Skye
Skye is a 2 year old Beagle in Murphy, TX, who needs $5,000 for Heat Stroke and severe head trauma.
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
Yesterday, we received an urgent call about two Beagles found collapsed in an open field in Denton, Texas, with no homes in sight. In the extreme heat, neither dog could stand or walk. They were suffering, alone, and fighting to survive. We immediately rushed both dogs to Mercy Animal Clinic for emergency medical care. The two girls have been named Sunny (tan) and Skye (tri-color). While Sunny is battling the effects of heat exhaustion and neglect, Skye is fighting for her life. Veterinarians discovered that Skye had suffered severe head trauma consistent with being struck by a hard object. She remains in the ICU, receiving IV medications, fluids, and around-the-clock care as her medical team does everything possible to save her. Both girls were covered in fleas and ticks and showed signs of prolonged suffering in the brutal Texas heat. Despite everything they have endured, Skye and Sunny remain deeply bonded. They are being kept together in the ICU for comfort, helping to reduce stress during this frightening and uncertain time. Through it all, Skye continues to fight. We are still searching for the dogs' owners and investigating the circumstances surrounding Skye's injuries. At this time, we have serious concerns that animal cruelty may be involved. Every emergency rescue stretches our resources, and Skye's care is already generating significant medical expenses. From diagnostics and intensive care to medications and ongoing treatment, the costs continue to climb. We are asking for your help on behalf of Skye, and for the sweet friend who refuses to leave her side. 7/31/26 Update: They've left the vet's office... and for the first time in a long time, they're learning what it means to be loved. Sunny and Skye are now settling into a temporary home, and every day brings a new milestone. These sweet Beagle girls are discovering a world they should have known all along: soft beds, gentle hands, kind words, and safety. They are learning potty training, positive reinforcement, and how to trust again. While Skye continues to face challenges from the severe head trauma she suffered, her resilience amazes us daily. Her progress is nothing short of inspiring. What we've learned since bringing them out of boarding: ❤️ Both girls adore other dogs. ❤️ They sleep cuddled together all night, providing comfort for one another. ❤️ They've finally learned that soft beds are meant to be slept on. At first, they would lie beside them because they didn't know any different. ❤️ They didn't know what treats were. Imagine that. ❤️ Going through a back door to go outside was frightening. ❤️ They used to sit by windows looking for a way out, but they have gradually learned they are safe now. ❤️ Most heartbreaking of all, both girls show signs of abuse. Yet despite everything they've endured, all they want is to please the people around them. Their story began because one compassionate person stopped. A mobile groomer who was driving between appointments when she spotted Sunny and Skye struggling to walk in the scorching heat. With no houses or businesses nearby, she immediately knew something was wrong. She stopped, got the girls into her air-conditioned vehicle to cool them down, and made the call that ultimately saved their lives. Because of the groomers kindness, these girls now have a chance at the future they deserve. And thank you to every single person who donated toward their emergency veterinary care. Your generosity helped make their recovery possible. You truly rock! As we watch Sunny and Skye learn simple things many dogs take for granted, we're reminded just how important your support is. No animal should ever suffer abuse. No animal should have to live in fear. Skye was born a healthy, happy Beagle. Today, she faces lifelong challenges because of the cruel actions of one person. Yet every day, she gets up, keeps trying, and shows us what courage looks like. Please continue to keep these girls in your thoughts. Their journey is far from over, but thanks to compassionate people like you, they now have hope. 🐾 Together, we are helping Sunny and Skye write a new chapter, one filled with love, healing, and second chances. ❤️

Peaches
Peaches is a 9 year old Poodle in Murphy, TX, who needs $1,000 for Broken Jaw in need of Dental Work and Antibiotics.
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
Peaches is a sweet senior Poodle mix whose life was given a second chance thanks to CAMO Dog Rescue. Rescued from the Arlington Animal Shelter just in time. When she arrived, it was discovered that she had suffered a broken jaw. The fracture on the lower right side of her mandible had healed on its own, but it healed crooked and became fused out of alignment. Thankfully, the bone is now solid, stable, and causes her no major issues. While she still has some remaining teeth that may eventually need to be removed, her veterinary team is taking a conservative approach. For now, they are focused on keeping her comfortable through dental cleanings and antibiotics while preserving as much support for her jaw as possible. Despite her past hardships, Peaches is in remarkably good health and has an incredible spirit. She is a funny, quirky girl who keeps everyone smiling with her unique personality. One of her favorite tricks is walking on her hind legs, a talent that never fails to delight anyone lucky enough to meet her. Peaches may be a senior, but she still has plenty of love, laughter, and charm to share. Her resilience, joyful nature, and sweet disposition make her a truly special dog who deserves a safe, loving home where she can enjoy her golden years.

