We got Tucker two years ago a sweet puppy who soon became a fearless dog who thought he was indestructible. We got him through adoption and he lives at home with 2 older children and mom. He has an older lab to keep him company, as well as cats, turtles, and other animals. He has a pool to swim in here in the Arizona desert. He's primarily inside but plays in the back yard. Very high energy and playful, swims all the time, runs, jumps, and is just a bundle of energy. He's been a good boy and is learning obedience, and starting to get out of the puppy stage ever so slowly! He takes turns withsleeping in the kids beds as well as with mom. Each morning he goes for a swim in the pool. He's the goofiest dog you could imagine. He hides his intelligence beyond his happy go lucky attitude. Always happy, always playful. So playful he's clumsy, which is part of how we came to needing such high vet bills. He is very sweet when he calms down and craves attention 24x7 yet can entertain himself by throwing the ball in the pool and getting it himself! Tucker was at a friends house that has a two story garage with a viewing deck. He was watching him and took the older lab and him up there at sunset, and tucker not knowing what was on the other side of the wall decided to jump over the wall. He fell 23' feet to ground. Snapped his left leg and did major ligament and tendon damage to his right leg. His bills are approaching $12,000. He needs fused surgery to fuse his paw to his lower leg because the original surgery didn't heal properly as the doctor has hoped. We are hoping to offset the costs of the new surgery. Maxed out credit cards on previous surgery.

My Sage in my life through a rescue called Sweet Paws Rescue. Sage was found buried in a dumpster in Mississippi as a young puppy. Six weeks old at the time. I put an application to Foster when she came to Massachusetts within having her for a few days I found love with her and was a foster failure.. Sage instantly became a part of our family as I already had a dog they bonded perfectly. Sage is beyond sweet. My oldest daughter has severe disabilities and the way Sage interacts with her and the love she provides my daughter Ashley is unmeasurable. The connection they have warms my heart so much. I can’t bear to think of losing her. Sage is a perfect soul of love Sage always makes us laugh as sometimes when our other dogs come over to be petted Sage will take her head and push them away so she can get all the attention. The way Sage looks at me with the love in her eyes always makes me smile. Sage was diagnosed with a nerve sheath tumor of the right trigeminal nerve with tumor extending into the brainstem. Angel Memorial Hospital Jamaica Plain /VCA Weymouth My oldest daughter has rare chromosome disorder so I couldn’t work for many years to take her to all her doctor visits so we depended on just my husband salary my 17 year old beagle had major surgery 2 years ago which cost us almost 8,000. My mother adopted her and she loved her so much! She spoiled her rotten. Sadly my mom assed away so I wanted to have a piece of my mom with me still so I adopted Baby Girl! I have had he for a little over a year now and she really such a good girl. She always knows when I am sad and will come over and try to cheer me up! Baby Girl always can tell when someone is coming to the door even before they knock. She loves when my 3 grandkids come over to visit! They love to play with her and give her treats! She loves to follow me in every room that I go in. She is a part of the the family for sure. And I don’t know what I would do without her. Baby Girl loves treats and loves to play with her favorite toy! My grandkids had to make sure that they gave her some toys and some treats for Christmas. She even tried to open the paper because she could smell the treats in there. She made us all laugh the way she was trying to open the paper. She always knows how to cheer me up and I hope that I do the same for her! Sadly on 2-1-2023 Baby and my other dog Oden was playing and somehow Oden grabbed her and her eye had to be surgically removed. I live on a fixed income and really don’t have the money to pay extra bills. But having a dog is so important to me especially her. I was able to put her veterinarian bill. On a credit card but I am worried about how I am going to make the payments. Being on a fixed income is really tough everything in the stores are so expensive, so I barely make it by with the bills that I have already now I had to add another one. My kids are all grown and moved away so my dogs are my babies now. I love them so much!

Kaila has been in my life for almost 10 years. We got her on mother's day when we saw her at the shelter and immediately fell in love. She's the sweetest, silliest, and strangest cat I've ever met, and I love her more than words can describe. We've been through so much together; she's my ESA, I grew up with her, and we're currently at college. Unfortunately, Kaila has been having some dental issues. It's always been a problem, but recently it has progressed very fast. She has tooth resorption, advanced gingivitis and dental disease, and recently she lost one of her canine teeth. We've tried to get the money to get her the care she needs, but it doesn't seem like it's possible, and I feel cruel making her wait any longer. She's in pain. She's my soul pet. We have a special bond that cannot be replicated, and it's incredibly difficult to watch her in pain like this. She's usually an extremely active and lively cat, but these past few weeks she's been more lethargic and hiding under blankets (more than usual, she loves to bury but it's different). She's also started clawing at her face after meals and it breaks my heart. I'm currently in college. I receive financial aid, but due to funding it's not enough and I'm unsure if I'll be able to attend. My family has had many sudden medical bills, as well as house repairs. Every time it seems like we're in a better place, something else happens.

