Smokey is a weet boy very friendly loving and guardian of everyone in the house including the grandkids. He was a drop off puppy and we rescued him and gave him love and a great life he's 2 years old now and our best friend ever Smokey has what is called leptospirosis which can be deadly if not treated he's currently recovering and receiving treatment is quarantined and on several ivy fluids and oral medications to treat the illness and is making good progress but its slow. He drank from a still standing puddle of water that was contaminated with another animals urine and not every thinking anything like this could happen Smokey is the highlight of our life he's there to always make us smile our traveling buddy our heart like our own child he's spoiled yes loves to go fishing and hunting loves to play and meet people and other dogs he always warms any environment and helps us with our daily needs. We want him home we are miserable without him and things are expensive We are on a fixed income and have completely exhausted what we have for the month and what 700 dollars we had in savings. We cant get him home till he's clear of infection and his kidney values are down and safe we desperately need help we want our baby home.

Khaos

When my kids moved on with their lives and I was living alone, I thought it would be a great time to get 2 German shepherds. I searched around and found a lady that had a litter of pups that she was going to euthanize them if no one wanted them. So, I grabbed two of them, a brother and I named them Khaos and Karma. They have been by my side for now almost 7 years now and hopefully more One day I noticed Khaos acting a bit weird and by having accidents in the house. He never did that. I took him to the vet thinking he had a UTI or a bladder stone(s). The emergency vet came back with grim news. Khaos had Bladder Cancer or TCC. A tumor sitting at the base of his bladder that was restricting his urine flow, eventually stopping it completely = death. Petcure oncology vets diagnose it Khaos is vibrant, happy go lucky dog who just wants anyone, and i mean anyone to throw his ball. He never has a ball too far away and is always ready to play. He will actually put the ball between his paws and give a nudge with his nose so it rolls towards you. He is very rambunctious yet loving and his name fits him so well. Not to mention he is a beautiful shepherd with an almost dark face.. I'm a divorced dad who raised both my kids alone who are now on their own. They have moved on and have families of their own. Now my two shepherds are my family, and I have spent over 10k on other surgeries that they needed from accidents. So, this is a new emergency

Hello Trixie is my Yorkie 8 years old she was gifted to me when she was 3 months old by a friend. Trixxi has always been the head of the house. She's never had to compete with no one for love lol. She became my emotional support animal to my disabilities and I would be lost without her she just makes my everyday. Trixie never meets a stranger and thinks she's as big as the great Dane. No fear.love I am hoping to find someone or several people to help me finance a surgery for her she has pereniall hernia. Saves hospital in South Asheville North Carolina will be doing the surgery as soon as I get up enough money to have it they said 3:00 to $5,000 she is 8 years old Trixx is just the most loving wonderful baby I've ever had in my life I thank God for her everyday she has saved me when I was homeless from domestic violence she's made me smile when I could do nothing but cry. And now we're free of that she loves my dad loves Papaw so much I love to see them together she just gets so happy when we're driving to my parents and I say you want to go see papaw? I'm on disability very limited funds I don't know what I would do without Trixie in my life she has probably a 10 years last good life.I can't imagine living without her.her healthy is everything. Peanut was from a litter of pups that our sweet dog Sophie had. We kept Peanut and her sister Olivia because they were so small. Peanut is my emotional support dog now and my best friend. I cannot imagine my life without her. Peanut became sick several days ago out of the blue. She is leaking blood and pus from her lady area. We believe she has some sort of infection of the bladder or uterus. She is lethargic and quiet. Shes eating a little and drinking but getting sicker by the day. We do not have the money to take her to the vet or emergency hospital to even have her checked out. Peanut is the sweetest dog I ever had. She immediately could tell when I was getting sick or tired or sad. She always had a sense of what was getting ready to happen to me. Her first response is always to jump up on me and lick my face all over. If that doesnt work then she’ll nudge me or howl for help from my husband. Knowing her has been the biggest blessing of my life. My husband and I just moved back to his hometown of Middlesboro, KY. I’m on disability and my husband works full time. My mother in law lives with us also and shes also disabled. We live on a very tight budget.