Bailey Mae
Bailey Mae is a 10 year old French Bulldog in Murphy, TX, who needs $1,000 for Spay / Dental / Bloodwork and other medical needs.
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
This sweet senior Frenchie girl wandered a neighborhood alone, surviving as a stray and searching for safety. When she came to CAMO, her condition told a heartbreaking story. She is painfully thin, appears to have suffered through multiple untreated ear infections, has nodules on her joints, open wounds, raw and itchy skin, and signs of having endured numerous litters throughout her life. Anyone familiar with short-faced breeds knows they are especially vulnerable to the Texas heat. These dogs simply cannot safely live outdoors and can quickly suffer heatstroke or worse. Bailey Mae was at serious risk. Thankfully, CAMO stepped in and brought her to safety, where she could finally rest in air conditioning, receive care, and know what it feels like to be protected. Bailey Mae is currently boarding at our veterinary clinic while we begin addressing her medical needs. She is not spayed and will need blood work, a dental procedure, and additional veterinary care to help her heal and become comfortable again. We don’t know everything she’s been through, but we do know she deserves better. She deserves kindness, comfort, and a family who will cherish her for the rest of her days. If you would like to help with Bailey Mae’s boarding and veterinary expenses, your support would mean the world to her and to us. Every donation helps give this precious girl a second chance.

Kuma
Kuma Was Abandoned Once, Never Again
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
CAMO officially took Kuma into rescue after he was found wandering alone at the beginning of May. Thankfully, he was microchipped, and his owners were contacted. But what followed was heartbreaking. Kuma had apparently been missing for 11 days, yet neither owner realized he was gone or had made any effort to search for him. During conversations about reclaiming him, the concern seemed focused more on inconvenience and distance than on Kuma’s condition or wellbeing. And what a condition he was in… Kuma arrived covered in fleas, infested with worms, suffering from an infected wound on his nose, pale gums, and painful grade 2 dental disease. Even in sucha deploarable condition, Kuma is still gentle, loving, and deserving of so much better. No dog should have to survive alone on the streets while battling infection, parasites, and neglect. CAMO stepped in because Kuma deserved a chance to finally know safety and compassion. But cases like Kuma’s come with significant expenses, and CAMO desperately needs support to continue helping dogs like him. Please consider donating toward Kuma’s medical treatment and recovery. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps give this sweet boy the healthy and happy future he has always deserved. 💕

Aurelia
Aurelia, The Golden One, Urgently Needs You
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
Last week, this precious little dog was found on the side of the road in Cleveland, TX after being hit by a car. She couldn’t walk, but somehow she was still smiling as if she knew help had finally come. Her story was shared for hours while rescuers hoped someone could step in, but shelters and rescues everywhere are overwhelmed with dogs, medical cases, and limited resources. CAMO is too, but they had to say "Yes". Thanks to an incredible volunteer, Aurelia was rushed to the emergency vet where X-rays confirmed a fractured spine. While she is thankfully not in pain, she will likely never walk again and will become a cart dog. Despite this, Aurelia remains sweet, happy, and full of life. She is only about 2 years old, covered in fleas, battling a skin infection, and desperately needing care. CAMO was not financially prepared for another major medical case, but there was no way this little girl could be left behind. Please consider donating to help Aurelia receive the medical care, rehabilitation, supplies, and future wheelchair she will need to thrive. Every single dollar gives this deserving girl a chance at a safe, happy life filled with love. 💕

