Cats & Rabbit
Cats & Rabbit is a 0 year old Mix-Breed in Old Lyme, CT, who needs $5,000 for Exams, Dental Work, Skin Issues, Blood Work.

Several cats currently in the Old Lyme Animal Control Shelter require medical treatment after being rescued from difficult conditions. Many of these cats were taken from a property where numerous cats and kittens had been living outside without proper veterinary care. Since arriving at the shelter, they have needed vaccinations, general vetting, and spay/neuter surgeries. Some also require additional medical treatment. Billie – Approximately 3 years old. She required dental work due to severe dental disease. Bighead – Initially scheduled for dental treatment, but veterinarians first needed to perform biopsies on lesions on his face due to concerns about possible cancer. Testing showed it is a skin condition that several cats from the same property have. He will now be scheduled for dental treatment. Clint – Also from the same property as Billie and Bighead. He has the same skin condition and requires dental work. He has become more social and friendly while in shelter care. Snowball – Needs dental treatment. Additional information will be determined after the next veterinary exam. Mama Kitty – Found in the woods with her kittens. She has been spayed, and all of her kittens have already been adopted. She is currently losing weight and requires blood work and a mouth exam. Shelter staff are also working to socialize her so she can eventually be adopted. Bear – Born at the shelter with three siblings. Two of the kittens did not survive, and Bear and his brother both struggled with severe lung issues early in life. Bear pulled through, but he continues to have some ongoing health concerns and now needs dental work. His brother has already been adopted. Bear is extremely sweet and is still waiting for his chance at a permanent home. Dunkin – A 9-year-old cat who came to the shelter as an owner surrender. Her former housemates have already been adopted. Dunkin is shy but very sweet and enjoys being petted and brushed. Her previous owner did not provide veterinary care, and she now needs dental treatment before she can be adopted into a permanent home. Donations help cover the cost of veterinary exams, dental procedures, diagnostics, and other medical care needed to prepare these cats for adoption.

Josie is a 11 year old French Bulldog in Fort Wayne, IN, who needs $5,000 for MRI to Diagnose Cause of Seizures.

If you are reading this then this was ment to find you. I got Josie 4-3-15 @ the age of 8 weeks. She fit right in with our family of 7 + 2 Boston Terriers. She became a favorite of 1000's of people around the world. I always added clips of Josie & her 2 sisters Ruby & Ella at the end of my videos on my youtube channel. Sadly I lost her sisters in 2024 just 3 months apart at the age of 15 & 16. In 2024 Josie had a mast cell tumor on her paw. Had it removed. Otherwise her health has been great. On 2/7/26 she suffered a Grand Mal seizure. Went to ER. Had blood work done & was sent home. Had 2 more. Went back & she stayed. She's on 250mg Keppra, had 13 seizures. Added Phenobarbital. Went 1 week w/ no seizure. Rhis morning she had 1.She needs a MRI. Going to VCA 3/2 to speak to specialist Josie is a huge part of our family and means the world to us. I already lost her sisters & my heart can't handle loosing her too. She's been there for me when I recovered from a car wreck, brain injury and countless kidney infections. She's my rock and can always make me laugh and help me forget my pain. Everyone that's ever came around her has fallen in love with her. Her personality is gold. When my Boston got 2 cancers, broken leg & leg amputation I spent all my savings(over 30k) to get all the best care she needed. So know that Josie needs a MRI to pinpoint what's causing the seizures, and congestion I don't have the $3-$5k to pay for MRI that can save her!
Chi
Chi is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Ashland, KY, who needs $591 for Patella Luxation Repair.

Chi is our little angel and she also has 4 siblings. Her knee was injured and she hasn't been able to walk the same since. Her surgery is scheduled for March 25th. I'm hoping after her surgery she will be back to her normal self and can use the leg the way she could before. We are hoping to get some help so she can have the surgery. She will need patella luxation surgery to repair her knee. Her knee was dislocated and won't stay in place. She will require to be under anesthesia. The vet who will perform the surgery is Martin Veterinary Clinic located in Ashland KY. Chi is so sweet. She gets so excited and loves toys. She loves getting her favorite snacks. She loves cuddles and belly rubs. She loves hanging out with her brothers and playing with them. She is the boss. This was a very unexpected expense for our family and we are hoping to get a little help. Anything would help. We really appreciate any support and really hope to get our little girl back to walking normal again.

