Mochi

Mochi is a 9-year-old Siamese in Mountain View, CA, who needs $1,800 for Take a CT scan and fluid remove.

Mountain View, CA

Mochi has lived with us for 9 years, we adopted her when she was 3months old at San Francisco SPCA Mission Adoption Center. She was just a baseball-size cute little kitty with her brother but their mother cat was killed by a car accident and the animal rescue team saved them and moved them to the shelter. I would definitely say she is such a smart cat I've never seen in my life. She came to me when I was in a bad mood and rubbed her head on to my hand to cheer me up which can tell she can pick up my emotional change and also when there is something we all celebrate, she is always the first one that sits on the dinner table and shouted out for joy. Therefore, we are on a final exam which is giving a CT scan to my little girl, Mochi, and see what the cause is so we can provide the right treatment to save her from this terrible disease. We haven't thought about life without her. Please help us to save her. A week ago, we noticed Mochi (my cat's name)had a hard time breathing, so we took her to the hospital and the doctor informed us that she has pleural effusion which is fluid fills up and presses her lungs so she's having a problem for breathing. Even though we provided an X-ray, echocardiogram, and fluid test for her but the cause is still unknown. Also, she is very brave and loyal to our family that only shows her friendly attitude towards us but not to any stranger or unknown person. Even someone gives a tasty snack to her, she never eats. she loves to sleep with us at nighttime so we made a special place for her near the bed. she always brings joy to my family every day.

Bobo

Bobo is a 7 year old Beagle in Blossvale , NY, who needs $2,500 for Removal of Hernia and Neuter.

Blossvale, NY

I bought Bobo who is the runt of the liter and his brother from a beagle breeding farm 8 years ago in Pennsylvania. He chose me and when I saw the little guy, I was like “yeah, your name is Bobo” Such a funny dog right from the start. I’ve always been a fan of beagles for their loving, funny, and loyal personality. He is a friendly canine that loves all the other animal species we have. Recently, everything changed when he developed a massive hernia. He was diagnosed today at Animal Ark Hospital and needs to be neutered. Now, Bobo is struggling, he’s lost control of his bladder and bowels, and I can see the fear and discomfort in his eyes. He’s restless, scared, and not the happy, funny dog I know and love. His medical issues requires surgery that’s crucial for his wellbeing. Bobo is an extraordinary pet with a unique personality that makes him a cherished family member. His behavior reflects not just intelligence, but a deep connection with all involved. Bobo feels our emotions and moods, responding with affection, when we are down or playing cheerfully to lift our spirits. Bobo’s presence in our home brings joy and laughter making him an irreplaceable to us. I don’t have enough money for important things such as saving my best friend. Now with the unexpected expenses, has me not paying my bills as Bobo comes first. I don’t make much money as is and struggle everyday. We love my Bobo, his health and joy matters!! I miss him!!

PigBatBear

PigBatBear is a 8 year old Australian Shepherd in Gaston, TX, who needs $15,000 for Splindectomy.

Gaston, TX

From the moment I held Pigbatbear as a sole survivor, out of 3 she was more than a puppy—she was a second chance at life. Half Rat Terrier, half Australian Shepherd, but 100% my heart. Now, I need to give her that same second chance I was given.” Her intuition unmatched. She wasn’t just a puppy but a soul reborn. Some1’s 2nd chance, & now she needs just that. I am ashamed to say I cant give her. Pigbatbear is my entire world. First, they were sure she had heart failure, blood clots, and more—each ruled out. Now, a splenic mass stands between us and her future. There’s a 50% chance it’s not cancer—our hope. Surgery at South Carolina Veterinary Specialists, at up to $11,000, is her chance to live—and my only chance to keep the love I can’t live without. She follows me everywhere, talks with her eyes, and comforts me like she understands every feeling. She’s truly my right hand. Learned sit & give on the first try at fetch. Imprinted on her dad & not me but that was okay. He got all the hype & play. I got all the baths, & bedtimes. I also have the boo-boos & with this it scares me to say I just cannot love this boo-boo away. She CAN overcome this! This emergency surgery came without warning and costs over $10,000—especially being away from home with no saving. We are all we got left. If this surgery succeeds, it means a ripe old age here w/me. Every donation brings us 1-step closer. The hospital is praying & even $10 is hope. Update 3/24/26: The staff at Dutch Fork Animal Hospital in Irmo, SC. Helped PigBatBear to have her surgery. Everything went well. We do not have the results as to whether it was cancer or not but we remain hopeful. She is doing good though & definitely seems to feel a whole lot better. Post-surgery recovery to restrict exercise when she feels a little better proves to be challenging. But thank you everyone that shared or donated. It truly means the world to know that someone cares enough to help.
