Jacob is my sweet male cat who's been part of my life these past 2 years. I used to feed a stray colony and one of the female cats had a litter, well, not longer after she was hit by a car and left behind kittens. I decided to keep 1 male kitten (Jacob) and took the rest to the ASPCA. Jacob is a has always been a calm, affectionate, and part of my life. Jacob likes to go outside during the day and comes back at night, but didn't show up one day until midnight. He began showing signs of severe pain, difficulty eating, and drooling. We took him to the vet, where he was discovered to have a fracture at the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). After further examination, the vet said the fracture extends to the part of the jaw that connects to his skull. Jacob is more than just a cat, he's literally like my child. He has been with me through so much, and has just been my emotional support pet. He's nervous with strangers, but once you get to know him, he is so lovable. I'm asking for financial help because the cost of his surgery is more than I can afford right now. I was able to pay a $400 deposit. The full estimate is up to $1,525, which has to be covered before the vet can move forward with treatment. I work part-time & go to college.

Kila

Kila is a 15 year old Mix-Breed in Franklin , MA, who needs $1,500 for Methamazole Med and Follow Up Appts/Blood Work.

Kila came into my life five and a half years ago. Her owner had passed away and Kila was in danger of being euthanized. I truly believe we rescued each other.. She and I currently live together in a nice and quiet apartment complex. I am on disability and we have been home together nearly 24/7 over the last four and a half years. She is an indoor only cat and there are no other animals here. Kila was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. She will need to be on medication for the rest of her life. She'll also require frequent blood work and vet visits to check her thyroid and kidney levels. She is a patient of Dr. Gray's at Franklin Veterinary in Franklin Massachusetts. Otherwise, she is in good health for a senior cat. Kila came to me not trusting any human at all. It is highly suspected that she was a victim of animal abuse. It took her almost a year to trust me, but today I am her person. Any time someone comes over, she will come right out, knowing they will give her treats. She is my emotional support animal/cat and has helped me through some of my darkest days. She has so much love to give in her heart. I have been on disability for years and do not see that changing in the near future. I love Kila so much, she has truly saved my life. I need Kila to have her medication and be able to go to all of her vet visits to keep her here and well with me.

Elimiah was found in my garage. On a very hot day. Over index of 100 degrees. Crying and so scared. We nurse her with milk from the vet. She was very small. My daughter named her Elimiah Dimor'. Meaning God's loved blessed one. We kept her she was the sweetest loving kitten. I had gone through cancer testing I am still being monitored. Elimiah stayed up with me with my pain and tears. Elimiah's hospital is named Mission Animal Hospital. She has to get a Mastectomy. Cuz she has mammary tumors. Elimiah needs her glands taken out on the left side them a month later the right will need to come out. Reason she has cancer. My cat is very special. She plays fetch with pom poms. Chases red light lazers. Loves flying birds and anything with feathers. She has a tunnel she climbs through. We play peek a boo. She knows commands. I wiggle my finger she comes. I say treat she knows it is her favorite. I say nigh nigh. She snuggles near or on me every night and holds my hand. I love her so much!! 🥰 I got into a car accident. I could not walk for 3 years. Then I am mobile on the left side of neck a back. Last year to current. I am being monotored for cancer. Elimiah was there for me. I am on disability and have little money.

Rosa

Rosa is a 7 year old Mix-Breed in Lambertville , NJ, who needs $2,000 for CCL Repair.

We rescued Rosa in 2018 when she was pulled from a kill shelter in Tennessee. We instantly fell in love with her and she became our perfect couch potato baby. She’s also best friends with our two cats. Rosa started limping about 2 years ago. She had a partial ccl tear in her knee. The vet at said if we worked really hard and put her on a diet it could potentially stabilize itself. We carried her up and down our apartment stairs for months and 30lbs of weight lost later— and Rosas knee was okay for a bit. But the CCL is now fully torn and it’s painful for Rosa to walk despite the medication. Anyone who has met Rosa knows she’s the best. With her sweet toothy smile and gentle brown eyes— she lights up the room. She endlessly loves her moms and enjoys a good family walk around town. Her favorite place to visit is Union Coffee to see all her besties where everyone yells “ROSA!!!!” when she walks in. She absolutely loves to run around the grass and the beach and definitely misses it. Both Lara and I have been hit with our own unexpected medical bills over the past couple years. It would be such a relief to be able to fund even just a third of this surgery and have Rosa happy again.

Nala was rescued from a breeder in Ohio January 6, 2022. When I got her she was terrified of everything (literally). She did not like any noise, everything scared her closing doors, pulling a chair out, riding in the car, storms, going outside etc.. She was not leash trained, only partially potty trained and did not like any food I gave her, nor toys. But, she was so sweet, I knew it would work. I slowly leash trained her and learned what she liked to eat. Then we started making trips to my elderly clients together, she loved them, and they loved her. We then started making trips to Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes for short periods of time, to get her used to the noise. We would also take long walks, where she really enjoyed looking at everything. She loved going out at night to look at stars. One of the things that Nala has learned to love is rolling in the grass and wrestle me. She seems to especially like to do it when the grass is wet. She also like to snuggle really close at night when we are done going to my client's homes and watch movies, well I watch, she snores. She is learning new things everyday like sitting on command earns a treat. Hopefully she'll do it without the treat. Currently Nala is being treated for a herniated disc from being bred to much at her previous home. Dr. Levine a Neurologist tried a non-surgical approach by using steroids and pain relief. Unfortunately, we have not seen the improvement we were hoping for. He suggested seeing an Acupuncturist/Physical Therapist called Dr Ying. We have talked to Dr Ying, they said they might be able to help. Since I got Nala we have found that she has other medical issues that need regular treatment I have been paying for, I just cannot afford anymore. It would mean the world to see her out of pain and watch her have a happy pain free life. She deserves only the best.

