with her toys all day and loves to play fetch. She also loves to get under her blanket and be covered up. On 1/17/24 we had Gracy looked at at Summit Veterinary. She was diagnosed with congenital heart disease called pulmonary valve stenosis. Her disease is unfortunately severe and is the cause of her collapsing when she over exerts herself. Medication and this needed procedure to open her heart valve will widen the path of blood flow to the right side of her heart to go into her lungs. We have 3 kids at home and 2 family dogs that we love dearly. We are not able to pay for her needed heart surgery. This expense could cost as much as $8,000. Gracy helps my middle child with his mental and learning disabilities. She helps my son with his depression also.

Lily Nymphadora Tonks
Lily Nymphadora Tonks is a 16-year-old Siamese/Tabby in Kent, WA, who needs $2,000 for Parotidectomy.
Kent, WA
Lily has been a part of my life since the day I helped her mom give birth to her, she was the first to do everything, the first born, to open her eyes, to explore outside the basket, to decide she was going to be mine. She has always been a tiny cat with a BIG attitude and nothing scares her. Lily is the Queen of the house, amongst the other 4 cats, 2 dogs, 2 birds, and the dragon (aka her boyfriend) she rules them all! She takes no sass from anyone, including the humans, and doesn't fear putting the dogs in their place when they annoy her. She's also the phantom lap cat, she loves all people and will magically appear in your lap without you noticing. Lily's goal in life is to lay in the lap of her people, when she can't she will cry until someone picks her up and puts her in the baby body wrap or allows her to lay on them. She also LOVES soft blankets and claims any that come in the house as her own. Lily was diagnosed with a Salivary Carcinoma by her vet at VCA Covington and referred to the specialists at Summit Veterinary Referral Center, she has since had a CT Scan to confirm the cancer has not spread and been given a favorable surgical outcome as long as we can get the surgery done before the cancer spreads. Our Chausie Stanley almost dies last year and it cost over $16,000 to save his life, we are still paying that debt off which has been a financial burden when being hit with an additional almost $10,000 to save Lily's life.

Scout
Scout is a 6-month-old Catahoula in Concrete, WA, who needs $2,000 for High Pressure Balloon Valvuloplasty.
Concrete, WA
I have had Scout and his brother Jack since they were 7 weeks old. They were an accidental litter and were being given away at a swap meet. They have a fully fenced yard to play all they want. I had only intended to get one, but these 2 were so bonded I couldn't say no to getting his brother Jack also. They have brought so much joy back into my life. Scout has a very plush bed in his kennel that he goes and lays down on when he gets tired. He is very active, loves going swimming and exploring on hikes! His brother and him play every chance they get, never too far from each others sight. He is very curious with the cats. They tolerate his kisses. Scout has an uncanny way of knowing when I need a hug or a puppy kiss. He has mended my heart after losing our 3 senior pups during covid. He is goofy, sweet and full of energy! You would never know he was sick. It is the only life he has known. He's 6 months old and was diagnosed with Pulmonary Stenosis. Due to the extensive costs of the work up after finding out he had a heart murmur, I am financially exhausted. Scout had his consultation at Summit Vet Referrals, the quote for the High Pressure Balloon Valvuloplasty is $7500-$9500. His surgery is scheduled for Dec. 20th. Summit Veterinary Referrel Center Tacoma, WA My job pays just above minimum wage and I don't know how to afford this for Scout. This is his one chance of living a normal life. If we can fix his heart, we can save his life. He has healed mine and I need to do the same for him. Please find it in your heart to help.

Raven
Raven is a 2-year-old French Bulldog in Tacoma, WA, who needs $2,000 for C-section and Newborn Puppy Care.
Tacoma, WA
Our sweet girl, Raven, was given to us by a family that we met at our favorite park. She looked exactly like the female version of our male FRUG( Frenchie/Pug), Sir Snuffles, who is 4 yrs old. She bonded with our family instantly. We were so happy with Sir Snuffles, that we have hoped to find him a companion. We have been approved for housing and we are currently staying in our van. Raven and Sir Snuffles are our pride and joy. They are with my husband and I all the time and they can't get enough attention lol. They both love long walks in the park and although she likes to chase a squirrel here and there, she likes to be right by our side. And if she has her sights on food, she persistently waits until she gets what she is after. She is the sweetest little girl. We have learned that when we make "smoochie" sounds with our lips, at first, she will look at us with her "game face", and then out of know where, jump up and give us a BIG WET KISS on our face! She also has a keen sense of knowing when I unwrap her favorite treat, string cheese. If we hold the cheese with our mouth, she will gently come take it from us. She has bought a lot of joy to all of us. Raven became unexpectedly pregnant and she is approx. 38 days pregnant. While we wanted her to have 1 litter, we wanted to wait until we were settled in our home. We just learned that French Bulldogs frequently need a C-section due to their narrow hips and the size of the puppy's head. We feel awful that we are not financially prepared for this. We just want her and the puppies to be well. My husband has had complications due to diabetes and we are waiting for housing. We couldn't live with ourselves if Raven and the puppies aren't able to get the care they deserve. If she doesn't need a C-section(approx. $3K), money will be dispersed as directed. Thank You!