Hope Brave
Hope Brave: She’s Safe. Now Let’s Make Her Comfortable
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
Last night, a local neighbor received calls and texts about a dog someone thought might be her missing foster, Lottie. She dropped everything, grabbed her microchip scanner, and headed to the address. When she walked in and saw her, she immediately knew it wasn’t Lottie. But her heart still sank. That senior girl was lying in a crate. She was shaking, exhausted, and in horrific condition. Two kind gentlemen found her wandering in the middle of the street in Wylie and picked her up so she wouldn’t get hit by a car. Thank God they did because this little senior has been through more than any dog should. Her skin is raw and scabby. Her ears are infected and painfully itchy. Her tiny body is covered in tumors under her belly likely from never being spayed. Tumors don’t happen overnight. No matter how this story unfolds, whether an owner comes forward or not, this dog has been neglected for a long time. And right now, the only thing that matters is what she needs. She’s safe with CAMO Rescue and receiving veterinary care to keep her comfortable. But she is going to need diagnostics, treatment, medications, and likely surgery. The men who saved her named her Hope Brave, and honestly, it fits. We believe she may be a Maltese. A little senior girl who deserved soft beds and regular grooming… not this cruel reality. And I also understand something else: sometimes owners are seniors too. Sometimes they can’t afford vet care. Sometimes situations spiral. But Hope Brave is the priority now. We can’t undo what she’s endured. We can make sure her future looks different. If you’d like to be part of her second chance, I’m raising funds to cover her medical care and give this sweet girl comfort, relief, and dignity. Let’s show her that the world can be kind. 3/19/26 Update CAMO did not get the news they wanted to hear; her cancerous tumors have spread. Despite the challenging news, they are committed to giving Hope Brave the best life possible for the time she has left. Our hearts are broken into pieces. We wish she had escaped from her owner sooner. Hope Brave has been given a couple of months to live. This highlights the importance of spaying and neutering animals to prevent similar situations like Hope Brave. CAMO is in desperate need of help with Hope Braves bills. Anything is greatly appreciated as the bills are piling up. Thank you! 3/31/26 Update: Hope Brave is getting the care she needs Hope Brave is struggling with her skin. We are still trying to fight her tumors to shrink them. She is still on supplements. Her skin is so itchy, and she is getting special bathes to relieve her discomfort. She has a good appetite and is getting some homemade food.

Eleanor
Senior Pup Eleanor Deserves to Live Comfortably
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
Sweet Eleanor is a senior girl who ended up at Fort Worth Animal Shelter through no fault of her own. We don’t know many details about her life before CAMO stepped in, but what we do know is that her future is about to be so much brighter. We knew we had to take Eleanor in as soon as we learned about a large mass in her mouth. Shelter life was incredibly hard on her, and she began refusing to eat. Not because she didn’t want to, but because she was living with constant pain and discomfort for far too long. We brought her to our rescue’s veterinarian for blood work, an extensive exam, and much-needed pain medication. As soon as we receive her results, we plan to move forward with surgery to remove the mass. Our hope is that this will relieve the pain she’s been enduring and give her the comfort she deserves. The good news? Eleanor is now safe in a foster home and she’s finally eating again! With time, we know her sweet personality will continue to shine through, and she’ll be able to spend her golden years happy, healthy, and pain-free. But we can’t do this without you. Every single donation brings Eleanor one step closer to the life she deserves filled with love, comfort, and care. Thank you for being part of her second chance. 2/16/26 Update: Eleanor underwent surgery Update on Eleanor, the senior black poodle that was rescue from Fort Worth Animal Care & Control. Elenor finally had her major surgery to remove her cancerous mass the size of a golf ball yesterday. She’s been in ICU being hydrated and on antibiotic IV drip. Eleanor is recovering and ate this AM. She’s a beautiful sweet little 8lb poodle with an adorable little Pitter pat of a walk & zero teeth… 8/15/26 Update Thank you to everyone who has supported sweet Eleanor on her healing journey. Thanks to you, she is completely healed and is living out the rest of her days surrounded by lots of love and care.