Hello everyone, my name is Iridian, and I am Leia’s owner. Leia is a four-month-old puppy who came into my life unexpectedly at the end of November 2025. In the short time she has been with me, she has brought comfort, strength, and light during a difficult period, helping me move forward and focus on what truly matters. On January 9th, 2026, my sweet Leia suddenly wasn’t herself, and I rushed her to ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital. She was diagnosed with a portosystemic shunt requiring surgery. For now, I manage her care with medication and diet, but I fear her condition may worsen. That’s why I’m here, asking for your help. My sweet little Leia is truly one of a kind. She may be tiny, but she’s full of sass and has the personality of a big dog. She acts tough, but her heart is incredibly gentle and loving. She’s playful, curious, and brings so much joy, especially when she’s with my two-year-old niece—they’re inseparable, like best friends. I’m a full-time student working full-time, barely covering living costs. Leia suddenly got sick, and she means the world to me. I’m taking a second job, but I’m asking for any support from my community to help with her care.

Mrs.Heff showed up over a year ago. She was not fixed & was free roaming. One day she disappeared for about a month and when she came back her ear was clipped, signaling that she had been fixed, and she had a small dry patch of skin. Initially I didn't think much of it but it has developed into a skin infection covering her entire body. I've taken her to a couple vets who indicated it may be some type of food allergy however disappears to be a fungal infection and I was advised she needs to see a dermatologist for pets which is unfortunately out of my budget but it breaks my heart to see her in pain every day. She is such a sweetheart and even though every time I see her and hear her now I can tell that she's in pain she wants to be here she wants to live she still eats she still drinks and she's fighting every single day and I can't imagine how she feels cuz it's been almost 4 months that she's been living like this. I can't give up if she hasn't and I don't want her to. Currently I'm not working I've been trying to get a job for a few months and I'm not having any luck I've been living off of unemployment and a little bit of savings but that is running out and I don't have any emergency funds or funds that could be reallocated towards her.

Toffee was rescued from euthanasia at the county shelter in May of 2021. She was a medical case therefore not up for adoption through the shelter. She has been fostering with Greenawalds Service Rescue ever since, having to go through multiple surgeries and extensive bouts of physical rehabilitation. Toffee is the sweetest girl imaginable and loves everyone. She gets along great with other dogs and small children and especially likes it when puppies come around for her to watch over and mother. She would like to play constantly with the other foster dogs and kids but unfortunately, we have to limit her interaction for her safety. She wants to run and jump but is on restricted mobility, Things about Toffee that make me smile and laugh; her thinking she's a lap dog and wanting to just love on everyone makes me smile and what makes me laugh is she is a shy girl and will not go potty if you look at her so even when on assisted walking protocol to potty, I have to turn around, so she knows I'm not looking at her. She likes stuffy toys and treats them as her babies. Initially from the shelter we took her to Cypress Fair Haven vet for a broken wrist that fused backwards. CFH referred us to Sugarland Vet Specialists we took her for consult for her options and before she could get on their schedule for that she blew out her knee on the same side and needed immediate TPLO surgery. Now she has blown out the other knee and needs TPLO surgery on her left knee. This is a sudden unexpected expense and we do not have the funds to get her on the schedule for surgery as it is over $10k. It would mean the world to us and Toffee to get her knee repaired so she can once again jump in laps for cuddles and play with other dogs again.

Our dog came into our life’s when a neighbor in our area gave him to us. He was the best gift our family could’ve ever received and he was wonderful to our kids. His name was originated from the move Lion King from his previous owner so we kept it and never changed it. Tamone is our only dog, but when I dog sit my daughter’s dog he love playing and enjoys his company. Tamone was seen by a neurologist last week to diagnose and treat his medical condition. He was diagnosed with Cervical Myelopathy. He is in need of an MRI to see the possible cause of his condition. Which might include Autoimmune Disease, intervertebral Disc Disease or Spinal Cancer. He might need surgery soon. For the next 4 weeks he’s confined to a small area with strict exercise restriction. Tamone loves kids. My children love and have a special bond with him. Tamone loves to be around people he doesn’t like to be alone. Tamone loves to cuddle and play and follow us around the house. Every step we make Tamone is right there. He loves to go for long walks around the neighborhood and enjoys the sun. He is friendly with other dogs and people he’s very social and interactive. He is love.❤ I am on social security Disability just had a Disc fusion and my income is so limited that is impossible to get this MRI done without the help of other dog lovers that understand the importance of my companion getting the treatment and the help he needs.