I am a 100% service disabled vet and served 15 years in the military. Two years ago I got my dog for my PTSD to get trained as a service dog. I got her as an 8 week old puppy and at 8 months she entered service training. She is nearly fully qualified at this time --just has a couple remaining tests to get through. I'm a single mom and I live with my 13 yr old son and "Cardi"--my son named her. Cardi tore her ACL and requires surgery quickly to repair it and allow her minimal health impacts from the injury. I live on VA disability so any support would help me to ensure Cardi receives proper medical attention for this unexpected medical expense. She will receive the surgery from Dr Brandon at Spur Ridge Vet Hospital in Marion KS. Cardi is extremely special b/c she provides support as a PTSD service animal for a veteran. However she is also a member of our small family. She loves my son like a sibling and we love her--she is the center of our home. She has really been impacted by this injury--she has lost mobility, not as active as a young dog should be, and she has pain from the injury b/c she holds her leg when she walks. I live on a fixed VA disability income--to receive any assistance--this surgery is critical to get Cardi back to her healthy youthful self. I want so badly to do the right thing for her but I am financially constrained at this time. I would be so grateful for any help!!!

Janis is a 1.5 year old pit malanois mix that came into my life when she was just a few weeks old. The breeders were not taking proper care of the pups and I rescued her from abuse. She is very loved by her 6 human kiddos ages 1-16 and her 2 moms and she is a prized pet that not only protects our family but our small farm as well. She has 2 doggie sisters that are very confused and concerned too. This morning I woke up to blood everywhere and found Janis in a pool under our kitchen table she suffered a major laceration and we rushed her to Lovett animal hospital where we learned she shattered her pelvis and needs her leg amputated in order to live a normal-ish life she’s not even 2 and has so much love and life left she managed to get back home from where she was hit over 100yards away. Janis is spunky and energetic and loves playing with her kids. She has two sisters that are her best friends and partners in crime. She’s always the first to greet you at the door and she’s full of kisses and wiggles. This is a very large sum of money that we were not prepared to have to spend in. Our family is going to suffer throughout the year because of it if we could have any help at all, that would be greatly appreciated as we do not want to choose money over life.

He found me when he is with the baby underneath my porch sick skinny God he must have been 4 months old. I died this year and my dad just died a month ago he made me fall in love with him he can't leave me now so my funds or a little tight due to my intuition. The day my dad died I lost all my family that day cuz they wanted my inheritance and they left me for dead now I have nothing besides him. He disappeared for about a week and be a little bit more he came home his right front leg he can't move he's getting bones he barely has any hair left so me being a vet tech for 20 years I'm guessing since he's a black cat he got tortured and poisoned cuz I don't really live in the greatest part of the neighborhood. He will need pins and blood transfusion. I walked two big dogs and he walks with me in between my two big dogs like his you know stuff doesn't stink he talks to you like a human and the way he holds you when you cry want somebody gets too close to me he puffs up his chest and tries to protect me one of the greatest cats/humans ever I thank God for him everyday without him he's my best friend he has sas and definitely sent by angels. My dad just died 2 months ago he left me with inheritance my family didn't like it so they took everything will try to I'm in school and now homeless but not for long I just need to find an attorney. March 9th I didn't lose one I lost eight people just me and my nose now.

Meet Edna. 💔 This tiny 4-pound Yorkie was found alone on the streets, neglected and exhausted. Now safe with CAMO Rescue, we are learning just how much this little senior girl has endured. Edna is severely emaciated, likely over 12 years old, suffering from painful grade 4 dental disease that will require multiple extractions, and has several mammary masses that need medical attention. She also has cataracts, making her world even more uncertain and frightening. Edna is gentle, quiet, and finally resting somewhere safe, even though the world has failed her so badly thus far. Senior dogs like Edna are so often overlooked, discarded when they need love and care the most. But we believe her life still matters.
