Kapri joined our family back in May after our dog died. She is going on 3 years old and is full of joy. She joined a family of 6 children the youngest being 2 years old and is full of life and absolutely is a life of joy. Kapri is pregnant and needs an emergency c-section at the time she joined our family we were unaware she was pregnant. We rescued her from someone who lived in Wisconsin. Our plan is to get her spayed as we were not intending to ever get her pregnant Kapri is a ball of joy she is absolutely amazing and joined right in the family. She has 6 siblings and fits right in with them. She is the most sweatiest girl ever, We had unexpected financial stress which caused us to reach out for help. We recently lost our father and family dog in the last month. This would mean the most if our baby was healthy.

After the heartbreaking loss of a newborn kitten that we were caring for also named Litten, and an orange baby, we decided to adopt another orange baby from the local shelter. Named Litten the second, he came home with us and immediately became part of our family, including our 4 other rescue cats. As a typical orange kitty, he was full of craziness and life and brought so much fun and joy 🤩 We are now faced with an emergency, life threatening situation that was rapid. The ER veterinarians have told us if we don’t get diagnostic testing and treatment immediately that he will pass away. He is currently receiving treatment at MarQueen Emergency Hospital in Upland, Ca. They have also said he should be hospitalized because he is quickly declining and in a catatonic state at this time. Litten is the most playful, lively and loving kitty we’ve ever had. He’s constantly seeking attention and playmates. Mischievous in nature, he will get the “zoomies” and almost literally bounce off the walls.. His favorite toy, his stuffed “rocket ship” he periodically drops it in the toilet but we’ve never had the heart to throw it away. His rapid decline has been tragic. After exhausting funds for his initial testing and procedures, we are at a place where we can no longer pay for what he needs and will have to euthanize him. The night she came to me she started to cry in her kennel and I told her be quiet, baby girl and the name just stuck. She is my best friend. She got me through many heartaches. She is the kindest sweetest animal you will ever meet. She is highly intelligent, comforts those around her with the gentlest touch, kids climb on her she never lets them down. The gentle giant of the neighborhood. started noticing some lumps on her. We took her in. They said they are benign tumors. They are causing problems with her spine and making it difficult for her to walk around and we believe she is suffering, but she can’t tell us that the name of the hospital is Lewiston Veterinary Clinic. In Lewiston Idaho. We need to raise 2k- 3k estimates to have her tumors removed. Our pet loves everyone. She loves it when the kids come over and pet her from the neighborhood. She has her favorite stuffed animals that she plays with. She loves to roll on her back and play outdoors in the sunshine. She likes to swim she loves camping with her family. We have other pets. We have Pomeranian puppy, that she very gently play fights with. He’ll run and leap off her head to couch. I I do what I can for her. I spend all my extra money on her pain medication, but I’m on a fixed income and I can’t afford to help her. Please help her be pain free again.

Leon came into our lives when we were still living in MN. We knew we wanted a French Bulldog named Leon, we just had to find him. In April 2024, Don sent me a link to a puppy. I replied, is this Leon? There were so many signs saying yes. Like, his mom’s name was Katie, my name is Katie. His dad’s name was Yoshi, Don’s old dog’s name was Yoshi. We had indeed found our Leon! At the end of July 2026 our world turned upside down. Leon was taken to Veterinary Neurological Center in Phoenix & diagnosed with mild L7-S1 intervertebral disc protrusion, non-compressive, contusive T14-L1 intervertebral disc herniation with associated thoracolumbar epaxial muscle hyperintensity. What does this mean? He is paralyzed. He will never use his back legs again & will have many challenges. Leon is our little man… full of personality and love. He loved playing “spaceship” and going on walks with Don. It’s heartbreaking he will never be able to again. He loves cheese, popcorn & watermelon. Since moving to Arizona, we have struggled to find work in our career industry. Leon’s medical bills are overwhelmingly almost $10,000. We will need monthly supplies (diapers, wipes, etc), doggy wheels & treatments (acupuncture & laser therapy).

Lucius (“Ludini Weenie”) came into my life just after high school. My manager’s purebred German Shepherd had an accidental litter with a stray, and nobody wanted the tiny runt. I brought him home at 5 weeks old, and he’s been my best friend ever since. He lives with me and his brother, Bodhi, who is currently recovering from IVDD and waiting for Lu to come home.. After suddenly suffering a seizure, Lu’s condition quickly became life-threatening. We rushed him through two veterinary teams before being referred to Metropolitan Veterinary Specialists in Louisville. He underwent emergency life-saving surgery and is now hospitalized in intensive care. He’s recovering with a feeding tube, treatment for pneumonia, and around-the-clock monitoring. Lu has been my constant companion for 8 years. We call him “Ludini Weenie” because he’s always been our little Houdini, somehow finding a way through everything. He’s goofy, gentle, and never leaves my side. He’s grown up with me through my entire adult life, and he and Bodhi have been inseparable brothers since they were puppies. We said yes to life-saving surgery knowing it was Lu’s only chance. We’ve exhausted our savings, depleted every resource available, and still face the cost of his ongoing intensive care. We can’t finish this fight without help.