Daisy Bug
Daisy Bug is a 11-year-old Yorkie in Seattle , WA, who needs $2,000 for Herniated Disc.
Seattle, WA
Daisy Bug came into my life 11 years ago. I remember the day like it was yesterday, it was the best day of my life. I never realized how much joy and happiness we would bring each other. We've been inseparable ever since. Daisy lives in Seattle, WA with her mom and has loving grandparents in Hayden, ID who consider her their grandchild and love having her visit throughout the year! Anyone who has ever met Daisy Bug instantly falls in love with her. Even all the "big dog" people find that her personality and charm warm your heart immediately. Daisy Bug has been my emotional support dog and helped me through many challenging hurdles in life. She brings light when everything is gray and dark. Daisy is very friendly and adores children and people from all walks of life. Daisy Bug is a toy fanatic, don't let her age fool you. She has a basket of stuffed squeaky toys that she plays with daily. Hide in seek is her favorite and will make you play it for hours. She loves when you find toys, her face lights up and she can' wait to give you another challenge. Daisy Bug also loves playing fetch in the park, chasing after mini tennis balls and making you laugh for hours. Unfortunately, Daisy Bug started dragging her paw and knuckling a few weeks ago. She stopped using her left leg and would fall anytime she tried to walk. We tried medical management, but unfortunately, she got worse and needed help walking. The Dr. at Summit Veterinary Referral Center in Tacoma, WA was able to operate and remove the herniated disc. Unfortunately, there were surgical errors made. I lost my job and was laid off in March due to the organization being bought out. Unfortunately, I have not landed a job yet but keep trying. I am in dire financial need to pay the $10,000+ bill. To have Daisy Bug back home would mean the world to me. Thank you for reading

Senpai
Senpai is a 5-year-old Domestic Shorthair Cat in Federal way, WA, who needs $2,000 for Catheter and Urinary Blockage Clearing.
Federal way, WA
Senpai is my baby boy, he came to me about four years ago by accident when I was pet sitting. His previous owner was unable to keep him anymore. Him and I instantly attached to each other and have been inseparable since. Senpai will follow me to the shower, the kitchen and all over the house, he gets upset when I'm gone. He is super sweet and cuddly and is my best companion. Senpai prefers me, he finally accepted and got used to my mom when she came but he's very exclusive with his attention. He loves my female cat Nova and my mom's kitten is his play companion. He's super affectionate to everyone in the home that he's used to. He is like a little child, super attached. He plays fetch, sometimes I think he thinks he's a dog. 😂 Mostly he's just a cuddler and loves to sit with you when you're reading or watching TV, he snuggles up close at bedtime. Senpai has a urinary obstruction, this is his third visit and I'm tapped out. His last was last week and she didn't take care of it completely. He's in emergency room as I speak which is requiring a deposit to start, he will require a few days hospitalization and possibly a surgery to widen his urethra to prevent anymore blockages. He was wetting himself and listeless and vomiting this morning I work part-time because of a disability and job loss of job that was 30 hours a week, they need money up front to start but I'm tapped out and don't even make as much as they require in one month. I need my cat well and back home w with me! Please help save senpai!

Tink
Tink is a 2-year-old Domestic Shorthair Cat in University place, WA, who needs $1,500 for Fixing a Broken Feg.
University place, WA
Tink was rescued in Washington state after living one year on the streets and now lives in a two bedroom apartment near the water with lots of trees and other cats that live in the neighborhood. He’s a spicy boy who likes to climb trees and sometimes bite ankles. Recently he broke his leg and I can’t afford the initial upfront costs to have him x rayed or for treatment He gets along with everyone and no one he’s a very social and antisocial cat, complicated doesn’t begin to describe the complexity that is tink, easily the most intelligent cat I’ve come across tink is an acrobat physically and mentally and continually keeps me and my family laughing smiling oo’ing and aw’ing He likes to try new foods pretend he doesn’t like them then go crazy for them a week later. He likes to sneak meals from the neighbors. He likes to sleep in funny positions and so much more he’s such a unique and loving cat that brings so much love life and joy into my life. He has a lot of extra toes and everyone who meets him comments on just how handsome he is. We went to an emergency vet when we noticed the injury and they asked for $200 visit cost and $800 anesthesia upfront I only have $600 to my name though I work part time and was hoping I could pay off his bills over time. This was the only vet who could see him short notice we are researching other cheaper alternatives+insurance options now that we had to bring him back I am currently dealing with my own mental health issues and living at home at 26 with my single mom who works full time to help me care for myself and tink. I am getting help for myself so I can give a better life to my cat. He is my world and i can’t see him suffer like this.