Lilly
Lilly is a 11 year old Yorkshire Terrier in Murphy, TX, who needs $2800.00 for Tumor Removal /spay/dental.
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
A 12-year-old female Yorkie, diagnosed with a tumor likely to be cancerous, was recently relinquished to the Fort Worth animal shelter. She is scared and experiencing a lot of discomfort. It is disturbing that her family abandoned her at the shelter without expressing any regret or facing any citation for years of neglect. A volunteer immediately went to pick Lilly up she won’t spend Christmas in the shelter alone. We are getting Lilly seen by the vet ASAP! Please Help share ❤️🩹We are raising money now, so Lily can get the care that she needs as soon as possible. This tumor must be removed. She’s 12 years old 9lb’s with the tumor. 2/16/26 Update Lilly had her surgery y to remove the huge tumor from her chest/belly. It weighed 3lbs. Despite the fact she just had surgery she still is wanting belly rubs and love. We are so happy she is in a foster home for getting the love and care she needs instead of spending it in a cold shelter. The tumor was massive and is being sent off for testing. It’s hard to believe her owners let it get this big and then surrendered her to a shelter😡 6/10/26 Update Thanks to you, this sweet little girl is well on her way to recovery and finding her forever home. We are so grateful for your continued love and support of Lilly and our other animals.

Nina
Support Nina’s Battle Against Parvo
Dallas, TX • Pooch Savers Rescue
At just 7 months old, Nina has already endured more than most dogs ever will. Found as a stray and in heat, she had no safe place to call home—until she became desperately sick. The diagnosis was heartbreaking: Parvo, a highly contagious and often deadly virus. Without urgent treatment, Nina wouldn’t survive. Unfortunately, treating parvo is a very costly disease. So far, she’s received nearly $2,000 worth of lifesaving care, including the monoclonal antibody shot that gives her the best fighting chance. She remains on IV fluids and supportive medications, her fragile body battling to heal. Nina’s eyes still hold that spark of hope, and with your help, she can make it through this. 💛 Your donation will help cover the cost of her treatment and give Nina the future she deserves—a life full of safety, love, and second chances. Thank you for your support. 5/11/26 Update Thanks to your generosity and the great people at Waggle who work tirelessly to match donors with dogs in need, Nina received the lifesaving antibody injection, and within a few days, was up and about, wondering what all the fuss was! In August, Nina found her forever home. Her family sends us updates periodically about what a joy she is!

Momo
Surrendered and Sick, Momo Deserves a Second Chance
Dallas, TX • Pooch Savers Rescue
Momo’s owners gave him up when they no longer had time for him. At first glance, this 8-year-old Shih Tzu seemed healthy, sweet, calm, and already up to date on vaccines. Pooch Savers Rescue took him in expecting only basic care before finding him a forever home. But soon, it became clear Momo had been hiding far more than anyone realized. A few days later, his caretakers noticed nasal discharge and started him on antibiotics. But when symptoms worsened, he was rushed to the vet. X-rays and bloodwork revealed a case of pneumonia that had gone unnoticed. As if that weren’t enough, the vet also found a large bladder stone, smaller kidney stones, and a thyroid imbalance. Poor Momo had been suffering in silence. The plan now is to get Momo completely over his pneumonia before proceeding with surgery. Once he's stable, he’ll undergo a procedure to remove the painful bladder stone and be neutered. His care is expected to cost around $1,500 which is much more than the rescue had planned for this sweet senior. Despite everything, Momo remains gentle and trusting. Please consider donating to help cover Momo’s medical expenses. He didn’t deserve to be given up, let alone left to suffer with these hidden health issues. With your support, we can give him the comfortable, pain-free life he’s always deserved.

Max
Used for Breeding Then Abandoned: Help Max Start Over
Dallas, TX • Pooch Savers Rescue
Max was found wandering alone, his tiny five-pound body exhausted. Scared and filthy, it was clear this little Yorkie hadn’t been cared for in a long time. The signs were obvious, he wasn’t neutered, his teeth were rotting, and he was horribly matted. We are confident Max had been used as a breeding stud, then heartlessly tossed aside when he was no longer profitable. Pooch Savers Rescue took him in right away and brought him to the vet. Bloodwork showed he was about ten years old, but don’t let the number fool you, Max has a feisty spirit and a no-nonsense attitude that makes everyone smile. After a week of antibiotics to prepare for surgery, Max had both his dental and neuter procedures, finally getting the care he deserved. During surgery, Max had 11 teeth extracted due to severe decay. He may be nearly toothless now, but he’s healing well and feeling so much better. For the first time in a long time, this little guy is pain-free and able to enjoy life. He’s been through so much, but Max is still full of personality and ready to take on the world—on his terms. Now Pooch Savers needs your help to cover the cost of Max’s medical care. Any donation, big or small, helps give Max the fresh start he’s been waiting for. Let’s show this scrappy senior that the best part of his life is still ahead.