Maeve was adopted from the Pinellas County Humane Society in Florida at the age of 5 months. Now 8 years old, she lives in Michigan, making friends with people who haven't realized yet that she's their best friend. Maeve loves people, loves everything else, and just wants to spend time with you, regardless of who you are. Maeve is a pit bull, and pit bulls are prone to malignant mast cell tumors. She had one as a puppy, and she has now developed another. The vet, Dr. John at Northwood Animal Hospital in Interlochen, has examined her and recommended a surgery. While the risk is minimal now, if the tumor is allowed to grow it will become life-threatening. Maeve loves people. I lucked out when I adopted her; she is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever known. When I took her to Northwood yesterday, she spent the entire visit trying to follow the staff around and love on them. At the vet. After they had poked her. For me, she has become an emotional support and soul dog. She is my de facto immediate family and helps me with emotional healt every day. While I make a solid income, I have a large, immutable student loan debt that consumes almost all my discrecionary income. Like many people these days, I live paycheck to paycheck.

Moo came into my life as an unplanned blessing during a difficult time while building stability for my daughter and me. We have been together since he was a young puppy.Our household includes an Belgian malinois two kittens. Moo is incredibly gentle and playful with all of them.I named him Moo because his black-and-white markings look exactly like a tiny cow, matching my lifelong dream. My two‑month‑old puppy, Moo, had a sudden hypoglycemia emergency where he went limp and began convulsing. I had to perform CPR on him in an Uber to keep him alive until we reached the hospital. He required IV fluids and dextrose for 10 hours, and the bill was reduced to $4,200. Moo is recovering, but this unexpected cost has left me financially overwhelmed Moo loves playing with Clover, our Belgian Malinois, and our two kittens. He enjoys soft toys, simple games, and exploring new things. His sweet, curious nature and the comfort he brings have created a strong bond between us and our little pet family. I lost my job and have no emergency fund, so Moo’s sudden $4,200 medical bill created a major financial strain. This unexpected expense is more than I can manage right now. Having Moo healthy again means everything to me, and assistance would help me cover the lifesaving car

Toby is a 12-year-old Maltese cross who came to us as a senior. He'd spent his whole life with an elderly couple who loved him but could no longer care for him. Rather than let him go to a shelter, we welcomed him into our home in Prince George, BC. He now lives in a quiet, loving household with our small family and spends his days close by our side. Toby was diagnosed with Grade 2–3 dental disease at College Heights Veterinary Hospital in Prince George by Dr. Saporito. Several teeth are painful and need treatment under general anesthesia — a full dental with bloodwork, x-rays, cleaning, and extractions. Left untreated, it causes ongoing pain and risks infection spreading to his organs, so the procedure is medically necessary. Toby is the gentle heart of our home. He's small, sweet, and endlessly patient — he follows us from room to room, curls up beside us in the evenings, and greets our daughter every day like she's his whole world. After a lifetime of being someone's faithful companion, he's shown our family nothing but calm, loyal love. He asks for so little and gives back so much. A recent car accident left our family stretched thin, and Toby's dental is more than we can manage on our own. Any help means he can have his procedure sooner and spend his senior years free of pain. Seeing him healthy and comfortable again would mean everything to us.

Rocko is a hurricane puppy. I found him through a rescue last March and my heart had melted.. he’s the sweetest and cutest thing I have ever met. When I had brought him home my whole world changed. It honestly felt like having a baby all over again. When rescuing him we had found out he had heart worm. Thankfully, he was able to be treated. Now, a year later, he fell ill due to blatter stones. I took him to the Animal Emergency Clinic in Rockford and now I’m afraid I can’t save my baby due to the costs 😢 Rocko has been amazing since he walked through the door. His facial expressions are enough to light up the room. He is his own little character. Talking to him almost feels like talking to an actual person. Rocko is really mine and my kids best friend. He loves everybody and everything. He even does this little thing where if you ask him a question he’ll grunt or snort to give a yes or no. Unexpectedly, I’ve encountered a sudden major expense due to my dogs blatter stones. I’m currently on a fixed income and don’t have emergency fund to cover this unforeseen veterinary bills. Having my dog healthy again would mean the world to me; they’re not just a pet.