Biscuit
Biscuit is a 4-month-old Tabby Kitten in Shelton, WA, who needs $2,000 for Persistent Right Aortic Arch.
Shelton, WA
Biscuit is almost 4 months old and is an absolute sweetheart! He was taken in by my family after his previous owner abandoned him due to his health issues and high cost vet bills. Biscuit has a blood vessel wrapped around his esophagus that needs to be removed. He cannot eat hard food or it will get stuck in his esophagus leading him to choking and vomiting. Biscuit is on a temporary liquid diet. I have 2 young children and my kids absolutely love Biscuit. He has formed a bond with them both and follows them all over the house. Biscuit loves to cuddle and play all the time. He is a very happy baby and his name suits him extremely well. You can always tell how happy he is by how fast he is kneading his little paws. We love to joke and say he is kneading the dough to make Biscuits. Biscuit loves to watch the ceiling fan spin around. He likes to jump up in the air and try to catch it even though he can't jump high enough. It always makes us laugh. Biscuit is very playful and loves to chase my children around the house. He even follows my daughter to the bathroom. She says he is her bathroom buddy. We love Biscuit and we want to help him so badly. We just cant afford his vet bills for his blood vessel removal. We are trying to raise money but we live on a small town with limited resources. My 8 year old daughter even offered up her piggy bank change to put towards Biscuits surgery which was so noble of her. We are on a fixed income and this is a sudden expense that we do not have the funds for. If Biscuit can't have this surgery he ŵill have to be put down. My children and I do not want him to die. We love him!

Rollo
Rollo is a 1-year-old Pitbull in Tenino, WA, who needs $2,000 for surgery.
TENINO, WA
We got Rollo when he was 6 weeks old. My daughter had been begging for a puppy. And we are moving into a new home with a fenced in yard and finally decided it was time to add a fur baby into our lives. Our daughter helped pick the name Rollo. Hes named after a Viking ruler. We drove to the other side of Washington to get him because as soon as I saw him, I knew he was perfect. Rollo is very loved and spoiled. He sleeps in bed with us most nights, some times in his own bed. Hes been My daughter's best friend since we got him. She gets more excited to see him after school than any one else and she cuddles him every morning when she wakes up. He's been the light of our lives. My son and daughter gives him hugs and kisses every night before bed. He's such a lovey boy. The first unique thing we noticed with Rollo was even has a tiny puppy, he would try to attack and bite at wind. Like when he stuck his head out the window of a car. And he loves hearing people laugh. When my daughter laughs in her room he'll run in there and start licking her and want to play. And hes very gentle,With other dogs and kids. He'll nudge with his head instead of using teeth or anything Rollo fell down apartment stairs. I think he ran down too fast because he's not use to them and misses one and rolled all the way down. He has a fractured joint and I was told with out surgery he'll have life long problems that will only get worse with age. Scatter Creek Animal Clinic referred me to Summit Veterinarian Referral Center for his surgery that will cost up to $6,000. My fiance lost his job about 2 months ago and we've been in-between moving because we could no longer afford rent and hes been struggling to find a new job. My daughter is devastated about our pup, she calls him her brother. I just want nothing more than to make him better

Buddy needs surgery for foreign body removal and an intussusception. I couldn't say no as I wanted to try my best to help give him a second chance. Currently he is staying at Summit Veterinary Referral Center as we try and collect funds for his emergency care. I just met Buddy for the first time on Tuesday. He was a little uncomfortable but in very good spirits. I know once I might able to bring him them his personality will have time to shine. He would be living with me, my son and his new best friend Davos who is a dog. Each day I get excited to make this his new home and give him the love he deserves. Since I've just met this dog I have not been able to pinpoint his personality but once he is home I'm very confident that that his personality will develop and he will be a lovable goofball and be a great addition to our family. When I went to visit him on Tuesday I brought him a stuffed animal he was excited to see it but still a little unsure as I'm a new person to him. Everyone this is Buddy Love Doctor! He is my new rescue baby. Since he is 1-year-old, I didn't want to change his name and confuse him more than he already is. He had a FB and intussusception surgery late last night. He also has an elongated soft palate. Currently he is at Summit Veterinary Center. The surgery costs makes it difficult for me to help support him. I want to give him a second chance at life especially since he is so young, getting financial support from the community would help us tremendously and I would be forever grateful.