Found Alone on Christmas—Desperately Needing a Holiday Miracle

While others celebrated the holidays, Noelle was discarded when she needed love the most. Noelle is an 11-year-old senior girl who was found wandering locally as a stray on Christmas Day, her body quietly telling the story of years of neglect. At just 35 pounds, this adorable husky / corgi mix is suffering from advanced mammary cancer. And sadly, these tumors that have been growing for a very long time—all due to a very avoidable reason: she was never spayed. Sadly, the damage is done. Noelle's prognosis is terminal. But "terminal" doesn't mean "unloveable." And it certainly doesn't mean she shouldn't be given the chance to experience love; to experience a home; to experience a family. Noelle is pure sweetness. She is gentle. Calm. Loving. She has met other dogs and cats and done beautifully. She leans into everyone she meets—she's just needs a little help, and a little comfort. Now, in the new year, we are fighting to get Noelle the chance she deserves. She's receiving steady treatment and pain management, and her vets will let us know when it's "time." But for now, the mission is clear: give Noelle what she's never had before. A chance. So, while we're currently screening for hospice applications so she has a soft place to stay as she receives treatment, we need your help. The cost of Noelle's exams and continued treatment and pain management is steadily climbing. Every donation will make all the difference for this sweet girl who was abandoned. Because Noelle deserves to know she matters today and every day after. 2/5/26 Update Noelle is at the emergency hospital tonight after a sudden and heartbreaking decline. She’s developed subcutaneous emphysema — a painful complication where air becomes trapped under the skin after major surgery or infection. Her foster mom became worried when Noelle wouldn’t eat and couldn’t get up on her own. This is the same girl who usually squeaks her lamb chop nonstop and never leaves her mom’s side.
Zuzu

When tiny Zuzu arrived at the Kern County Shelter in LA, she was only six weeks old—just a baby—yet already facing more challenges than most dogs ever will. Her little legs were deformed, making it hard for her to stand, let alone play the way puppies should. Because of her condition, she was heartbreakingly placed on the euthanasia list. But Zuzu’s story didn’t end there. Just in time, she was pulled from the shelter and brought into safety. Today, she wears casts to help realign her legs and will soon graduate to braces—but this process is long, delicate, and costly. Zuzu meets it with a wagging tail and a sweetness that lights up the room. She is incredibly social, affectionate, and full of love, but her resilience doesn’t erase how vulnerable she still is. To keep her moving toward a healthy future, Zuzu needs ongoing veterinary care—regular checkups, x-rays, and the high-quality, high-protein food her growing body needs to get stronger. Her deformities may be part of her story, but with the right support, they don’t have to define her future. My sweet elderly neighbor has this sweet puppy named Chico. He got attacked by a dog who was off his leash and running around the neighborhood and it bit his leg/foot twice resulting in two puncture wounds/now infected bite. I don’t have any money to help her take him to the vet and she lives off government checks and doesn’t have a dime to her name. This is an emergency and we need to get him in! He is hurting really badly, crying and in so much pain. It’s black and is infected now. He needs to be seen immediately. Please help us! The veterinarian that’s closest to us is named Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center. He is so sweet, his sister chica is so so worried about him as are we. His wonder is a sweet elderly lady and loves her puppies. Please help us! Poor puppy!! I don’t have any money to help this sweet woman and her dog, I am just trying to find her some help. If anyone can please help us out I would be so appreciative.

Because of that care, Easel is now fully healed and living life like a normal, happy kitten. Today, Easel plays, explores, and wrestles without hesitation. He often plays on his side or while lying down, but that never slows him—he even keeps up with his much larger co-foster kitty, Cuddles, with no issues at all. His confidence, curiosity, and joy are constant reminders of what timely medical care can accomplish. Easel’s recovery is the direct result of the medical care your support makes possibl e. He was found as a stray, missing an eye and living with a pronounced underbite—clear signs of a hard life, the specifics of which we will never truly know. When Ike came into our care, we promised him safety, consistency, and compassion. He’s now been with us for over a year, quietly waiting for a family of his own that, unfortunately, hasn’t come yet. Recently, Ike began showing signs of discomfort while eating. We didn’t wait. He was taken to the veterinarian right away, where it was determined that he needs a dental procedure and the removal of at least one tooth, with the possibility that more will need to be extracted. Dental pain is often invisible, but for cats like Ike, it can be constant and debilitating if left untreated. At 10 years old, Ike deserves comfort. Whether he finds a forever home or continues to live safely in our care, we are committed to making sure he is pain-free and able to eat comfortably. He has already had his first follow-up appointment, and we’re happy to report that everything is healing beautifully. His appetite is fantastic, he’s eating comfortably, and perhaps most telling of all — he is being incredibly sweet and affectionate. It’s clear he feels so much better. Dental pain in cats is often silent and invisible, but it can be constant and exhausting. For over a year, Ike waited patiently for a home while likely managing chronic discomfort. Thanks to your support, he no longer has to. He has one more follow-up appointment before receiving the all-clear to return to the free-roaming main room, where he’ll continue charming everyone with his gentle presence while he waits for his forever family. Because of you, this 10-year-old survivor is now pain-free, comfortable, and thriving. At just six weeks old, Puff was found alone outside, fighting to survive. He was in terrible condition, so we rushed him to the animal hospital knowing his life depended on immediate care. His fur was crusted and matted with dirt and fleas. Even worse, he was suffering from a severe respiratory infection, a ruptured eye, and ringworm. With so many obstacles stacked against him, we knew we had to be the ones to give him a chance. Today, Puff is receiving dedicated medical care to support his recovery. His eye will need to be removed. But with this surgery behind him, he'll have the chance to be as happy and playful as any other cat. His spirit already shines through. Puff truly is a fighter.