Prada
Sweet Senior Prada Lost Nearly All Her Teeth But Not Her Chance at a New Life
Dallas, TX • Pooch Savers Rescue
Prada was found wandering the streets of Dallas–Fort Worth, matted and filthy, her tiny frame barely holding on. One eye was noticeably smaller than the other, and her mouth was in heartbreaking condition. Despite it all, she greeted her rescuers with gentle trust. Pooch Savers Rescue knew she needed help fast, and they refused to let her suffer another day. At the vet, it became clear how long Prada had been neglected. She had just 11 teeth remaining, most rotted beyond saving. Her breath was painful to smell, her mouth visibly swollen. Thankfully, she was already spayed, likely a sign that she once had a home. With good bloodwork results, the team prepared her for much-needed dental surgery. Prada underwent major dental work and lost 10 of her 11 remaining teeth. That one last tooth is helping her keep her little tongue in place, something she now wears with endearing charm. She's recovering beautifully and adjusting to life as a nearly toothless but totally adorable senior girl. Her sweet spirit never wavered through it all. Pooch Savers is asking for your help to cover Prada’s medical expenses. Every dollar helps us continue to rescue and rehabilitate dogs like her. Prada’s journey isn't over, but with your support, it’s one filled with comfort, safety, and second chances.

Ella and Her Puppies
Help Mama Ella and Her Puppies Not Only Heal, but Thrive
Dallas, TX • Pooch Savers Rescue
Ella was surrendered to Pooch Savers Rescue and shortly after arriving, it became clear that she was pregnant. Ella needed close monitoring to ensure a safe delivery given they knew little of her history. Even with all the changes around her, Ella remained gentle and trusting—like she knew she was finally in a place where she’d be cared for. Ella gave birth to four puppies. Heartbreakingly, one was stillborn, and another little one struggled from the start. Despite round-the-clock tube feeding and lots of love, he passed away two days later. While we grieve those tiny lives, we’re so grateful that two of her puppies are healthy, thriving, and already weighing in at 1.5 pounds. Ella has been such a devoted mama through it all. But Ella’s journey hasn’t been easy. Just days after giving birth, she had to be rushed to urgent care again. She had a fever, wasn’t eating, and was experiencing diarrhea—all signs that something was wrong. Bloodwork revealed a condition called eclampsia (milk fever) that can be very dangerous for nursing moms. An ultrasound suggested a possible retained placenta, so Ella was given a Pitocin injection to help expel it, along with antibiotics to prevent infection. Thankfully, she is now stable, and the placenta is fully removed. From X-rays and ultrasounds to emergency visits, medications, and follow-up care, the costs have added up quickly—but every step was necessary to give this little family a healthy start. Please consider donating today to help give them the safe, loving future they deserve. Update Time flies when you’re this cute! 🐶💖 Ella’s sweet little pups are growing stronger every day. Thank you to everyone who has been sending love, prayers, and support for this little family! Stay tuned for more updates as they continue to grow!

