Bella

Bella is a 4 year old Mix-Breed in Coon Rapids, MN, who needs $2,000 for TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) Surgery.

Coon Rapids, MN

Bella was found by our neighbor after hearing whining in the woods. She took her in, and that same day, I saw this tiny pup with giant paws. My partner fell in love. We cared for her while searching for her owner. A week later, someone claimed her—but she had escaped from a breeder and was going to be given away. They asked for money, and we couldn’t say no. She was already part of our family. During winter, Bella began lifting her paw outside, so I thought it was just the cold. By February, she was limping badly and couldn’t put her leg down, though she showed no signs of pain when touched. After two weeks with no improvement, I took her to Animal Mission Hospital—they said she needs TPLO surgery. They also said it wasn’t an accident; it’s genetic. Bella has won many hearts—she’s more human than dog! She loves hiking, swimming, and running. She’s super smart and very expressive, especially about showers (not a fan) but loves to swim! She adores pup-cups, treats, and cuddles, yet can be independent too. Whether sleeping alone or snuggling under my blanket, she’s simply amazing. She loves attention and will beg for it. Bella’s surgery is more than I can afford, and it’s heartbreaking to see her in pain. She deserves to run, play, and enjoy life like she used to. Getting her healthy again would mean the world to me. Any support would be a huge help and deeply appreciated.

Sven years ago I adopted Goofy and his sister Punky from the SF ACC they were bonded in a play group and now have lived almost their entire lives together at the time my partner and another roommate lived in a large house in Novato and we were all living our best lives till my partner died from cancer They spent every moment with him till he passed. Goofy has lost use of both rear legs due to spinal compression He has been seen at the Soma Pet Hospital in San Francisco and needs an mri and a surgery by a specialist. The surgery has a 95% success rate and can restore up to 90% of his function. The cost of the surgery and mri is 12 to 15k and I’ve already spent 3k on supplies exams and equipment I’m asking for 18k in donations Goofy and Punky have spent their whole lives together they are truly inseparable. Goofy is the best natured Boy I’ve ever taken care of. He is know and beloved by many people in our neighborhood and gives joy and comfort to everyone he meets. He’s an exceptionally loving boy and enjoys his own life just as much as enjoys others. He and Punky spent all day every day with my partner as he passed Since my partner has passed I’ve lost my business and am currently unemployed and in danger of losing my housing I simply cannot afford his required care I’ve prayed to manifest the required monies and this platform and others have come to my attention thru that prayer.

Kona

Kona is a 4 year old Cane Corso in Olney, MD, who needs $2,000 for Abdominal Surgery Due to Intestinal Obstruction.

Olney, MD

On Valentine's Day three years ago, we met Kona through her foster family. She had been surrendered at a shelter and needed a new home. For us, it was love at first sight and a valentine we never knew we needed! These past two years, she has become such an important part of our family. She is companion to our other rescue and a companion to our three young daughters. On Valentine's day this year, Kona began vomiting repeatedly. Her x-ray showed that she had ingested a foreign body and that the object had become lodged in her small intestine with very little chance of it passing. In order for Kona to live, she needed to have emergency surgery and quickly. It was a holiday weekend and our options were limited. Thankfully, we found a hospital who could take her. I did not understand the term "soul dog" until I met Kona, who is always by my side from the moment I wake up to the moment she wiggles her way onto our bed. My daughters read to her, snuggle with her, and look forward to her slobbery kisses every day. She is more than a pet to us, she is a best friend and a family member. Making the decision to commit to her lifesaving surgery was hard for our family. My husband and I trying our best to make ends meet, but with three young daughters and some unforeseen expenses this year, we are at our limit. Even a small donation would be a relief.
