Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus is a 4 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in venice, CA, who needs $3,400 for Infected Growth Removal.

venice, CA

Miley came into my life in 2021 I was looking for dog because I missed my roomates dog that i had become very close to. i looked on craigslist and it was the very last ad on a long list of expensive pure breed pitbulls. it said bully pit: just want a good home for her. i asked him how much he said 800. i gave him a thousand, brought her home to echo park.where she happily grew up her first 3 years Miley has got a growth that needs to be removed and has been getting worse every day and now she is really starting to be affected by it. shes was still smiling and acting normal til today she wont eat. thats not good. but there is a Dr. at center sinai animal hospital that seemed confident about removing it. Miley is a people dog. she loves meeting everybody in the room she remembers people so well from far away even after long absences and gets so excited to see them. she always finds people who are not feeling good and she cheers them up. everyday. she never gives me a problem. just sweet and a happy energy and a seemingly deep understanding of situations. always has a toy in her mouth. Im having the worst year financially, health wise, everything it seems like. feels like a curse when i know some of it is natural(w age im 49 this year) but its weird alot of bad luck all at once. life was always peachy so alot of it seems like balance. dont know what to do

A Simple Surgery Can Protect Clara’s Future — Please Help

Lauderhill, FL • Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation, Inc.

Clara is only a little over one year old. She should be spending these early days doing what young dogs do best—playing, exploring, learning what safety feels like, and soaking up every bit of the happy life now ahead of her. And Clara tries. She greets the world with bright eyes, a wagging tail, and the kind of joyful spirit that makes everyone around her smile. But behind that sweet face, Clara is living with a painful medical issue that cannot be ignored. This precious girl has a hernia that requires surgical repair. Left untreated, hernias can worsen over time, causing discomfort, internal complications, digestive issues, and the frightening risk of organs becoming trapped or compromised. What may seem manageable now can quickly turn into a much more serious—and dangerous—emergency. Clara is still just a baby. She deserves the chance to grow, run, play, and thrive without carrying this condition into adulthood. Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation is determined to make sure Clara gets the surgery she needs before this becomes a lifelong problem, but rescue medical expenses add up quickly, and they cannot do it without help. Clara’s fundraiser will go directly toward: ❤️ hernia repair surgery ❤️ pre-operative veterinary testing ❤️ anesthesia and surgical monitoring ❤️ pain medications ❤️ post-operative follow-up care This is a highly treatable condition. With surgery now, Clara can go on to live the healthy, carefree life every young dog deserves. Without it, she remains at risk. Please help us protect Clara’s future while she is still so young. Your donation gives this baby girl the chance to grow up safe, comfortable, and pain-free. Donate today to help Clara get her surgery.

Crash Has a Painful Cherry Eye That Needs Surgery — Help Him Finally Find Relief

Lauderhill, FL • Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation, Inc.

Rescued by Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation, this sweet boy is finally safe—but safety alone does not erase the discomfort he is living with every single day. Crash is suffering from a painful cherry eye, a condition where the tear gland prolapses and protrudes from the corner of the eye, leaving it swollen, irritated, inflamed, and vulnerable to ongoing injury and infection. What may look minor from the outside is anything but minor for Crash. His exposed gland causes constant irritation, dryness, and discomfort. Every blink is frustrating. Every day leaves his eye at risk for worsening inflammation, trauma, and long-term damage to his tear production and vision if not surgically corrected. Crash deserves better than a life of chronic pain. He needs single cherry eye repair surgery to properly reposition the gland, preserve healthy eye function, and finally give him the relief he desperately needs. Without this procedure, Crash will continue to suffer daily discomfort and face increasing risk of infection and permanent complications. Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation is committed to making sure Crash gets the medical care he needs—but as a rescue, unexpected surgical expenses add up quickly, and they cannot do this alone. That is why we are asking for your help. Your donation will go directly toward: ❤️ Crash’s cherry eye corrective surgery ❤️ pre-operative veterinary care ❤️ medications for pain and inflammation ❤️ post-operative follow-up and healing support This simple surgery can change Crash’s life in a big way. It can mean no more constant irritation. No more rubbing and inflammation. No more daily discomfort. Just healing, comfort, and the chance to move forward feeling good for the first time. Please help us give Crash the surgery he needs. Donate today and help Crash see a brighter, pain-free future.

From Stray to Safety — Help Roxy Get the Care She Needs

Loxahatchee, FL • Unconditionalloveforstrays Inc.

At Unconditional Love for Strays, Roxy came into care after being found running loose near a local middle school. A concerned community member reached out for help, and with the finder needing to leave town, the rescue stepped in immediately to ensure her safety. Upon veterinary evaluation, it was determined that Roxy had likely already been bred at a young age. She was also diagnosed with hookworm and had not yet been spayed. The team began treatment right away and continues to monitor her condition closely until she is fully cleared. As Roxy settled into rescue care, it became clear that she was struggling with interactions around other dogs. Despite multiple attempts to safely integrate her, including the use of protective equipment, she remained reactive. For her safety and the safety of others, she is now housed separately in a secure outdoor run where she can be properly managed and cared for. Roxy has since been spayed, and her care has required ongoing veterinary treatment, behavioral management, and specialized housing accommodations. These necessary expenses have quickly added up and placed a significant strain on the rescue. Unconditional Love for Strays remains committed to providing Roxy with the care and stability she needs, but they cannot do it alone. Support for her ongoing medical treatment and care will help ensure she continues to receive the attention and resources she deserves.