Lopez
Meet Lopez: A Sweet Shih Tzu in Need of Your Help
Dallas, TX • Pooch Savers Rescue
Pooch Savers Rescue Lopez is a 7-year-old Shih Tzu who was found wandering the streets, alone and scared. Local animal control picked him up and kept him for three days, but no one came forward to claim him. Unfortunately, Lopez’s right eye had suffered severe trauma, causing it to swell and push the eyeball outside the socket. Due to the extent of his injury, Lopez was marked as "Rescue Only"—and that's when Pooch Savers Rescue stepped in to give him a second chance. We immediately took Lopez to Blink Veterinary Eye Specialists in Dallas, where Dr. Chris Nettune confirmed that his injured eye couldn't be saved and would need to be removed. Thankfully, his left eye is damaged but treatable, and with proper care, he should be just fine. However, both of Lopez’s ears are severely infected, adding to his medical needs. Lopez is scheduled for surgery this Thursday, and his medical care is estimated to cost around $2,000. We’re reaching out to our compassionate community for support. Your donation will go directly toward covering the costs of his eye surgery, ear treatment, and recovery. With your help, we can ensure that Lopez receives the care he needs and has a chance at a loving, forever home. Thank you for being part of his journey and for giving him the chance he so deserves! Donate today and help Lopez on his path to recovery. Update 12/28/24 Lopez is doing amazing! While he’s still adjusting to life with only one eye (which sometimes messes with his depth and peripheral vision), it hasn’t slowed him down one bit. This lovable kook is always up for some fun—though maybe not a game of cards as he claims! His quirky, playful personality shines brighter every day, and we know the perfect home is out there just waiting for him. Stay tuned for updates as Lopez continues his journey to find his forever family. Thank you for supporting this sweet, goofy boy!

Hope
Hope is a 10 year old Mix-Breed in Richardson , TX, who needs $2,000 for Mass Removal.
Richardson, TX
Hope came into my life since day one. She was born at my mothers house and has stayed with us since then. She is our family dog and is loved by everyone and is our protector Hope has a mass growing on her around her stomach/ uterus area. She has about 3 growing on here. She was spayed in 2021 due to financial issues. She also has an enlarged heart but seems to be okay. Hope is special to me because she grew up with me and has been my emotional support dog through my teen years and now my mid 20s. She’s seen it all and experienced it all. We have a daughter with a chronic illness and has a lot of medical needs and only one parent is working to pay for everything. We give hope our attention and love but we know hope is uncomfortable with what she has growing on her.

Monty
Monty is a 8 month old Mix-Breed in Dallas, TX, who needs $2,000 for Malnourishment and Leg Amputation.
Dallas, TX • Pooch Savers Rescue
Pooch Savers Rescue Meet Monty, a little puppy who has already faced more hardships than most dogs will ever know. He was kept in abominable conditions before being dumped. We know this because the deformity on one paw is consistent with how paws grow when dogs are kept in crates way too small for extended periods of time. The other leg deformity is most likely a birth defect. He was found roaming, scared and alone on the streets after being dumped in Texas. He was covered in fleas, severely matted, and underweight - so much so that his bones are showing. He was dehydrated and anemic. Unfortunately, Monty needs to have one of his front legs amputated. Ever since he entered his foster home, he has been like a shadow. He is so submissive, as soon as you reach down to touch him, he cowers and rolls over, knowing he can't defend himself. He's likely used to showing submission in order to not get punished or abused. He tinkles a little bit too, likely out of fear - touch and interaction with humans has obviously taught him we are not safe, but even with this, he is the sweetest, most loving dog. He looks into your soul with the kindest, soul-piercing eyes, eyes that say thank you! Monty, like all dogs, deserves a chance at health and happiness. Your donation will help Pooch Savers Rescue get him the surgery and nourishment he needs.

Once you’ve clicked DONATE, simply select the MONTHLY DONATION option. * No one knows how long Sophie suffered in agony before CAMO Rescue got word of the horribly neglected dog. The group tells Waggle their hearts were shattered to pieces when they found Sophie in unimaginable pain. Her matted hair was slowly killing her by cutting off the blood supply to her delicate paws. Her ears were full of dirt. She was covered in tumors, infection, and rot. This poor girl has likely not been touched by caring hands in years. When the nonprofit group rushed her to the animal hospital, X-rays revealed something in her stomach. Sophie was wheeled into emergency surgery and a veterinarian removed pieces of a shoe. She may have been starving and ate the insoles. Sophie still needs more surgeries to remove mammary tumors, fix her rotten teeth, and be spayed. Everyone is astonished at Sophie's enduring spirit despite her ailments; she even wags her tail! CAMO loves saving senior, special needs, sick, and injured dogs, but it comes at quite a cost to the rescue. Please help poor Sophie get another shot at happiness by giving to her campaign.