Jade was born to my sons dog Feb 17 2020 right before covid hit. she's always been a inside dog sleeps in the bed with me every night. She is the sweetest American Bully you ever meet!! She thinks she is a 10 lb lap dog!! guess beecause she was the runt i bottle feed and spoiled her!!! She goes to Brusnwick county animal hosptal thats her regular vet. Shes neve been sick. about Oct 17th she start wiith a cough ten her nose started running and had sinus infection. i already had vet appointment for her Nov 12th. they put her on antibiotcs a probiotic and something else..i made a follow up for Dec 10th. She was getting better so i mnage to get her in earlier. They kept her all day. My sons are her favorite ppl since they move out. She hears thier name or truck she goes to looking for them..She thinks everyone comes over is here just to see her and you have to pet her before she leasve you alone! Grandkids she loves them so much they comes she goes gets her sqecky toys and goes to town on it taking it to them. she's my lil but and I cant lose her!Im disabled and she helps Me! Im disabled and only get a disability check every month. I done had 3 back and 3 shoulder surgeries.Spent my Christmas money I had saved for the kids and Grandkids gifts at vet this month and last month. Poppy seed aka Pop tart is the maine coon kitten of our dreams, she turns 1 year on 4/6. In a first time home with two large dogs, she would set the pace for future cats to come & did so with ease. Poppy adores her big dogs, Pancake + Kiwi, and her little brother Slim Jim. Wherever you are, so is Poppy: the front door, the fridge, the shower, & more. Tiny but fluffy, this lady leads the crew. Poppy was almost perfectly normal until about two weeks ago when her breath pattern began to change. We took her in to find she was in a "stable emergency" which meant oxygen and xrays to start. Many possibilities were thrown around but overnight care at BluePearl Vet in Appleton, WI was crucial. From possible pneumonia to heart failure to asthma.. back to the box she went while more tests ran. Poppy is always present and up for most anything. She is the first to greet us when we walk in the door, comes when called, & plays with her pack beautifully. This girl adores running water, snacks, spring toys, & waiting for the dogs when they're outside/kenneled. She may not meow but her chirps are the sweetest sound. She loves chin scratches, ear tuft rubs, + having us wrapped around her paw. We are 1st time homeowners working to repair the house to keep our pack comfortable & her spay was in the budget, but not this. We are on night 2 of hospital care to try and find a long term solution in Poppy's best interest considering she has so much life & fight to give..

Orion showed up at my home in the cold weather, no food or water and with two fractures in her leg. I found out that she belonged to my neighbor. He didn't want anything to do with her. I took her to Butte Veterinary Center and they told me they could not do the surgery and referred me to Bridger Veterinary Specialists in Bozeman. She had her surgery and is doing wonderful but the cost was $5,000. I am a low income senior and I could not just leave her outside with no one to help her. I am trying to see if anyone can help me pay her vet bill. She is a very loving cat and I believe she needs alot of love. I have rescued many pets in my life. No one is left on their own. Orion is a very loving cat and she gets along with my other cat. She recently enjoyed her first Christmas. Last year I went through a divorce, after 21 years of marriage. I am a low income senior with only social security as my only income. I realized the vet bill would be costly but I never dreamed it would be $5000. I have paid for the Butte vet out of my own.

We have had our dog, Buddy, for over 11 years now. We rescued him from an abusive home. We also have rescued two cats. We couldn't have asked for a better dog to have been brought into our family! We all love him so much! We are definitely dedicated to all of our pets. All of them are well cared for, given attention, and are very loved. Buddy and the cats are best friends. He is very protective of our family, and loves our kids. Buddy is a great listener and doesn't do anything to get in trouble. He even wipes his feet when he comes in from outside. He is a wonderful watch dog, and stops barking as soon as he's told to. It started as a small bump on his leg, and now has swelled to the size of a softball. It has now split open. Our vet isn't able to do anything, so we have to take him to an animal hospital. It costs $175, just for the visit fee, and then surgery and medication costs on top of that. We are a four person family, with low income. We have all the love in the world to give to our pets, but we don't have the financial ability to pay for a major hospital bill. We are asking for any help that anyone can give. We're just not able to afford it.

Tonka is my beautiful 4 month old boy that we got from another family member. He has already lost two siblings to parvo. But he's a fighter. His family, daddy, grandma and uncle want him so bad to come home healthy. He loves jumping backwards when it's meal time. I plays with all of us and won't leave my side. He has a big brother that he plays with that wants to sit on his head.:). And a chihuahua keeps the house in line. He is so sweet. Never aggressive, but playful. Until this morning. Tonka is the lover of the home. He just wants to be with us and play with his housemates. He tries to keep everyone young. He has the cutest hop backwards when it's time for food. We adopted Tonka and soon found out that he has parvo. He had two other siblings that got sick too, but did not make it. We have tried at home treatment but today he became lethargic. But he's a fighter. He shows me that he wants to live, but hospitalizing for parvo is expensive. We want to do everything we can to save Tonka. He deserves a chance. But even with the family pulling together, parvo treatment is expensive. He stole my heart the first moment I saw him and he is the life of our home. We just want him to have the life he deserves.