Bella is a 10 year old Poodle in Murphy, TX, who needs $2,000 for Tumor Removal/Dental Work.
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
Bella gave her human family a lifetime of loyalty; they let her down in moments of greatest need. CAMO Rescue tells Waggle Bella's former family requested she be euthanized because she was old and cost a lot. Clearly, this senior had been mistreated for some time. The rescue says Bella's situation broke their hearts. The neglect she's suffered is written all over her. Just look at the massive, ulcerated three-pound tumor hanging from her leg, her matted fur, and overgrown nails. CAMO Rescue and their veterinarian thought she was worth saving. Now, the nonprofit group needs your help raising the money for the urgent care she needs: pain medication, antibiotics, and surgery to remove her giant tumor and fix her rotted teeth. With your support, Bella will have a new leash on life!

Lacy
Lacy is a 10-year-old Shih Tzu Mix in Dallas, TX, who needs $1,117 for Dental Care, Mammary Tumor Removal, and Spay.
Dallas, TX • Pooch Savers Rescue
Lacy was found wandering all alone in Terrell, Texas. She went to animal control where she was placed on a stray hold, but no one ever came to claim her. After a few days in the shelter, it became evident that Lacy needed medical attention. She subsequently became "rescue only," which is when Pooch Savers Rescue stepped in. Lacy is an older lady, at 10 years old. She has suffered neglect her whole life, evident by the state of her poor dental maintenance. Despite it all, she is very playful and very easily entertained. She is a sweetheart who is so eager for human affection and love. Pooch Savers took Lacy to Mercy Animal Clinic where she had multiple mammary tumors removed, received dental care, and was spayed. Unfortunately, after her spay, she suffered from a minor infection at the incision site. Pooch Savers Rescue believes every dog deserves a second change. This rescue helps rescue hundreds of dogs, just like Lacy, around areas of Texas, and donating will help them continue to do so.

Noodles
Noodles is a 10-year-old Maltese in Dallas, TX, who needs $1,278 for Tumor Removal, Tooth Extractions, Skin and Eye Treatments.
Dallas, TX • Pooch Savers Rescue
Noodles was found huddled in an apartment complex, alone and frightened. She was absolutely exhausted with a terribly matted coat. She had a large tumor on her head, mammary cysts, rotted teeth, skin and eye infections and was not spayed. Noodles is now safe and getting the tender loving care she deserves with Pooch Savers Rescue. They immediately scooper her up, vowing to pave the path to sunnier days. She is a senior dog, who is so kind and loving. She is desperate for love and has no shortage while she is being cared for by Pooch Savers. It is evident that she is improving, each day she is happier than the last. Noodles is being treated at Mercy Animal Clinic in Garland, Texas. Noodles had the tumor on her head removed as well as her mammary cysts. The vets' initial testing of the tumors came back as "suspicious", so she will need a full biopsy of what was removed. She has been spayed, groomed to fix her coat, treated for her skin and eye infections, and got a teeth cleaning and extraction. Please help Pooch Savers Rescue care for sweet senior Noodles. We are rallying together to ensure she gets the care and support needed for a brighter, healthy, pain-free future.

Nikka
Nikka is a 2-year-old Poodle in Murphy, TX, who needs $1,000 for Skin Care, Spay, Dental and Other Possible Treatments.
Murphy, TX • CAMO Rescue
Nikka was abandoned by people who were supposed to love and protect her the most. She had obviously been either dumped or abandoned left to fend for herself on the streets of Houston for a long time. CAMO Rescue took Nikka in knowing she would require a lot of physical and emotional care. They gave her numerous medicated baths to get rid of the fleas, dirt, and blood that caked her body, but she was so matted that it was hard to shave her. Despite her horrible past and terrible condition, Nikka started to trust her foster family and their current dogs. Nikka has clearly faced pain and discomfort, she had nothing but love to give. She enjoys meeting new people and making friends, especially those who give her belly rubs. Nikka has a difficult road ahead. Her skin will require lots of care and time to reduce the inflammation and infection and heal. She is receiving small meals several times a day to help her slowly gain weight. Once she has gained at least 10lbs, she will be spayed and have a full dental. Nikka is making slow improvements every day due to the dedication and support of CAMO Rescue and her foster family. Please consider donating and helping her emotionally and physically heal. Thank you!
